Dr Herring is super kind and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. All of his staff is super friendly and kind. Jennifer is the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and I must say is an Angel! Super sweet and always take extra steps to make sure I am comfortable since I told her I was terrified of the dentist with my past terror experiences somewhere else where. She was empathetic and did such a great job making sure everything was tip top! Morgan was such educational and knowledgeable! Cutbirth treated me like family when I walked into the front door. All the staff was so friendly & so grateful for my business. Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Ravi and his incredible team restored my smile with 18 crowns and 2 bridges. Also, the office setting is visually pleasing with complimentary types of sparkling water. The dental office has an open concept making your area appear very spacious. Each dental area has a television on the wall and ceiling with Roku imagery, a nice distraction. You view fish of all types (yellow, blue, green, puffy, tiger) swimming around bright coral. The most attractive part about Enamel Dentistry is my doctor, Dr. Patel. She is very caring and takes acute interest in any dental issue you may be having. Also, if a dental issue is not her expertise, she will refer you to a specialist and discuss with you her opinion and the next steps after the dental results come in. Importantly, she talks in non-dental language...information that the average person can understand. Today when I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist team, which made me feel right at home. Today I was in for a 6-month standard cleaning. First step, blood pressure and temperature check, which they were doing even before covid. It gives the effect of a total body check. First, the dental assistant, Anna, polished and flossed my teeth. My hygienist, Jeff, meticulously cleaned my teeth, and I saw Dr. Patel at the end of my visit for an overall exam. Important to note, Enamel Dentistry now charges a 3.5% charge for use of an credit card. So come prepared with a Debit card, if you do not want to incur a fee. They are open pretty late and some Saturdays even they are available and early mornings although it was very hard for her to make those during volleyball season and especially now when she had to schedule a 2x a day appt BUT they were so accommodating and allowed her to come earlier during lunch so she wouldn't miss too many classes which she has already bc of volleyball. Anyways super kind caring staff and dentist. Will definitely recommend our and her school friends to come here :) her teeth look great! Hopefully her retainers will work too because my son who got them done elsewhere they messed up on a bit :( so I feel this place should know what they are doing because it looks great already! My teeth have never been extremely crooked and I used invisalign 12 years ago. Over time, my teeth shifted and that was my reason for working with LuvBraces. I was quoted for a 9 month treatment plan. We are now in month 20 and my bite sits uncomfortably in my mouth, my teeth have sensitivity for the first time in my life from all the teeth shaving, and the original tooth that I wanted to move back into place is STILL misaligned. And even though it's apparent to the naked eye that the tooth is misaligned, his plan was just to end the treatment if I hadn't vocalized my concerns. That just shows me that this doctor is willing to take my money regardless if he fails to deliver results and is apathetic to any permanent oral health and aesthetic changes. I would never recommend this place to anyone I love. I'm upset that I now have to wait an additional 6 weeks for my 3rd/4th set of aligners and I'll have to waste another 4-6 months of visits hoping he doesn't shave off more of my enamel and HOPEFULLY fix a tooth that he's unsuccessfully aligned up to this point.

He had to argue with them until they realized they printed him a quote. After fitting him for Invisalign, they said he would have to wait a month and a half to get the first tray installed. (They said a hygienist does it, not even the actual dentist.) He asked for a call if something earlier opens up. They received his trays and had an opening much sooner, but they DID NOT call my husband to tell him. The reason I found out is because I called to ask what's going on, to which they lied and said they tried to call him. There is no record of their call on my husband's phone log. We thoroughly reviewed it because all the receptionist could do was fixate on her lie that someone called him. We are extremely worried going forward since Invisalign will be a very long journey full of many appointments and the receptionists cannot be trusted. Lying is unacceptable, especially in a professional practice. Update: I went with my husband to get his first Invisalign tray put in and they bought "Dandy" which is not Invisalign. I asked why they quoted us for Invisalign but then gave us Dandy, and the person opening the box said, "Dandy works with Invisalign," which they absolutely do not; they are competitors. Dandy is about half the cost of Invisalign. Bait and switch scammers. Avoid at all costs. The dentist had a bad attitude about it, too, as if they didn't just get caught lying. Thankfully, they refunded us at least. We will never come back again.
