I unfortunately went to this office back in February of 2026! I truly am disappointed in the service I received from Ruby, from day one the communication has been very passive aggressive, and high micro aggressions towards me when I am simply just trying to get dental work done. Being that I have had a traumatic experience with previous dentists I was hoping to experience the great service from this place. The owner Erin b was very kind but it just seems that when a customer speaks up about services that are not cheap the front desk dental assistants attitudes change. Unfortunately I will never return to this place. As an educated black woman I understand that some establishments you just need to walk away from. read more

Unfortunatly i will not obtain this goal and not be in pain anymore and to fix whats wrong today. Tooth pain is the worst . I need relief now! read more

I had a great experience getting dental veneers at Beveridge Dental with Dr. Erin Beveridge. I was nervous about doing this, but she made it a very smooth process. I had 20 done (I have a wide smile) and yes, it is a lot of time in the chair, but Dr. Erin took good care of me the whole way! The finished product was a beautiful new smile, thanks to Dr. Erin. I want to also say that the entire office is wonderful, they work as an excellent team and are very polite and respectful to each other and to me, the patient. You feel good being there. To me, they are like family and I am in awe of the friendliness and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Erin! read more

If there was something I regret so much in my life, was take care of my teeth and gums. My boyfriend introduced me to Dr. Beveridge last year and since then, I have been on this journey of getting a new smile and the quality of life one deserves. Dr. Beveridge and his staff are helping me on this journey. It would be a long story to tell but I would just like to say that this dentist along with his assistant, Arely did above and beyond to take care of, not just my dental needs, but of my anxiety, worries, and fear, not to mention, they make me feel beautiful putting a smile on my face even when at those sensitive times, I felt unsightly and tooth(more than one) less. I am so grateful to his staff: Ruby, Rose, Val, Michelle (my hygienist), and had the pleasure to meet Dr. Stephen's daughter, Erin, as well. If I missed anyone, pLease forgive me. Special mention to Arely for your genuine care and always ensuring that I feel good. There are no words to express my continuing gratitude. You are changing my life. As we speak. I've been going to see Dr. Beveridge ever since I moved to the Bay Area almost 12 years ago! The staff is very cheerfull and friendly every time I go there. They send me postcard reminders as well as telephone reminders which is great when you're a busy person, but don't plan things 6+ months in advance. Dr. Beveridge has employed different hygienists over the years and they've always been very professional and pleasant to deal with. I've also had a few minor issues over the years such as night-time grinding, chipped teeth and need for a crown, but they were all resolved without issue. If you want a no hassle dental experience, go see Dr. Beveridge. read more

My teeth were whitened at Dr. Beveridge's office. Amanda did an amazing job helping me achieve a better and whiter smile. She was gentle, attentive, and professional. I do recommend this office for all your dental needs. My husband and I have been going there for over 15 years. read more

Dr. Beveridge has been my dentist of choice ever since I moved to the south bay. I believe it's been near 20 years that I've gotten to know the doctor and his staff. Though Stephanie no longer mans the front desk, Amanda has taken over completely, and stays on top of things wonderfully. Alyssa always brightens my day, and the hygienist does the best cleaning I've ever seen. I'd highly recommend Steve Beveridge to my close family, and friends. If you are looking for a dentist near Los Gatos, who does the best crowns, and is very familiar with Invisalign, or other cosmetic dentistry. It's an easy choice to choose the good doctor. Not to mention his staff backs him up better than any team I've ever witnessed. 5 Stars was a no brainer on this yelp rating. Give Dr. Beveridge's office a call, what are you waiting for! Sincerely, Steve read more

