First, this is the second time I've brought my vehicle to them and it has popped up on carfax that they serviced the vehicle with an oil change when they didn't. I had spark plugs changed and it included an oil change that never occurred. This messes up the carfax with bad information and it's not easy to fix. When I mentioned it the first time they asked me to email them about it and acted like they had no idea how it could have happened, but the issue hasn't been fixed and continues to happen. Secondly, I paid these guys nearly $800 to diagnose and fix a cylinder misfire, but less than a week after leaving the shop and the issue is still there. Which tells me that they didn't truly diagnose what was causing it, but instead threw parts at it hoping that it would fix the issue. After I called to let them know that the check engine light came back on and was throwing the same code the answer I received was "it's probably a good idea to sell your vehicle". Are you kidding me? Them taking some responsibility for not fixing my vehicle after I gave them nearly a grand to do so seems like a more appropriate response.

Fortunately for us when we pulled off of I-35 This Car Shop was right there. They were so kind as to put our car up on the lift immediately and two mechanics looked up under our car. You could see where something had impacted our undercarriage in several spots and luckily for us, the impacts were not on any soft or moving parts, but only on hard metal. I was so thrilled and was happy to pay a bill. They would not take any money from me. Now who does that! I am most grateful for the peace of mind that we could continue on our travels without concern. If I lived in the area, I would be happy to take our cars there for service.

Shame on Pep boys. my husband worked there 30 years at the one on Seminary he NEVER in 30 years…read morecalled in once. he had a stroke last year still went to work that next Monday. jimmy targeted him and said to everyone to get rid of him because he made to much money (told his team his pay). he had to work 6 days a week with NO lunch. he started taking two days off a week and they told him if he didn't they would replace him. so he started working 6 days again with no lunch no fans. the other day the manager came out yelling at him about a car and he yelled back. ( I guess) so they came in today and fired him. he and 3 other guys had been targeting him and telling everyone to get him gone. today a store called my husband and said they are coming to fire you at 2:30. ( that's exactly what they did.) I have never wrote a bad review on a company but this is so wrong. They make fun of him because of his fingers being cut off. The new district manager was with them. he was actually nice. The other 3 have made if their mission to fire him. They got their wish today. I have taken my 2007 Prius to All Auto three times, all for an AC issue. First, I was out of…read morefreon. They charged me $70 to recharge the freon. Then, my AC stopped working altogether, and they diagnosed the problem (blower motor had broken). This week, my freon was again out. They had quoted me $70 to add freon and dye to see where the freon was leaking from, with the cost to the repair the leak TBD based on where it's coming from. Well, Priuses apparently cannot have dye, so instead, they added freon and listened to the system to see where it might be leaking from. Needless to say, it was a longer process than had they used dye. When I went to pick up the car, they told me where the leak was coming from. I chose not to fix it, but I still had to pay them for their work and for adding freon. Instead of the $70 he quoted me, he only charged me $50. I did not ask for a discount, but I appreciated the service and the value. Next time my car needs a repair, I will not hesitate to bring it to All Auto.
