I've been detailing our cars for the last 20 years and am always on the lookout for car products with quality and value. Walt's is the place to go for all your car wash/detailing needs for a really great price! Sometimes, you just need to spend more to achieve that showroom look. I recently got our cars Ceramic Pro coated professionally and wanted to get new car wash gear for those quick washes at home. The highest level of Ceramic Pro makes car washes much easier and there is essentially no need for detailing (i.e. clay bar, wax, or seal), so I really didn't need to buy much. However, I couldn't help myself since the prices here at Walt's was very affordable so I left with a lot more than what I came for. I have yet to test out the quality of all of their products, but from what I can tell, it is the same if not similar to a nearby competitor - Chemical Guys. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for some affordable car cleaning/detailing products!

My hope is that if enough disgruntled people raise hell over this, that the company will be held accountable and brought to justice. I sold my 2017 Volvo XC60 to Bidlane on 1/2/24. I brought my vehicle, and a sales rep named George took photos of the car and offered $16,000, which I accepted. I signed a contract and they took my title and registration. The agreement was that I would be wired the full amount by 1/11/24, which never happened. I tried calling and texting various employee numbers. I could never get through. The one person who texted on behalf of the company kept asking for "my patience." After nearly 3 weeks of this, I finally went back to the location to confront the salesmen in person and collect my promised payment. But upon arrival, no one was in the office and it was marked "temporarily closed" until next year! On Yelp and Google, I saw that all Bidlane locations had closed as well. So my car has essentially been stolen by a fraudulent company. I am now without a car and without the promised payment. Bidlane can rest assured that I will pursue every legal avenue to get back what is owed.
