Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. SLP did a fantastic job and they have my full recommendation and will be going back for other work in the future. Thank you !

Even though we were a walk-in, the team took the car in right away and had it fully repaired by the next day! My daughter, who lives about a 20-minute walk from campus, was able to manage with her scooter while the car was in the shop -- and by the end of the day, she was back on the road. As an out-of-town parent, I can't express how much I appreciated the smooth communication and easy payment process over the phone. Everything was handled professionally and with care. It gave me great peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The service was excellent from start to finish, and it's clear they truly support TCU students. I've supplied the address because if you go anywhere else, you might regret it. I was on my way to the Emergency Vet as one of my dogs, Sam, was dying. It was a terrible night. I'd just entered the freeway when some idiot roared past me and cut back in front just as I saw the tire right front of me. No way to avoid. Smashed the front fender, back passenger door and back fender. Heartbroken to say that Sam died, but when I took my Mazda to Silver Lining, honestly, the name is 100% accurate, I was greeted by Lyn; friendly, caring and very professional. The advisor, Rob Gonzalez, also one of the nicest blokes I've ever met, inspected my car and assured me they'd handle everything with my insurance. Which he did. Hannah, the regional manager, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Over the years, I've had other cars worked on, but none were as friendly, professional and expert as these folks. And my CX5? Incredible! Looks brand new. The standard of workmanship is topnotch. Despite it being such a hard time emotionally, Silver Lining Collision truly helped me get through it.

DFW Bumper Solutions is an A+++ business! I had front end dents & scrapes. Didn't know what to do…read morebut was lucky enough to find their website. Response to my request was almost immediate. Bryan was the Tech & he was great. Friendly & easy to talk to. It was a beastly hot day & his company van had air which made me feel better for him. It didn't take long before he was done. I went out to look at his work and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm a woman of a certain age & due diligence before hiring any business. Still I was a bit nervous about how this would go - no worries!!!! This is an excellent business & I couldn't have had a better experience !!! I'd read about other businesses quoting one price & then when finished a different price (higher of course). Not with Bumper Solutions. It was exactly as quoted. My suspicious & nervousness at this made me keep asking if that would be what I would pay. Bless Bryan - he was so patient with me & assured me more than once that would be the price. And of course it was. Highly, highly recommend Bumper Solutions!!

Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Highly recommended.
