7/25- First experience was great so we went back. We were sat in a booth, waited forever for a server. Gave our drink order and waited an additional 27min for that. Had to ask for bread. Had to request more water, more bread, another drink... not sure if our server was new or just off her game. It was frustrating. To top that off, had plenty of time to "look around" and realized our booth was FILTHY! The booth by the wall had dust/grim on the trim/quarter round. Went here for the 1st time on Friday October 17 2025 with my parents. We came here after looking at RVs from the Myrtle Beach convention center, which was maybe about 5 minutes away. This place also has free parking with ample room. We were greeted by a host who sat us at a booth. Our server Jessica introduced herself and got us waters. We then looked over the menu for a bit-- and we also ordered drinks- I got a strawberry daiquiri, my dad got Tito's with sprite and my mom got a mai tai. Little feedback was I thought my strawberry daiquiri would be frozen but it ended up being like a mixed drink- which wasn't bad. As an appetizer we got veggie pizza no mushrooms and fried mozzarella. Appetizers came out in a timely manner. Fried mozzarella was very good, not overly cheesy or over fried, they were soft and tender. The pizza was very good and tasted like NY style pizza! For entrees I had the chicken carciatter which was with spaghetti chicken, peppers onions, mushrooms and no tomato. My mom got their ramandos chicken special which she said was good also. I forgot what my dad ordered. Waitress made sure to check on us constantly. I enjoyed my food as well. We all also got to go boxes to take our pizza, and food leftovers home. Staying at a Hilton property in Myrtle Beach, we were given a BOGO coupon for Ramando's. The restaurant provides parking which was nice. Got a spot in front. Decor is dated. But that's not an issue as long as food is good. Our party of four had uneven thoughts about the dining experience. Waitress explained we needed to order an appetizer or two beverages to get the coupon deal. Toasted raviolis were not memorable. I ordered a chicken dish called "Ramando's Special" served over angel hair pasta that was quite good. The two men ordered a dish with shrimp and scallops in mornay sauce. Also chicken piccata which they provided with gluten free pasta on our request. It seems the dishes vary so if you are a local you could probably do just fine and stick with favorites. Prices are reasonable. Service is workmanlike. read more

My husband and I ate dinner here on our last night in Myrtle Beach. There was a little wait, but not too bad. The restaurant atmosphere was good. Waitress was nice and accommodating. Our food was good. I had Chicken Marsala so I could compare it to Gio's. My husband had sausage and peppers over penne pasta. My side of spaghetti was served with a red sauce....not sure why they didn't serve it with the Marsala sauce instead. The Caesar salad was excellent. Complimentary bread was good too. We didn't have cocktails or dessert. I would eat here again. The pizza looked delicious! read more

Ok for starters we simply started out with and up and done n look of you don't belong here... Besides that we really don't care about your judgement. Get into the food on the menu we were really excited to have some homemade pasta as it says on the menu. However, every dish we ordered did not have homemade food pasta was from a box. We ordered calamari, two pizzas, chicken fettuccini and one other dish I can't remember at the moment but the entire meal was ok. The problem I have is a false advertisement. The pizza crust was great, but the homemade pasta were all completely from a box. A little undercooked. And at the end of the day, we paid $150 and they added a gratuity automatically. The 10 percentage is 20% of the bill. Automatically I didn't tip should not be OK for a party of four and should be earned. All in all we will not go back to this place.. read more

The place is OLD style. From the statues to the royal crests on the wall it is very dated. The service was good and the food was served nice and hot and nice size portions. Slightly above average taste, chicken parm was made with a breast, wife enjoyed her chicken fettuccine. Waitress was friendly and attentive, the house Chanti was also a pleasant surprise. It snowed last night in Myrtle Beach. This was one of the few places open and went there on a whim! The house pasta (listed as a favorite/recommendation) and it may have been one of the best meals of my life. Fresh and delicious. Owner came out to say hi. We were visiting from out of town and I told my friend I'd eat there every week if I lived there. What an amazing experience. Small Italian family with a cozy/dare night atmosphere. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as It reminded me of home. Very warm and welcoming staff. The service was quick and many options to choose from. I opted for seafood Alfredo and my guest had a different type of Alfredo. The portions were huge and the seafood was succulent, however, the sauce was really bland and lacked flavor. I never use salt and pepper on my food but I had to. It really didn't help. The garlic bread was really good as well as the garden salad with the homemade dressing. We went to this restaurant based on a BOGO that the concierge gave us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I should have known that things were not going to be good when we got there at 7pm and there were only 3 tables in the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Took a long time for first approach, and it just went downhill from there. The server was just horribly slow. Drinks took 10 minutes (2 cokes , water and a glass of wine), time to order another 10 minutes after that, then time to cook was 40 minutes for 4 pasta dishes. While we were waiting, other tables were sat and served b4 us. We overheard the table next to us commenting that they had a bug in their food, but we were already there so long that we didn't want to get up and leave. Food finally came and was good, but not worth the wait. Took a long time again to clear plates and get boxes for our leftovers. Then came the big surprise: an automatic gratuity added to a table of 4! This server deserved much much less. I questioned her math and she got real snippy with me; reluctantly I paid the bill. We would have had a better experience at Olive Garden. Do not visit this restaurant. read more

We had a delicious meal at Ramando's. If you're looking for freshly prepared Italian food, this is a good spot. I had the house special Chicken Ramando, and hubby had Chicken Parmesan. The portions were great and the service really nice. What I enjoyed most about my dish was the light cream sauce on the angel hair pasta with the big tender pieces of white-meat chicken and mushrooms and feta cheese. The highest meal was 22 and lowest was 15.. Who puts oregano in chicken piccata. It was not in the description. I would have asked for it not to be added or would have ordered something else. On top of that. They served me tomato sauce on the pasta. I ORDERED A LEMON DISH AND YOU PAIR IT WITH TOMATO SAUCE?!?! Completely ruined the dish. When I asked another waitress for a refill (due to not seeing my server for 30 minutes) she said yes and then walked past my table with a pitcher and did not give me a refill. Then our waitress forgot our side salad not a big deal, but tried to bill us for it. Once the salad was removed from my bill the gratuity was not adjusted. Will not be coming back.
