If you need an oil change DO NOT go to Lost Pines Full Service Car Wash and Oil & Lube Center Thursday my husband went to get his oil changed. They stripped the bolt in the oil pan then proceeded to hammer the bolt back in! They refused to fix the problem, made him pay for the oil change and told him they are not responsible for the damage. AND told him "better ask Santa for a new oil pan". WTF! This is a NEW CAR and this was it's first oil change. I emailed them and they don't even have the balls to email me back! We are an average working class family and every dollar counts. Now we are out the $109 for an oil change, a days worth of income, and whatever it's going to cost to fix the damage they caused. This business it horrible and I do not recommend them to anyone! DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Full service car wash. Fair prices. Not a long wait to get in. And they were done in a reasonable amount of time. Full detailing is also available but of course that takes a lot of time and is a lot more expensive. The indoor waiting area isn't great. And they didn't have coffee available (free or for sale) even at 10:30 am on a Sunday, which is a missed opportunity for them as well as for their clientele. But, hey, my car looks nice. read more

My 2002 Thunderbird was much in need of a good wax job & detailing. I was absolutely astonished at the results of the handwash, super-clean, & express wax/ceramic wax services! Tires & wheels looked great, too. The interior was handled beautifully, as well, vacuumed, hard surfaces & leather seats all wiped down & treated. The customer service was excellent, their attention to detail, & the price definitely reasonable for the amount of work & the outstanding job that they did. I returned the following day to speak with David, who met me when I arrived & managed/handled my car services, to inform him that my car had never looked that good since I have owned it. I had been to lost Pines car wash a couple of times before and wouldn't say they were excellent but they were good enough. Today was a different story. Their prices had increased since the last time I was there and that was a little surprising, but the gentleman assured me they would vacuum out the whole car including the trunk and get the inside clean. When the car was ready, I opened the door and immediately knew it was not. The cupholders had not been cleaned, and I'm guessing they had not even opened the trunk. It took quite a while for them to redo the car and once I got home I noticed they had still not even lifted up the floor mats to vacuum underneath. For the price you pay, this place is definitely not worth it and I will not go back. I don't enjoy having to clean my car right after taking it to be cleaned! read more

I stoped by 4/2/26 because I had a flat tire even though they don't do that kind of work they helped me find the problem and navigated me to where was the closest tire shop. I came to this car wash to get a full service car wash. When I asked them how much it was to get a wash inside and outside, they told me $44. I was shocked that that was the price they gave me but they told me I would get the best value, so I did it. I waited about 20 minutes before getting my car back. The first thing I noticed was it smelled AWFUL. There was a line of sweat surrounding my seat from whoever sat on it so I grabbed my disinfectant spray and sprayed everything before even getting in. I saw that the seats had smudges everywhere and the area between the seat and the center console was not even touched. The windows were horrible and not even cleaned. I left and turned around and asked them if they can fix these things. The guy who spoke to me told me "the package you picked only includes exterior cleaning and a little dusting". $44 ($50 with tip!) for dusting my car..... ridiculous. He was nice enough to clean it anyways. I saw that the sign obviously showed I was due more than just a "dusting" for what I paid. Either way, I believe any other car wash will charge you less than half of what I paid for 3x the clean and service. Giving 2 stars for the kindness from the lady at the front desk and for the poor attempt to fix the unfinished work. read more

Overpriced and no attention to detail. After paying over $150, we found they didn't clean out the cup holders, door side panels, or thoroughly vacuum the back of the car. The water spots on the windows, mirrors, and even inside the car are terrible. They must've used a rag with hard water to wipe everything down. Went in needing a full cleaning was quoted $50 for the wash and vacuum which I thought was pricey but what isn't these days. I needed a full detail was quoted an extra $100 which I was okay with when I thought my truck would be thoroughly detailed. They vacuum and detail before taking the vehicle through the car wash. My car was in the detail area for about 25 mins 30 at the most. After the car wash they started to dry and clean windows. When they were done I paid and gave a tip without seeing my vehicle, big mistake. Truck had water marks, bugs residue on grill lots and lots of dirt still on the grill. Looked inside back seat hadn't even been wiped down. middle console was not wiped down at all which I left open so they could see it needed to be cleaned. When I was going in to complain the lady who did the job stopped me and asked what the problem was I told her I paid an extra $100 dollars and there were all these issues. She told me seats are extra that the $100 dollars was only for plastics. She called over the gentleman who gave me the quote he asked me what was the issue. I told him the extra $100 dollars wasn't worth it at all. They did like 20 mins of work and it was done very poorly and he should have explained what all came with the extra cost. They did try and fix the issues but for $100 dollars extra it should have looked immaculate. I don't suggest coming here if your looking for a well detailed cleaning. read more

