I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Both Eric and Matthew were excellent communicators and after reviewing options we settled on a solution that I would supply OEM manufactured seat covers and they would do the installation. They removed the old covers and installed the covers I provided in record time Their work and customer service was impeccable, and I truly felt the pride of workmanship and their desire to provide the very best for their customers at a fair price. Their shop was an incredibly clean and efficient workspace and was packed with high end cars (Ferrari's, Porsches, etc ) so I knew the quality of their work had to be elevated in comparison to similar shops. The last visit I had with my Land Cruiser was urgent as one of my transmission hoses ruptured rending it undrivable. Frank/Eric were proactive and allowed me to tow my LC to them to figure out the issue the next day (they were closing at the time I called). After parts were received on their end, my Land Cruiser was up and running back to normal. They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. I am happy to have found a shop with a good work ethic, friendliness and thoroughness that is local to me in Santa Ana. 10/10 would recommend if you have a offroad vehicle or a Toyota (I am sure they are proficient with other vehicles as well).

Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to.
