He was so disrespectful, he lied, he called security on a table of four of use, 3 Seven Stars, even with the waitress telling we did nothing wrong but ask to have a steak removed due to cover with butter even after telling them please put nothing on the steak, the manager refuse to remove steak, refused to recook, even after we ask him to stay away from our table he keep coming back only to have us removed. What a joke, even three waitress come to us and said he is the worse manager ever and runs off some many, the head cook even agree that ever steak is brushed with butter. When we are seated at the table we do not need a review of how Gordon uses his mother's recipes and the history of his restaurant. Food is very pricey which you expect because of the name association. We had the Shrimp Scampi and the 8oz filet. The meat was tender and the shrimp seemed a little overcooked. Both were over salted to the point it was hard to taste the real food. The puréed potatoes were good. We also had the Banana Tart for dessert. We were not impressed. The tart shell was soggy and the ganache was grainy. Not impressed with the whole experience. Honestly, we could have done better at home. We tried it once and that is enough. read more

The food was amazing. We got the meatballs as a starter (smaller than I thought they'd be for the price, but delicious). For entrees, I got the chicken Milanese (pictured) which was really good. Very disappointed as this was our first visit. Maybe had too high of expectations. We were at Caesar's for a show so decided to make a reservation to eat there. Ordered fish and chips and the fish was dripping grease. We also ordered chicken Milanese and it was very over done. Super dry and clearly left in the fryer too long. It took us about 45 minutes from the time we received our salad to the time our entree arrived. Waitress was very nice, but not attentive. Seemed like she had too many tables to wait on. The best thing we ate was the rolls. Again, definitely not the experience we were expecting and especially for the price. read more

The waiter dropped a glass of water at our table and went on down my leg and in my shoe...he wasn't to concerned about correcting it, left the water on the floor forever while running around to other tables. We had to be patient that's for sure and they weren't busy, food was warm but not hot, wished my steak would have been better for what I paid for it. I made dinner reservations for 8:30 PM on Friday several weeks in advance for a special trip celebrating my husband's birthday. I even noted the occasion in the reservation. Since we live over four hours away, this was something we had really been looking forward to. Earlier that day, I called about five hours ahead to ask if it would be possible to arrive slightly earlier (between 8:00-8:15). I made it clear right away that it wasn't a big deal if that wasn't possible--I just wanted to check since I got off earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the response I received was unprofessional. The person on the phone laughed and said, "yeahhh, nooo," and then hung up without even saying goodbye. While I found this off-putting, I chose to brush it off, assuming it may have just been a misunderstanding. When we arrived at 8:20 to check in, there was no one at the host stand, and several other couples were waiting around the entrance. We asked if people were being checked in and were told they were only taking reservations. Since we had one, we waited at the desk. After a few minutes, two hostesses came up. One of them (a blonde woman with green/blue highlights and glasses, possibly named Gretchen) greeted us in a very unwelcoming manner. She said, "I hope y'all have a reservation." I confirmed that we did, for 8:30. She then gestured to the other guests and said, "Well, you see all those people standing there--you're after them. Maybe 15-20 minutes," and walked away. The tone and delivery were unnecessarily harsh and honestly quite embarrassing. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially given that this was meant to be a special birthday dinner. Thankfully, after about 15 minutes, we were seated by another hostess (I believe her name was Khadija--apologies if I misspelled it), who was warm, kind, and professional. Her demeanor made a big difference and helped turn the experience around. I'm sharing this feedback because first impressions matter. The host/hostess is often the first point of contact, and a respectful, welcoming attitude goes a long way--even during busy or stressful times. I hope this can be used as a learning opportunity moving forward. I also thought it was a bit odd we were seated in the bar area even though we had reservations. We didnt even get a "happy birthday" acknowledgement which also was kind of a let down. Luckily my husband doesnt care about birthday celebrations as much as I do, but a mere gesture of a happy birthday could have meant alot. The food was great aside from the "moscow mules", which were clearly made with sweet and sour mix as opposed to anything close to ginger beer. Very tart and sour. Also it took over 40 mins for our steaks to come out and they gave us the wrong steaks. My husband ordered medium and i ordered medium rare, so we had to do an easy switcharoo, which isnt a huge deal but when you are paying that much, service really should be top tier. read more

We went here both nights that we stayed in the hotel. This was one of two places open, the other one being three stacks. The first night we got the beef wellington with shrimp cocktail & the cauliflower. The second night we got a filet and lobster with a caesar and broccolini. Everything was great both nights but the filet & lobster was much better than the wellington. The filet was much more tender & the lobster melted in your mouth. The service is great but they did keep taking our plates before we had completely finished. The prices are absolutely insane and we only spent the $$ and ate here because nothing was open... Ended up being worth it though thankfully and the sticky toffee pudding is out of this WORLD. The best dessert that I have ever tasted , make sure you get it. read more

