I've got two guns and they ran the background for me. 3 days later I called them and they told me I was denied. I went back to get my refund and they told me they usually charge $150 for the restocking fee or something like that. ($75 for each gun) they gave me a discount of 50% and I end up paying $75. Usually I have no problem with this but in the past I have visited 2 other gun shops and they did not charge me anything when I was denied. Not coming back for sure!

If you do the on line checking as far as paperwork required, process goes fast. Pricing is fair. The times I've been there, the range masters were observant but not invasive - I felt comfortable. The guns for sale - so Ive bought 3 from them in the last few months. All new and all ordered from their online site. They have a huge selection to choose from and the prices are great. Better than Academy and anyone the gun auction sites. This works great if you know what you want. So find what you want anywhere, other store or fun show and then check their prices. Delivery on all three was 3 days from date of order. No back order - if it says in stock, it's in stock. Also, watch for promo codes. I've saved 10% on two and another $25.00 off. I'd love to show pics of the guns but I'm sure that would violate some policy and if my wife sees this, she'll know I got more.

I wasn't ready to buy the gun but I'm very close to breaking the ice because of how they showed respect to me, sale or no sale ..... This might not be important to most but for an African American I typically don't get treated with welcome arms in most gun communities. Whether it's thinking I can't afford premium firearms or lack of knowledge or just cultural differences.... I typically feel like the red head step child every employee is watching but not Engaging in meaningful conversation with customers .... Not this place I was welcomed from the second I stepped foot in this establishment... and by the end I believe every employee had showed me their favorite rifle in the store and tips on what I should try out from their favorites to their lease favorites !!!!! This indoor gun range is located on Hwy. 59 N. and I recently visited it to shoot in a USPSA club…read morematch. It's an old range that needs some work done. Inside it's rather small with two separate shooting bays that may have 5 stalls each. In the bay that the match was held in, I noticed many bullet holes in the ceiling showing the outside sky. I would give 3 stars normally for a place like this because it serves its basic purpose. Instead, I give 2 stars because both shooting bays lack any kind of air filtration. That's dangerous. During my 90 minutes shooting there the air was foul with gunpowder smoke and full of lead and other toxic chemicals. It was rough staying there. This is 2022 not 1962 and every indoor range must provide air filtration.