On Aug. 5, 2020, I had my car inspected at Lost Pines Full Service. I waited at least an hour. During the inspection, the employee called me over and said my transmission was off color, and he would flush it for $140. I said no thanks. At the conclusion of the inspection, he said he could have failed the car because of the worn tires. I have since learned that the owner pays these employees a commission for add-on services such as an air filter, windshield wipers, even if you don't need them. What is disturbing is that the owner on his website claims that he's a Christian. Con man would be a better description. Forewarned is forearmed. read more

My mother in law had a bad experience here. She arrived early and gave the keys for service. When she thought they were working on her car when they just ignored her, she waited 4 hours. She then felt the need to ask about her car since shes been there all moring and she was told rudely "If you dont like our service then go back to your country!". Apparently racism is accepted here. Don't trust these people. The employee insisted my car would clear the tracks of the carwash and it did not. Paid for full service wash and vacuum the start of the visit was fine but when I went inside to pay they asked if I wanted to add a tip. My car hasn't even gone thru the wash yet how can I add a tip when the job isn't done. Thankfully I had cash. Once it was done they brought me the keys and said it was ready. Normally I do a look over and they are near me to see if there was anything missing. No one stayed with me. I saw from the beginning things were not done. Windows were not cleaned still dirt on the outside of the car.... Since no one stayed to fix the problem I just left. So disappointed. read more

DO NOT COME HERE I wish I didn't have to give it one star Took my Yukon for a wash this morning. I was surprised to find out it was $20 to clean the inside, but whatever, it's Veteran ran so I paid. I noticed it took them a lonnnnnng time so I went to check on my car and it was sitting at the end of the wash tunnel for over 7 mins for no reason. I was anxious so my son & I watched my car come out at the end. While the gentlemen were drying it I noticed they were moving my passenger side mirror. I thought that was odd so when they were done I checked it. the housing of the mirror is broke. I went inside to ask for a manager. The receptionist said the manager will meet me outside. I watched her walk up and she went right to the broken mirror. This told me right away she knew it was broken so their workers told her and they were hoping I wouldn't notice. She filled out a form and asked for my information and told me the operations manager will look into it when he is there. I asked when that would be and she said he is "in and out" and couldn't tell me. A few hours later I received a text saying they used the automatic button to pull in my mirrors and they were not at fault. Like I said, I watched my car come out and the mirrors WERE NOT IN. Now, it is Friday and they are refusing to allow me to come see the footage. They say someone can send it to me Monday which is unacceptable. Only come to this place if you absolutely have too. Gave them 2 chances they sucked both times. Most recent visit myself and about 4 other customers ended up peeling out and leaving. Spent 45 minutes in line waiting to even get my car checked in and vacuumed out. Dude working at the check in/vacuuming section looked half alive and moves on his own time/leisure. Keep people around who work like that and you are bound to lose business. First issue I had with them someone stalled my car I counted 6 times. And instead of just asking for help? The person keeps trying and stalling my car. Had to run over to my car and take over. Sorriest car wash "detail" place I've been to in my life. Spend the extra money and take your car to lost pines Toyota. They do a FULL detail and take about 5 hours to meticulously go over your car. They also move like your time matters. read more

Awful place. I arrived at 8:10am, ten minutes after opening. I asked the rep for an interior cleaning. He informed me that they could offer me a wash and a wipe of the dash and doors but nothing in door pockets, ac vents, center console etc. l said what is the point of even cleaning the interior at that point. He said that they were to full on detailing. That was fine, I asked to schedule tomorrow. He said it's first come first serve, I looked around at the facility and saw that i was one of four cars. So I asked if the other three cars are getting detailed, he wasn't sure. Can this company only handle 3-4 cars a day for interior detail? I decided to take my business elsewhere.
