Jennifer along with her team and staff took the time to not only give me but take the time to relay different forms of information both in English and in Spanish to myself and to my girlfriend ( Who doesn't speak any English, ) . The team and staff there were extremely informative, attentive, and extremely personable . After a lot of back and forth, Charlie finally agreed to pay for the damage, but he still owes me $266. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this, including going to the shop myself and having my mechanic speak with Charlie. Instead of taking responsibility, Charlie got into an argument with my mechanic and refused to pay the remaining balance. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop based on how this situation was handled.

I would 100% reccomend this location to anyone not wanting to spend a fortune at the dealer. Don't forget to show you AAA card and you will receive a small discount as well.

Over this last year, they saw one of our cars more than we did. When we broke down on the side of the turnpike, which happened to be right after we had picked up the car, they even paid to have it towed back. It turned out after a bit of investigation they were able to figure out what the actual problem was so that we would be able to get the car running enough to trade it in. If you are in need of a new service location, check them out. We truly appreciate all their hard work.
