our only view of the stage - this, by holding our cell phone above the heads of others.

Wow, our visit to the Ramona Mainstage was such a horrible experience - one I hope others do not have to have: * For a venue/setting that should hold, maybe, 100 people, they crammed what must have been more than 3-400. * Although we pre-reviewed pictures of the Mainstage and saw seating throughout, this was not the case * The build of this place is not good - the floor and even the front stage are evenly level with one another. Only those in the very front are able to see the stage * Although it was listed in some places that there is (bar type) food, there was none. The drinks - ridiculously priced Since my party could not see a single minute of the event, we finished our overly priced drinks and left within 30 minutes of entering the building. To say the least, we will not be revisiting for this (MicroMania) event or any other event. To us, it was evident that the owners provide discount tickets to get as many people into this building as possible, then gain their true profit by pushing overpriced drinks....

$15 32oz cup. All beers at the same price, even budlite... silly

The venue is nice. Small but spacious, clean, plenty of seating options, they serve food, at the bar section or in the hall, at your table. You can move freely in front of the stage then back to your seat. The feeling is very "homey", plenty of local friendly patrons, large and clean bathrooms. The sound quality is OK. Not phenomenally great but very decent. They have a full bar with "venue prices" however they don't offer premium acts thus you can't justify such high bar prices. 0 stars, even though the staff was very friendly. Food is mediocre (BBQ) at best, sides are clearly supermarket food, over-priced. I'd rate venue: 4 stars. Food: 2 stars. Drinks (price-wise): 0 stars. Now... The show was supposed to consist of 1 opener, then the main act. With doors opening at 7, I assumed the main act would start at 8:30, maybe 9. They started at 10:35pm... with 2 additional openers (cheap cover bands...) people were actually starting to leave when the main act started... This is very disrespectful for paying customers especially when we buy overpriced drinks while waiting... Not sure if it's a venue issue or a band problem but... in the end it profits the bar.

    View from seats in back.

Fun venue for music. All seats have a good view. Good drinks Good people Good music Came here on a date with my hubby. Enjoyed the turquoise barn cider. Enjoyable night.

We loved watching The Young Dubliners at this venue. Great seats and great view. Pricy bar but fully expected.

Turn on the air conditioning!!! Wear shorts and tank tops, people. Even the band commented repeatedly how horribly hot it was in there.

We've never been so I'm curious just how kid friendly it is. We don't have a sitter so if we got a booth would it be chill enough at our table for a 3 year old?

They have unique wines infused in whiskey barrels. I had their Chardonnay which had a slight taste of whiskey in it but I thought it was pretty good. We were greeted by "Whiskey" the cat and as we were told apparently he was a stray and greets everyone as they arrive which was cute. They have misters which helped a lot with the heat.

Called 20+ Vineyard and put my requirements and was chose Crystal hill as my choice, I am so glad I made that decision. Best wine, amazing scenery, very private, kid friendly, pet friendly most of all sweetest Staff you will ever find. This is the best winery of Ramona by far and exactly what we were looking for. The view is stunning and beautiful view, atmosphere is very relaxing. Wine choices we were excellent, Excellent wine, especially the whiskey barrel wines! Wine Choices: We initially ordered wine flights, double and singles an we choose the below bottles from there. 1. 2016 Stone Lake Merlot 2. 2016 Whiskey Stone Lake Merlot 3. 2019 Malbec Rose 4. 2017 Whiskey Rose They even have food; their flatbread is amazing too. The Staff and owners were very nice, as we were having good time Scott the owner took the kids, around 10 of them to a short hike and showed them around the property and vineyard, kids had good time while adults were drinking up. Meanwhile Kristy engaged the smaller kids. It was all fun and everyone had fun. Special kudos to the lovely bartenders. If you are looking for great wines, amazing views, comfortable atmosphere, great staff, kid friendly, pet friendly, this is the place. We are going back soon

The most Rockwood Ranch was purchased and added into the property in 2006, and the Rockwood farmhouse which was built in the 1890's is now the Rancho Guejito Vineyard tasting room! Because of the size of this property, they have the space to having amazing events! Check out their calendar for event details, but they do have a lot of events for kids as well as some street faire type events. I ama not certain if they always have live music, but the times that we have been here, they have had great live music playing. They have a great selection of wines (the sweet ones for me and the not sweet ones for my wife) as well as delightful Sangria's and wind slushies. The food was actually really good here too! They have Cheeseburgers, Bratwurst, Hotdog, veggie burgers, nachos, Bavarian pretzels, charcuterie box, churros. They also had sliders when we were there, and we opted to share sliders, charcuterie box and a Bavarian pretzel. The pretzel was massive and delicious, 100% would order again. The sliders were cooked perfectly and are made from beef raised on the property where they maintain a herd of over 2000 cows! You can also purchase a Box of their 100% grass fed on open pastures beef to take home for your freezer and cook at your leisure. This is an amazing place, always a lot of fun!

There was plenty of space indoors for 11 tables and we put one table outdoors for people who preferred to sit outside. Our auction items were outside. It was a big success and everyone loved the venue with it's James Hubbell stained glass windows and doors and lots of light, in a lovely natural setting with all the big trees. They allowed us to set up the night before which really helped. The staff was available to fix a couple things before our event started. We also rented plates, glasses and silverware from them. We brought our own ethnic caterer this time but we have used their catering the two previous years and it was very good, healthy, farm to table cuisine. They could use a couple new round tables and half of the chairs could be upgraded but they had plenty of tables for dining, auction items, raffle items , food, dessert, check in, etc. All in all, we were very happy with the venue and are planning to use it again next year as it is the best venue we have used so far in Julian for our purposes.

This past weekend I attended one of their family camps with my husband and two young children. It was magical. They thought of everything! The food was delicious! In addition, there were always choices for my picky eaters and allergy-friendly options for my spouse. Activities included archery, water games, swimming, ice cream making, farm animal visits, painting, bingo, and more. With two active kids who are three years apart, it is often a struggle for us to go places. The kids both have such different interests and attention spans. This was the best vacation we have taken as a family. Everyone got to have fun, feel excited, and be safe. I cannot recommend Camp Stevens enough. A huge thank you to the staff! We worked closely with Nicole Park throughout the entire planning process and cannot thank her enough. Her flexibility with communication, accommodations, and attention to detail made everything feel seamless. She genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for our actual wedding day, and it showed in every way. Nicole and the entire Rancho Guejito team are exceptional at what they do. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and solution-oriented, with an impressive network of resources and vendor connections. From start to finish, it truly felt like the team had our backs on all fronts. Their level of care, organization, and professionalism made the planning process feel far less stressful. The property itself is absolutely stunning -- vast greenery, rolling vineyards, citrus trees, and the most incredible natural scenery. It even smells amazing on site! We were lucky enough to be one of the first couples to host our wedding at the new venue location after originally booking the former space, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The new venue is breathtaking and perfectly complemented our moody, romantic wedding vision. The new getting-ready suites are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces so close together was a huge plus for our guests. Even months later, our guests still talk about how magical the Rancho Guejito property is. Between the lush landscape, expansive views, and countless photo locations across the property, it truly feels like an exclusive and intimate experience for you and your partner. My husband and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding day turned out at Rancho Guejito and highly recommend them for your wedding or any special event.
