The new GM Jennifer helped me swap a battery on Warrenty. They were out of stock but she was able to upgrade me and I only paid the difference! She was soo friendly and professional. As a local business owner who does tree fencing and gutter work... My dump trailer is my most important tool for the job. Thank you AutoZone for having amazing leadership like Jennifer read more

I had a really frustrating experience at this AutoZone. I had already paid online for two windshield wipers for pickup, but when I arrived, I was told my order "hadn't arrived" yet, even though the exact wipers I purchased were already in stock at the store. Instead of simply getting the wipers that were already there, the employee told me I would have to pay for them again if I wanted to take them that day. I asked if they could cancel my original order instead, and I was told they couldn't do that either. I eventually had to ask for a manager, which is something I normally never do. The manager confirmed that the employee should have just given me the wipers from the store in the first place. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I also needed help installing the wipers because part of my old one was already coming off, but the employee wouldn't install them or even try to find someone else who could help me. I understand that mistakes and confusion with online orders can happen, but the way the situation was handled made something that should have been a quick pickup unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The manager was able to resolve the order issue, but the overall customer service experience was very disappointing. read more

If you're on the way to work, on the way home, or just have some spare time during the day and wondering how to waste it - this is your place. Only or twice once before in my life has a business, organization, or entity of any kind been so excellent and yet ever consistent at completely wasting my time. Every time I walk through those front doors, I think "surely there can't be a way to F up returning this $12 unopened key battery with the receipt in hand" and yet, they still deliver. If you step foot in this establishment, be prepared to lose at least 20, 40, or even 60 minutes of your life. They will never let you down. read more

Went in and they couldn't honor the ticket price due to the computer having a higher price. Very disappointed. Manager said you can pay that or you can leave. read more

The new DM Rayco jumped in and personally assisted me. He saw me standing in line and asked if I was being helped. I responded that I was not. I explained what I needed and he came outside to my car to look at the issue. His knowledge and customer service is the best I've ever experienced at Auto Zone. I'd like to add that Brittney was extremely helpful and helped with cleaning the acid off the battery and checking the brake fluid. read more

They always seem to have enough staff so you're not waiting too long. They're always friendly and helped you quickly. I don't even bother looking for the items that I'll spend forever trying to find. I just get the team to help me and I'm very pleased to each time. read more

I bought a battery at AutoZone almost 2 years ago and it had a three year warranty. My car would not start this morning so after we jumped it, I took it over to AutoZone in Bastrop and they were more than happy to swap out the battery at no charge to me. I would definitely recommended this AutoZone because they were efficient and friendly. read more

It was terrible the service was bad the interior quality of the store itself was a hazard and the individuals working there we're just rude and not helpful read more

I thought it would be a very simple process by walking into an AutoZone located at 549 State Highway 71 W in an effort to place an order for a belt tensioner. However, this is not case. I asked, when can I expect the belt tensioner to arrive. The young man, who claimed to be the Store Manager said, he wasn't sure. However, pointed out several available possibilities including by paying more to receive the tensioner by September 23-25, 2025. Since, there was not an available employee or Manager to share with me an expected time of arrival. I decided to return back to the AutoZone Hub located at 600 W William Cannon Road in Austin Tx. However, on Friday, Sept. 20, 2025, after 6:00 p.m. I received a voice message from a person by the name of Ashley who appeared to be calling on behalf of an AutoZone stating, my part is received/in at AutoZone. I was left with an impression, however, the AutoZone Hub located at 600 W William Cannon Rd. This was eventually not the case later revealed by a Store Manager by the name of Ramiro De La Garza. De La Garza stated, the part is still in Bastrop Texas. And the only way, I can return the part is to go all the way back to Bastrop Texas, where the item was purchased. You have several people standing around all claiming to be managers, however, there's not anyone who understands or speaks fluent English in effort to help a customer here in America. There is something wrong, when you see a company stock at $4140.36 with people hired not being able to speak or write in English at several AutoZone locations. read more

I must say that Priscilla went over and beyond to help us. Her patience, thoroughness and willingness to help us way exceeded my expectations. The fact that she got our issue resolved was an added bonus. I also want to give a shout out to Elijah. He was also a great help and went above and beyond. read more

