Didn't even know Andre had a Yelp page. I've used his simple car wash services before. However, recently I took my car to another car wash place (big mistake) and they left so many swirls on my car. Not only that but they used some harsh chemical on my wheels and they started to fade and then everything started chipping too. I had to get it fixed and thought of 24k shine because I follow them on instagram and used him before. He was able to completely repowder coat my wheels (looks brand new now) and he did a paint correct on my car to get rid of all the imperfections. Night and day difference. It was all sealed with a ceramic coat as well too. Now I'm just on his monthly maintenance cleaning schedule. I don't trust anyone else to touch my car. Great price, friendly, and does a great job. Even had a loaner car for me so I wasn't car-less while he was fixing it up. And when he didn't have a car for me, he provided me uber/lyft home. read more

I bought a used Toyota GR86 that suffered from bad swirl marks and water spots all over. One spot even had circular sanding marks from a poor paint correction attempt. Andre took care of it and made it look brand new! He's very detailed in his work and answered all questions I had. 24K Shine did an awesome job with the paint correction, PPF on the front end, and ceramic coat all around. Hopefully you can see the difference in the before and after pictures. I'll be a returning customer and can easily recommend his work. read more

I brought my truck to 24k Shine to tint the front two windows and the windshield. Andre wasted no time and took care of me right away. He walked me through different tint shades, gave honest recommendations, and even showed me some examples of cars he's worked on so I could get a better idea of how each option would look. What really sold me was when I asked if the tint was ceramic, he said absolutely, that he only offers the best quality work and products. As a business owner myself, I really respected that answer. I chose my shade and he got to work right away. The truck was done shortly after, and to top it off, Andre even washed my truck for me! He truly went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend 24 Shine to anyone looking for quality tint work and excellent service. read more

3 years later, still a top tier operation. Andre is great at what he does with careful attention to detail. Getting my car detailed is still an occasional splurge for me, but the work done by 24K far surpasses expectations. Several friends have commented on the appearance of my 10(!) year old car- essentially looks as good as new. Happily continuing to recommend this business to anyone that asks. I originally requested to book the Express option - Andre suggested a Mini based off the condition of my car for the clay bar + iron remover work. I'm usually not a fan of the upsell but he provided an extremely thorough explanation and I'm so glad I did it! read more

Quality and value of service and follow up with a free thorough car wash after work was done was very good.

Great experience, great service and a fair price! Highly recommend 24k shine for anyone looking for ppf, ceramic or tinting needs.

Really happy with my experience at 24k shine. I got ppf, ceramic coating and tint for a very good price. The quality is top-notch, and everything was finished with great attention to detail. Andre was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained the whole process up front and made sure everything was done right. The PPF is seamless, the ceramic coating gives the paint a deep gloss, and the tint came out clean and consistent. Overall, a smooth experience and solid results. read more

Amazing. 100% would and will come back. The team at 24KShine did Phenomenal work and really hooked it up. If you know ceramic coating - you know that Gyeon is one of the best products and 24K Shine is an authorized installer. You won't regret hitting them up. read more

Ive been dealing with their bullshit for weeks now. They've done nothing but give me the run around when I ask where can I get my car detailed. I told them I live in apartments that don't allow washing so I've suggested MANY and I mean MANY places and each time they say no for solid reasons which I'm not upset about It's the fact that I'm trying to find a spot to do it and they won't suggest ONE PLACE that will work for them. so why not give me a place to go? Why am I looking for a place to get my car washed when it's their damn job. LACK OF COMMUNICATION will never be worth the work they do...rescheduled my appointment without me actually saying to reschedule...then cancelled it without saying anything...now they won't respond to text messages, phone calls or Instagram DMs Stay far far away from this 24k piece of crap you can thank me later. Update: THEY RESPONDED only after seeing my review lol like they say.....COMMUNICATION IS KEY... read more

Another fabulous job from Andre. My car has undergone several changes since my first basic wash at 24kshine and every new cosmetic changes added, has been washed and maintained by Andre. You couldn't ask for a better person than Andre to take care of your vehicle. read more

24k Shine is the best! Andre ( the owner) is seriously the nicest guy and he has serviced me from mobile detail washes, to now ceramic coating my 2022 430i BMW. Being a girl, I don't know much about coatings and such- I just know I want my car clean 24/7 and given this godly awful winter season in California, Andre recommended a ceramic coating to keep my car clean and shiny so less washes for me! I occasionally like to run my car through a touch-less car wash so this will make it easier for the dirt and grime to come right off. He has great prices for all his services and this guy does it all on his own so have some patience when booking him. Thank you so much Andre! I'll be tinting my car next! read more

The quality and attention to detail was second to none. I got PPF, ceramic and full tints installed with Andre and it came out flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of this project as I was a bit nervous given the intricacy of the front bumper on my G80 M3. I highly recommend 24KSHINE to anyone looking to get PPF, ceramic and any detailing done. The pricing is extremely competitive and Andre is very responsive and detailed in the process and timeline to completion. read more

