Our local Porsche service department says the car is leaking oil in THREE different places and needs "engine out repairs". The car also showed up with the wrong size tires. The dealer could care less when I told them. The worst part is this dealer had to have known about these leaks, according to our local Porsche mechanic, because of how obvious the leaks were. So they ignored the leaks and the check engine light and then lied on the cpo report, reporting no leaks. The CPO stamp from this dealer means nothing. I'd be VERY careful buying here and have a full inspection done of any car you may buy even if it's CPO.

I have had some less than stellar experiences in the past trying to deal with car problems and feeling like I wasn't being respected or taken seriously but Ogi and Robert make me feel so comfortable and always take the time to explain everything and walk through all the options. I started going to them when I was in college and will keep going to them as long as they keep doing what they're doing. Over and over again, I continue to be impressed by my experience with them. I cannot recommend someone more. They spent a lot of time with me recently figuring out some confusing and frustrating problems with my fairly new car where they really went above and beyond to help get the problem solved. Without naming names their competition simply relies on having the primary contracts with insurance companies, which means they are used to being fed business, and thus sometimes take that business as granted. I can't recommend this TCC location enough, though I will say the construction on the 35 doesn't make it the most easy to reach, despite being well worth it.

He gave himself a timeline of 3-4 weeks, but when I checked in at 2 weeks he said he'd be done in a few days! The color was exactly what I wanted, and the whole car looks beautiful! Pete was super friendly, had great communication, reasonably priced, and direct. If me or my husband ever have a car painted again, we'd definitely go to him.

Bee and Brandon were both awesome to work with -- very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing with the transmission/front diff fluid, rear diff fluid, and brake/clutch fluid service, which I really appreciated. After the service, the car shifts noticeably smoother with the Redline Fluid Blend and the brakes feel great (DOT 4 Upgrade). Everything feels refreshed and done properly, and it's clear they know their stuff. I dropped my car off two months ago for front end work... yes I said two months ago! No…read morecommunication unless I called. I called one day and one of the mechanics was playing on the phone (are you serious?). I was quoted one price and ended up paying more than double... yes double! How does that happen? When I picked up my car the engine was running different as in rough... why is that? When the only thing that they were supposed to do under the hood was straighten the valve covers!... I stopped the car in the parking lot to look under the hood, to maybe see what was going on under there. One of the mechanics came out and told me to pull around to the shop where the car quit!! Why is that?? It ran like a sewing machine when I took it in! Before getting out of the car I noticed one of my air condition vents was broken!!!! Why??? Of course the mechanic says we didn't do anything in the car! So, he goes under the hood while saying "I didn't do anything under the hood"... he asked when did you get this car, as if I just got it and didn't know much about it. I responded by saying I've had it for 15 years, in other words I know about every bump and bruise from bumper to bumper!!! And on top of that I'm a mechanic myself... just needed some help and I definitely chose the wrong place! The only reason I gave one star is because I had no other options!