I was helped by Fernando with my headlights. My car requires unscrewing everything and popping the bumper off to get to the lights. Any other place would tell me that it's too much labor to do in the parking lot. I agree with that 100% but Fernando gladly offered to spend 40+ minutes working, because he wants to be a mechanic. I told him I understand if it's too much, but he insisted. Absolutely solid work ethic and attitude. AutoZone has been my place no matter where I go, because everyone employed actually loves cars. I've learned a lot from people like Fernando. read more

My check engine light came on. Ran the code at home and looked up what part I needed. Called NAPA (they were very helpful) but sadly I could not get the part for 7-10 days. So I called autozone. The First Gentleman who helped me was great and quoted me $50-$80 for the part. I called back not even 30mins later to order the part and the next guy who answered was rude and I was on hold for over 20min (but it's customer service I get it so I was trying to be patient). Between quoting me $180 for the wrong part he was talking to another co worker about taking a lunch brake and how rude the last costumer was (I could hear it all), it all ended with him telling me I just needed to come in. I went in and ordered the part in person (there was some confusion but we found it). I was told it would be in by 4pm and they would call me. 4:30pm comes and no call. Another 22min on hold and it is in thankfully. All the workers but the one have been friendly, but unless I really need something no one else can give me, I don't think I'll be back... read more

Went in for an AC blower motor. Johnny, who said he was the manager checked me out. I attempted do pay with split charge. First portion of payment went through on my card, the remainder I tried on several good cards but the system wouldn't process it. No problem, just asked Johnny if I could refund the first charge. He said there was no way for him to cancel the charge and no other option but to walk out and do a charge back with my credit card company. We called the customer service line who was helpful in informing Johnny on the idea that there is a help line he can call when he runs into problems beyond his scope of knowledge. He called the help desk and they informed us the first charge will be automatically refunded since the transaction didn't complete. That's great, problem solved. Then Johnny tried to claim that's what he was informing us of the whole time saying "that's what I was trying to tell you bro". Johnny, I'm not your bro and I will never step foot in that Auto Zone again because of how rude you were and how condescendingly wrong you were. read more

After searching the AZ website, we found the XYS XX-32 hydraulic fluid we were looking for in a 5 gal size. My son called and the woman that answered there said, yes we have it. Upon arrival, the person that we were waited on by, said no, I'm sorry we don't have it. 10 mile round trip wasted. AZ, you didn't make a new customer and you are out of the rotation on auto parts stores. read more

No sure what has happened to this Store - normally does a good job, but something has changed for the worst. Went in today looking for some step pads to replace those deteriorating on my pickup step bars. One person up front heading out to help customer in lot. Nobody else around....few minutes later several employees came out from the back, in a pack. Company meeting or something I am guessing. I get someone who has no idea where to find what I needed... he looked on the computer, took me to the shelves, back to the computer.... all this while having to leave me and enter passwords for the other employees trying to get onto the terminals.... after the fourth or fifth password interruption by other employees and seeing my counter person was going to be unable to find the step pad I needed, I told him to take care of the password needs and I left... very disappointed in seeing this happen in this store.... They are normally pretty helpful, but this guy with the password key does the store a disservice. read more

Worse service ever they have you waiting for ever. Just to give you the wrong stuff. Then to return it you gotta wait and when finally it's your turn, they send you to another line to wait even more. read more

When a customer calls to ask if you price match and you say yes expect to honor your word. Don't wait till he gets there to then change your mind and say you don't. Especially from another giant store like w..mart. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years and I'm shocked how you let saving a few dollars ruin a relationship with a customer. By the way I took your advice and ended up just buying from W.. Mart. read more

Stopped at a larger car dealership that didn't cater to my make of cars, so they ignored my problem and offered no solution. We kept driving and stopped at this AutoZone. The customer service here sucks. Always a long line and employees elsewhere rather than helping customers. Stood in line for over 5mins just to check out and only one employee up front. Two other employees walked by and seen the line and never stopped. I won't be returning read more
