Called them out for a toilet overflow and as he is under the house checking pipes, we find that not only are my pipes rotted, they aren't connected properly in some areas and two had holes in them. I had been leaking water under my house for GOD knows how long. This could have been a very dangerous situation with the water rotting the foundation of my home. Mandel and his team came out and re-piped my house in one day. These guys were on it working from the time the arrived till they were done. Non stop. Everything was professional. They even hauled away all the biohazard material that came through the holes in my pipes. Responded quickly. Scheduled promptly. When I flushed the toilet, it was slow to drain, and the water level was extremely low in the bowl. Mandel sent two service guys. They were here less than 30 minutes they indicated that the problem was likely in the main line and would need another appointment to come back and remove the toilet. When they finished the water level in the toilet was close to overflowing the bowl. They charged me $200 and left my toilet in worse shape than before I called them. The next day, I called a handyman who came out and within 15 minutes removed a plastic ponytail clip which was causing the problem. read more

Mandel and his team completely came to the rescue when our our sewage pipeline backed up and began leaking raw sewage out of our toilet and shower drain. Needless to say, it was a very gross situation and Mandel and his team was able to fix the problem within 24 hours! Fantastic service from this company. This was my first time calling Rapid Action Rooter as I had an emergency and required hydro jetting. I spoke with the owner Mandel over the phone, he was really great and talked me through the options regarding my situation. Within an hour, he had a member of his team Luis at my house. Luis began to troubleshoot and looked into the other areas where it could have been blocked. It turned out that the blockage was from the rear of the house. No other companies I've used before bothered to check this and just did the service by putting on a temporary bandaid. Luis was very friendly and polite and explained to me the issues, and showing me on the camera. He went above and beyond in investigating and fixing the issue. We were beyond impressed with Rapid Action's entire team. From the time it took to come out to the way they solved our problem, it was faster, cheaper, and a lot less disruptive than our usual plumber would have done. The plumber we've been using for years told us that our slow toilet and sinks required ripping out our garage ceiling and possibly part of the stucco building exterior in order to replumb a portion of the plumbing. They removed the toilet and their camera stopped at the first blockage, stopped work, and gave us the bad news. Instead of signing on to the repair, we tried Rapid Action and they not only cleared that blockage, they kept going with the camera and cleared two more blockages further down the line (for a total of 50 ft of coverage, right up to the street connection). I called Rapid Action Rooter on Tuesday in regards to our bathtub not draining and knowing it was the stopper in the back that needed professional services. The initial response time was great in regards to sending photographic evidence. I received a call shortly after explaining the issue and he was spot on actually. He told me he will see when one of his guys are available to come out and I let him know, we'll see what the issue is once they come out. 2 days later and never received a call back or any correspondence. I wanted so badly to support black. The pricing for the small job was very reasonable. I actually got another company to come out pretty quickly and the big job that Rapid Action called correctly over the phone was quoted a few hundred cheaper. Maybe in the future for smaller jobs we'll try again. The reviews brought me here. Thanks tho! Update: I feel a bit uneasy about this company having my address now. I found them on yelp. I had a sewage blockage problem and called them on Monday morning. To my great surprise an actual person answer the phone. I described the problem and told him I needed somebody out immediately. They said they would have someone out in an hour, and actually did! He ran a camera and showed me the actual problem and recommended a new pipe lining be installed inside the old broken pipe. We agreed on a price and he had his crew out immediately. They worked hard all the way into the evening hours. In the end they showed me the camera view of the new pipe lining so I can see that it went all the way to the city sewer. Very positive experience working with Mandel and his crew for a toilet installation project. I purchased two toilets from Lowes and originally had ordered installation services with them. Our main sewer line was clogged due to a city-planted tree's roots entering the pipe, causing every drain in our home to stop working. This happened late at night, so I started calling plumbers and reached Mandel at Rapid Action Rooter. Mandel sent out a crew right away and they quickly hydro-jetted our sewer line. His crew were professional and efficient, and so we then hired them to re-line our sewer line. Patient about answering my many questions and straight forward that he isn't the basement bottom cheapest but more importantly did a great job. I had a leak in my refrigerator and the waterline that the refrigerator technician that came out earlier couldn't fix. On 7-11-22, I had a problem with a sink inside a rental unit I have. I've used " Other Home Warranty Companies" But most were ( SubPar) and never came on time, nor did they complete the work as instructed.
