I have been coming to Dr. Nazari for a few years now and by far he is my favorite Dentist. He's very knowledgeable in what he does and takes the time to run through any questions that I may have the other staff there as well are all very friendly and kind Samantha the receptionist is great at communication as well as keeping up with scheduling appointments and answering questions. I have gotten my teeth cleaned here , my root canal done, a crown put in, cavities filled , a night mouthguard made...you name it. This review is based on my personal experience with the front desk woman at this office. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter since we haven't been back in a while. At check in she proceeded to tell me that "because of my balance due I have to pay up front". Over $600.00! I asked if I had options to pay this and she flat out said "NO". So I asked her after I paid for my daughter to be seen (even though she has dual coverage) $205 later, why she had not informed me of this when I scheduled the appt or even a phone call to let me know of this policy in advance. She said "well I did call you, twice." I told her I only received ONE phone call from her which I answered and when I said "hello", she hung up. I heard the click. NO VOICEMAIL was left for me. She proceeded to say she may have gotten a call on the other line and had to answer it or had another patient in front of her that she needed to help. I asked her what kind of communication is that? She was clearly lying and refusing to take accountability for her poor communication skills or give me straight answers when I asked her questions about the billing situation and communication from their office. I discovered that not only do they not have the correct mailing address on file, but she is also lazy and doesn't do her due diligence to do her job because she made very poor attempts at reaching me as well. She was argumentative and kept going back-and-forth with me giving me the run around, and wasn't able to address my questions or concerns regarding the lack of communication from this office!! This is extremely unacceptable and unfortunate because I had been a patient with Dr. Viehrus for years before he retired his business and passed it on to Dr. Nazari, who is the current dentist now. Never had a single issue before. My experience TODAY with the front desk woman is a representation of this office and its inability to provide care in all ways to their patients and lacks understanding, care and compassion!! I would advise and highly recommend others to seek another general dentist office at this point. POOR UP FRONT EXPERIENCE WITH THE RECEPTIONIST. Zero answers to my questions and concerns. Extremely cold and uncaring disposition. And as she clearly stated to me, " this isn't going anywhere". Which is 100% accurate in my experience. Just a pre-curser - I've worked with Dentists and Dental Specialists for 16+ years. I've "almost seen it all" at this point in my career. There are 3 types of dentists, 1st being DSO Owned (Corporate Dentistry) which I myself would never go to, nor take my family to because they're all about cutting corners and cost, underpaid/unhappy staff, cheaper supplies, and loss in quality. The 2nd type are the dishonest ones, unethical work, unethical billing, and are all about lining their pockets with more money while finding loopholes, cheating the system and finding customers to prey on selling them on products and procedures they don't need. The 3rd being honest, caring, ethical, honest (repeating in case you skipped it the first time) and simply does what's right for the patient. and puts the patient first. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Nazari - He is one of the most gentle, honest, ethical, and caring dentists I have ever met. He puts every patient's needs above all else no matter what period. He's super down to earth - informative, patient and you don't feel rushed while there, almost as if he booked his time with you the whole day. He has a skilled hand, and is super gentle. If you're not going to Dr. Nazari for your dental needs - your seriously doing yourself and your family a disservice. read more

We are very happy with Dr Raman Nazari as our dentist and highly recommend him and his excellent staff. Best experience at a dental office!! So happy I chose Dr. Nazari as my dentist. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the front desk woman who was so kind. The office was clean and welcoming. A few minutes later, I was taken to the back to get my X-rays done. The woman who completed the X-rays was so gentle and friendly. She checked in to see if I was doing ok throughout the process. Dr. Nazari is professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain my X-rays with me, which I've never had done before! It was so interesting to actually look at my X-rays and know what is really going on with my teeth. He was very informative and answered all my questions! He ensured I was happy with my teeth and had no concerns. Lastly, I received the most thorough cleaning ever! Seriously in all the years I've been to the dentist this was there best cleaning I received. The hygienist was so kind, friendly, and informative. Definitely recommend Dr. Nazari and his staff.
