We had a consult with Dr. Nicole for composite build up on our daughter's front teeth after her braces come off. Dr. Nicole said they woud not do the composite bonding and recommended porcelain veneers only. We hesitated and did our own research and other dentist consultations and boy am I glad we did NOT take her advice. Two other dentists said they would never recommend veneers for such a young person. Teenagers grow and they will have a gap between the expensive veneers and their gum line as they grow. This matched information I found on the web regarding veneers for young people. Those two dentists also said doing the composite bonding was not an issue at all. It would have been better for Dr. Nicole to simply say she can't do the composite instead of pushing the wrong treatment at a high cost that was not warranted. To top it off, we were billed for this flawed advice. I strongly suggest you get a second opinion before blindly trusting this office with your dental needs. read more

Had an emergency and we live 200 miles away. Called Dr. Steve and he was ready when we arrived. Examined and determined oral surgery was needed and he personally called Dr. Walker's office. Arranged for us to be seen immediately; determined the procedure and scheduled for the following morning. Stayed overnight, had the procedure and met with Dr. Steve right after. I live five minutes away from this office and it took me six years to find them. Can't rave enough about Dr. Rottjakob and ALL his staff!!! Turned my husband onto them and he couldn't believe the level of care he received and thorough explanation of treatment as well as great advice. As a patient you never feel rushed and the office staff are super easy to deal with, always follow up on your questions and are very nice pleasant people. There's just a very good vibe in general. The office is very new and clean, appointments are always on time and you're never left with questions post visit. I've been seeing Dr. Rottjakob for some time and have been very happy. Recently, he fitted me with a crown that I needed for one of my front teeth. Dr. Rottkajob was very emphatic that he wanted the color to get just right, and since the tooth is at the front of my mouth, he sent me to Annie at the California Dental Arts in Cupertino, where they create the crown so they can get the color exact. Dr. Rottkajob explained that when the crown comes in, he wanted me to be absolutely sure that the color is perfect. When the crown came in, it still needed a slight adjustment in color, so I went back to the lab, and Annie made the color adjustment to perfection; I went shopping for two hours while the color was baked in, and I was then ready to return to Dr. Rottkajob's office for the final cementing. The crown is perfect, and I couldn't be happier. I'm grateful that Dr. Rottkajob insisted on perfection, which is exactly what I wanted! read more

I don't normally enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Rottjakob and his team is special. I was way overdue for cleaning back then, but Laurie took care of my teeth and now they're in great shape. Laurie is attentive, friendly, and detail-oriented in her work. I can't recommend her enough. I enjoy Dr. Stephen's personality - he talks (and works) fast and is very animated. Dr. Nicole is cool too and has great work ethic. All in all they have a solid team who's knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. I'm moving out of state and will miss going to Dr. Rottjakob's. My crown fell off on Saturday night - I left a voice mail - Sunday morning Dr. Rottjakob calls me at home, and asked me to come to the office at 12:30pm Sunday so he can re-cement it. First visit since the virus shutdown. Covid protocol is excellent. Temperature taken at the lobby door, hand sanitizer provided upon entering the waiting area. I felt very safe and the hygienist did a great cleaning of my teeth. Nice to see Dr. Rottjakob's daughter seeing patients too. Very nice dentist. Just like her dad.
