Our garbage disposal stopped working and the sink was draining slowly. I called Rapid Action Rooter and Mandel Bishop came the next day within the time period that had been promised. He diagnosed the problem, removed the garbage disposal unit and opened it up and showed it to me to confirm that the disposal needed replacing. He had a unit in his truck and replaced the unit right then and then. His manner was pleasant and his price was fair and reasonable. I was so impressed that I called him again to get an estimate on a much bigger job, checking the condition of underground pipes that brought water into the house. As before, he came within the arrival window he had provided. He has a high tech camera that allows viewing inside the pipes on a tv monitor. He encouraged me to watch view the monitor with him and explained the damage and tree roots that had caused it. He provided an estimate for this big job and returned when promised with his 3-man and they finished the job in one day, including repairing the damage and lining the pipes to prevent a recurrence. He and his crew took great care to minimize the damage to my expensive artificial turf. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves and were courteous at all times. I recently moved to Hemet, CA from Los Angeles and one Sunday morning, discovered a pipe leaking in the wall of the attached garage. I had no clue what to do. This is my first ever yelp review and Mandel and his crew are well worth it. I have used him twice and he has a customer for life. I can not say enough about his customer service. He goes above and beyond. He is fast, reliable and trustworthy. The first time I used him I had blockage in a pipe and my kitchen sink wasnt draining. I called another plumber and they wanted $350 to run a camera to tell me what I needed to fix it. I called Mandel and 30 mins later he was at my door, ran a snake through my kitchen clean out and I was back up and going haven't had a clog since Recently I have been having shower valve issue. I called Mandel who was on vacation and was still trying to get it taken care of for me. It's didn't work out, so when he got back he got in contact with me and took care of it no problem. I wish I could give this company a 10 star review. I woke up to cold water this morning, my water heater was not working. I was lucky to come across this company online and Mandel (the owner) told me that he didn't want to charge me for something so simple. He asked me to send pictures of the water heater which I did and he walked me through all the steps with soooo much patience to light the pilot and got it working again. I did exactly what he told me to do and now I have hot water again. Any other company would have come to my house, spent 2 minutes turning on the pilot and charge me $99 or more.