Andre did such an amazing job!! I've had this car since 2019 and have never once got a professional detail work done to it since I drove it off the dealership lot. I called Andre to see if he had any time for my car right after my Tahoe trip, which thankfully he did! The car was filthy and had so many bugs on it from the drive up and down from Tahoe. I picked the car up cleaner than I got it at the dealership when I bought it. Shit was shinin'. I got so many compliments on how shiny and clean the car looked thanks to that 24k Shine ceramic coat. Which btw, I have had trust issues with people having my car to do things like ceramic coat but I put all my trust in Andre and he DID THAT THANG. 110% would recommend Andre & his crew. I've been recommending all my friends and family to him. read more

We had a great experience with Andre, and the cars came out looking amazing! We had some rust from a leaky pipe that we could not get off, and Andre not only removed all the rust but gave the cars a brand new look (and one of the cars is over 5 years old). He has a great attitude and delivers great results! read more

Awesome experience with the 24KShine/Touchdown Detailing team. I purchased a new car last year and had held off on getting it coated. During that time, it developed some swirling and the hydrophobic properties were non-existent. I actually had my previous car coated at a different place, and was very happy with the quality of the product/service; however, the pricing made it a little hard to justify. One of my friends actually referred me to 24kShine, and after seeing what they were able to do to on his car and their pricing options, I was sold! After inquiring Andre, Jordan, and Tyler with some questions regarding their services, I opted for their 2 step correction and their Infinite coating package (Gyeon Infinite base type 2 + infinite top coat). Most importantly, the prep/paint correction was done extremely well - This is what I had the most concerns about when shopping around for coating services. Really happy with the recommendations as the coating really makes the darker color on the car stand out. I was blown away with how much 24K went above and beyond to include coating my wheels and calipers while they were at it. The follow up wash/checkup was a great experience as I was able to see the coating in action - Also appreciated the Gyeon Customer Experience/Care kit that was provided! 24KShine/Touchdown Detailing did a fantastic job on my vehicle - they made sure I felt comfortable with the services I was a purchasing and delivered an amazing experience. read more

Once you find good people you hold onto them. That is why we have been using these guys for over a year now consistently for 2 washes a month. They're always early and finish on time. Never had any issues with them canceling appts. If anything I've had to change a few appts and they were extremely kind to making the proper adjustments. Never had any issues with my car washes/details. They pay attention to details and always leave an air freshener behind after every wash. read more

Been getting my car washed and detailed from Andre and his team since 2020 and it's always been a more than pleasant experience. I'm usually not that good at keeping up with getting my car washed but they're the only people I trust to get the job done now. They have different packages for you to choose from and I think it's extremely great for the price you pay. The attention to detail is noticeable and my car is always left spotless. Booking is quick and easy and I appreciate that they communicate when we need to reschedule due to weather changes. I saw a review saying that location was an issue so I would reach out to them first to see what works before booking an appointment. I don't believe they work on public streets but you could also bring your car to their shop. I also offered to let my friend use my driveway if he ever wanted to get his car detailed by them since he lives in an apartment complex lol. That's how much I would recommend their services. Sucks to see other businesses leaving false reviews to tarnish another one's reputation but I can safely say my experiences have been nothing but good ones. Thanks guys, keep it up! read more

Andre, Jordan, and Ty are the most professional and detail oriented workers I've had the pleasure of doing business with. They are always reliable and I can trust them with my car any time I need to. Whether it be a mobile job or same day drop off at the shop, my cars always come back to me looking better than they did from the dealer the day I picked them up. The quality of their products and their work speaks for itself and with a reasonable cost. 24K SHINE is the only mobile / detail business I trust touching my car. I have been calling 24k Shine for years, ever since they went from a one-man show (Just Andre) to growing to a team of three, and let me tell you; the service has not changed at all. If anything, it improves every time they come out for detail. I got a two-year ceramic coating this time around for the first time, and they did a fantastic job with everything. The car was spotless inside out, including the gas caps, underneath seats all of. The car had a lot of bugs stuck to the front due to a long road trip and was looking brand-new by the time Tyler was done, and the gloss effect looked terrific. Two weeks later after a nice wash it looks as if the car was just detailed. Should've gotten my rims ceramic coated as well but gives me a excuse to schedule them again. So far, I have gotten 4 different cars detailed and will continue to do so with these guys each time. read more

I've tried a few mobile detailing services, but I can confidently say that 24K is the best in the business. They have plenty of packages to choose from and also offer ceramic coating services. Got a new car, ceramic coated on the first wash, & have been maintaining it ever since with 24k. Andre, Jordan, & Ty always take care of me & my car. At this point, they've done 5 of our cars all different packages and even cleaned a couch for us & they never disappoint. Everything you need to know is written on the website so be sure to read everything first for prices, booking, & other requirements. The site is easy to navigate & book services, but they'll need to review your appointment and accept/deny first based on location, etc since they cover a lot of areas and need to take driving/traffic times into account.
