I called Mandel of RAC and they were able to arrive at our house in a few hours. We had problems with our water heater and Rapid Action Rooter was able to come out to look at it the same day. Suggested we replace it as it was over 8 years old, I confirmed with a friend that does this in another state that replacing is better than fixing piece by piece at 8 years old. Mandel came out the next day with a new water heater and installed it all at a reasonable price. Service was great, hot water is now great. Had an issue replacing the cartridge in my shower handle, everything was stuck and I couldn't get it out myself. Mandel came out and was able to get it out with some work. Lots of hardwater build up.
