We really love this car wash it is definitely our go to. We have other carwashes closer to us but…read morethis one's just the best for the value, gives our vehicles the best kind of clean, great vacuums, and the attendants that are there to hit some of the hard spots do a really great job. There is also a pre-wash station so you can scrub some of those spots so they have a time to soak which is really great and makes it easier for the Attendant as well so that they can hit really hard spots that didn't loosen for you so you get a better wash overall. Fast, efficient, clean, and thorough! This dog is indeed on top.

The young man working the wash tunnel said they will give each customer (2) towels to take home and wash themselves because they can no longer provide them for daily use because so many were being stolen. I'm disappointed in the people that are taking their microfiber towels but it's unrealistic to think that I am going to remember to wash and put these towels back into my van every week. Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. It looks like it's been sold to MISTER Car Wash.

We have a 2006 Sienna with 150,000 miles. Replacing it isn't in the budget, but for years we felt…read morelike we were throwing money at problems that kept getting worse. The van had ongoing suspension issues, vibration, and brake noises that made driving stressful--and sometimes frightening. We went from shop to shop, but the results were always the same: slightly better for a while, but never fixed. Anytime we returned with concerns, we were treated like a burden. We kept hearing, "that's just the way these vans are," while our tires wore out quickly and the noise got louder. It left us frustrated, worried, and unsure what to do. We searched again and found Marty's Automotive Longwood. We were skeptical, but from the moment we walked in, we could tell it was different. They listened. They asked smart, relevant questions. They took our concerns seriously. And they showed real confidence that their team could solve the problem. They communicated with us immediately and kept us informed throughout the repair process--something we are absolutely not used to. They set expectations honestly and delivered exactly what they promised. We dropped off a van that felt unsafe...and within a few days, we picked up a vehicle that drives better than it has in years. The improvement was dramatic. There was no pressure to do extra repairs, no upselling, no talking down to us. Just respect, honesty, transparency, and excellent workmanship. Marty's Automotive Longwood has earned our complete trust. We'll be regular customers from now on and confidently recommend them for any of your repair needs.

My 30 year mechanic sold out to a big corporation so I found myself looking for a reputable small…read moreshop. Sheeler Auto Repair has an excellent reputation so I called and spoke with Demytrius about my annual servicing. Since I use only Amzoil, Demytrius agreed to do the oil change if I brought the Amzoil in. I made an appointment and was out within 30 minutes. While waiting I met another client who turned out to be a long time customer. He couldn't praise the shop and employees high enough. I left feeling I had chosen my new shop wisely.

It says a lot in itself if I find myself on Yelp to write a review (and even then, unfortunately, I…read moream the one to leave negative reviews if I've had a horrible experience somewhere) so here goes! I may be young but I cannot even begin to explain just how many times I've been in a rut due to car trouble. My experiences at various places (both big corporate auto shops and mom and pop type shops) have always been nothing but awful. It's gotten to where when my car needs to be looked at, I'm left feeling traumatized and reliving all of the times I've been taken advantage of, belittled, or ripped off by every place I've been to. Seriously, a man at Pep Boys spoke to me like I was a 5 year old child and caused a scene in front if other customers when I simply asked to make an appointment for a tire change. That's only one of over 100 experiences I've had. So when Triple A told me I needed to get a shift cable replaced, I immediately went into panic knowing I'd have to brace myself for wherever I went. I'm born and raised in the central Florida area and moved to Apopka almost 3 years ago. There's multiple auto shops around but I'd never been to Sheeler before until now. I came in and was out within an HOUR. Sadly, as a young woman, I never feel comfortable going alone to auto repair shops (that's another story for a different day!). I've learned to expect the worst. But this was by far the greatest experience. Everyone was super friendly, communicative and respectful. On my way home I immediately called several friends (other single women who have unfortunately had negative experiences with auto shops) and recommended Sheeler. I will 100000000% be coming back for any issues with my vehicle. Thank you sooooooo much for being honest and friendly. Words can't begin to describe what a relief this experience was!
