Dr Herring is super kind and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. All of his staff is super friendly and kind. Jennifer is the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and I must say is an Angel! Super sweet and always take extra steps to make sure I am comfortable since I told her I was terrified of the dentist with my past terror experiences somewhere else where. She was empathetic and did such a great job making sure everything was tip top! Morgan was such educational and knowledgeable! Honestly they have an A team there and treat you like family with care and support. I'm so grateful to find such a wonderful dental practice and I honestly can't believe I'm saying this but look forward to coming back lol They create a very calm environment and I love that I can watch the birds and squirrels as I lay in the dentist chairs. I suppose they get more money from you that way. That tooth split in half, from top to bottom, less than a week later when I was eating tuna salad. He had the ENTIRE staff ask me if I had been eating rocks when I came back but their nervous laughter seemed to imply they weren't comfortable doing so. He then had them try and charge me another $1500 to fix it. I just had to have several teeth near it pulled (for a fraction of that quote) because the infection was never comlpletely cleared and it destroyed the teeth around it.

I personally request Gina and she does an Ultrasonic cleaning. She listens to me and gives great advice and feedback. When we called they said Medicare Advantage didn't tell them how much they would pay. So we called the insurance. They said they are not in network so they paid less. Never did they tell my husband they would pay less. Today the dentist office said they won't tell us what they pay but they will tell you. Why not tell us that and we could have called the insurance! And then I say why is the balance different and she says it is for a balance on a 330.00 cleaning in January that the insurance didn't completely cover! Why would you charge that for a cleaning and why not tell me I have a balance when I go in for my crown. Unfortunately we are now looking for a new dentist. :(