Greeted nicely and got set at the table quickly. Got the crab cake appetizer. Which had plenty of crab in it and fried nicely. Wife got the Beef Wellington and I got the scallops. Wellington was more meds than med rare they said it would be cooked. Filet had some fat on the edge which there shouldn't be any. The dough looked a little over- cooked. Bottom line is that was ok. Not $85 good but ok. Scallops were a tiny bit undercooked for me but that better than having them overcooked. Honestly the slices of pork belly were better than the scallops. Quick service for most of the time. Francis got sat a 8 top family as we were ready for the bill. That took too long to get the check so we could pay. Some situational to delays. My family made reservations for Christmas Eve dinner at 5:00 and had a fabulous time. I've always wanted to dine at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and this was my first one. My favorite items were the salted caramel espresso martini, the Caesar salad, the truffle fries and the cheesecake. The Caesar dressing was thick and creamy. The truffle fries had a great truffle flavor accompanied with a truffle aioli. I had the scallops as my entree and with as much as Gordon Ramsay talks about scallops in his show, I was surprised they weren't pan seared. They were good but I've had better scallops. Lastly, the cheesecake was tart and just fantastic. My parents both othered the beef Wellington and raved about it. Service was attentive and the server was super knowledgeable about the menu. 10/10 experience - food is incredible and service is fantastic! 1st - you need to make a reservation, even to sit at the bar. We saw so many people get turned away and they weren't happy about it. 2nd - sitting at the bar was so fun! David, Jared and Abby were so wonderfully friendly and made great drinks! (See David serving up an espresso martini. Service with a smile!) Jared makes a killer spicy margarita. I didn't get a photo but it was delicious and pretty! 3rd - we ordered so many things off the menu just to try as much as we could and it was all good. For appetizers we tried the crab cake: top tier, Caesar salad: exceeded expectations, Parker rolls: delicious and that butter took it over the top, sticky wings: sooo crispy and juicy! For entrees, we got the chicken milanese which was extremely tasty, the filet which was incredible and we tried both the red wine demi and bernaise and they were SO GOOD!, scallops were fresh and silky and just like how I would imagine Gordon Ramsay himself would cook them. We ordered the carrots (which might've been my very favorite dish out of everything we tried) and the potato puree, which was the only thing we had that was disappointing. Great texture, and once we dressed it up with salt and pepper, it was much better. We ended our tour of this menu with the sticky toffee pudding which is must-try. We'll be back! I really wanted this place to be fabulous, and on first walking in I thought it would be, but the service was so sub par I couldn't enjoy myself. Timing on drinks was soooo slow, then we got our main courses before we were halfway through our appetizers. The server never asked if the temp of the filet was right, and really seemed to have zero knowledge of the wine list. $200+tip for two people (only two glasses of wine) I'd expect , at the least, to have the meals fired on time. The truffle risotto barely resembled either risotto or truffle and the filet was cooked properly, but both dishes were unremarkable. This restaurant is also located inside a casino which allowed smoking, so if you are sensitive you may want to avoid. read more

We've eaten at several of the Gordon Ramsay places in the US and abroad. This one by far was the most disappointing food. The ambiance is fine, fairly decent. The staff were wonderful. We both had the fish and chips. The breading was thick and dense. The seasoning was underwhelming, borderline bland, except for the cluster of coarse salt on the top making that potion overly salty. I don't generally leave less-than-stellar reviews, but the expectation of a restaurant of Gordon Ramsay is much higher than what this location delivered. read more

If you are wanting to get the full experience of Chef Ramsey's kitchen, DO NOT go before 4 pm. Before 4 pm you are limited to only a handful of items listed on the car menu ( French onion soup and beef wellington are not available before 4pm). If you plan on going after 4 pm make reservation. The staff were nice, but we did have issues keeping our drinks filled. We were sad we couldn't get the soup (we tried) so opted for the Sticky Chicken wings. YES YES YES!!! I could have eaten 5 plates of just these wings. They were fried to perfection and covered in a mango chutney that added the right amount of sweetness to the spicy glaze that was drizzled all over it. We opted to split a chicken sandwich and fries since it was early afternoon and I'm glad we did. The sandwich was huge. The sandwich was delightful and juicy. Highly recommend. Loved the hells sauce and we opted for a side of blue cheese. The French fries were cooked perfectly and had that prefect golden crunch outside. Sadly our dessert did not live up to the expectation. We had the Sticky Toffee Pudding in Vegas and feel in love. Being that the rest of our meal had gone so perfectly, we had no doubt the dessert would have been the cherry on the top....sadly it wasn't. The cake was warm the toffee sauce was great but the cake was on the dry side. We did eat most of it, but had it been cooked a few minutes longer, we would have sent it back. So between the dessert and the wait staff being a little too preoccupied with talking amongst themselves, this is why I gave the restaurant a 4 star. Exactly what you would expect at a Ramsey restaurant. The food was great. The Caesar salad was the best I have ever had. I could easily be satisfied with that as a meal all by itself. Portion are of decent size. It would be hard to eat 3 courses. We ate in the middle of the week and rather early so there were only a few diners in the restaurant. We did have a reservation and it was my wife's birthday. And I had marked that on my reservation and the staff made a concerted effort to make her feel very special. Thoroughly satisfied. Christmas Eve 2025 Had a reservation for dinner but left a little disappointed. First off, the staff were across the board very friendly and accommodating! Here are some points to take into consideration. No wine list at the lobby bar? Three wines from NC available. RK bar, basic and friendly, would consider returning. Dinner service was OK, courses took a while to be served. Steps of service missed; no flatware on the table when entrees were served, had to request and then wait. Food quality; Caesar salad was excellent. Wellington was pretty good. Sunday Roast was a train wreck that you would expect at Texas Road House and certainly did not live up to the $60 price tag. Other things noticeable; table adjacent to ours brought in their own bottles of Dr. Pepper and Diet Pepsi??!!?? Dress code was not followed.