Dentistry is probably my biggest fear in life (seriously) and because of this I would only visit a dentist when there was pain. Now that I'm older and facing several issues with my teeth and gums I'm committed to being more proactive (better late then never). I have to say, one of the reasons I'm more committed to my dental health is greatly due to Dr. Beveridge and my comfort level with him and ALL the staff. From the minute I called to schedule my first visit I felt relaxed. Amanda was great, she listened to me rant about how fearful I am and how important it was for me to feel a good connection with the dentist and she got me in for the initial visit quickly. She's also very patient with me in trying to work my dental appointments into my busy work/life schedule and she smiles the entire time I try to juggle, she's not impatient at all. Dr. Beveridge is like no other dentist I have ever met (I have gone through a few). Five stars isn't enough, but it's the highest Yelp will allow me to give. He's gentle in every aspect of being a Dentist. He explained my situation with my gums and teeth and all my options, advised on a priority list and believe me my list is long. He listens and explains in great detail and most importantly, he is NOT condescending, nor is he arrogant. He doesn't rush or leave in the middle of working on you. He follows up on the appointment in the evening to ensure I'm feeling ok (who does this anymore? HE does!!) Tulsey (not sure I spelled that right) my hygienist is awesome, she knows her stuff. I'm having to have deep cleaning done and I felt absolutely nothing, not during nor afterwards. I had heard horror stories about scaling and root planing and I was scared. She was gentle and explained everything she was doing before she did it. Vicki helped work with my financial institution to be able to obtain an increase in my credit line so I could afford my treatment plan. I'm so impressed with this practice in every aspect. I'm a small business owner and I can only hope my business is running as smooth, polite and professional as this one! If you are looking for a great dentist and the staff that backs his success, Stephen Beveridge is it. It's my new home, away from home for dentistry. I trust him and believe him to just be a decent person, in addition to a great dentist. read more

My family has been seeing the Dr. Beveridges for 25+ years. First it was Dr. BeverIdge Senior, and now his son Stephen. They came highly recommended, by my best friends family, many years ago when our insurance changed. My husband and I along with all three of our sons, in and out of braces, and now my great niece have all received great care from this office! From the office staff to the hygienist to Dr BeverIdge himself, I have great respect for the integrity of the way the office is run. The Dr. performs a kind, patient, informative, professional, calm, skilled, caring dentistry. He keeps up on the latest technology for his field as well as volunteering his time to the less fortunate. I have always hated the dentist, honestly, fearful of the extreme pain I endured at the hands of my dentist when I was a kid. Both Dr. Steve and his dad have a very calming demeanor. He always explains, in detail, choices of procedures, as well as walking you through whatever the procedure might be, as he is doing it. It is very comforting. Dr. BeverIdge is also excellent at helping manage any pain associated with teeth problems. I definitely recommend Dr. Stephen BeverIdge to all of my family and friends! read more

Originally went to an office down the street and it felt like I stepped into a used car dealership the way they were pushing me to open a line of credit and get my service done that day, even after I told them I was in a rush. After I hightailed out of there I found Beveridge Dental on Yelp and went in for a consultation. Odd to say for a dentist office but this place is warm and welcoming. Everybody in the office is very diligent and transparent whether it comes to billing or the dental work itself. Every time I go in for a visit it is very quick and convenient. Would recommend. read more

Dr. (Stephen) Beveridge found a hairline crack in a molar that had been bothering me and recommended a crown. The tooth had a composite filling that our prior dentist (now retired) had done just a few years earlier. Dr. Beveridge did a top notch job installing a crown at the end of March 2021. Our prior dentist, who was very good, could not get that tooth numb after three tries with anesthetic. The procedure with Dr. Beveridge was totally painless. His office had just installed an in-house crown manufacturing machine a few weeks earlier, so they could prep the tooth and make and install a crown in a single visit. No temporary crown or second visit was required. Totally awesome! Post-treatment was exactly as Dr. Beveridge said it would be. The tooth was a bit sensitive for a week or so, then felt normal after that. My wife was a superb hygienist for 25 years. She has been very impressed with Dr. Beveridge since we started going to his office a couple of year ago. We highly recommend him. read more

30 years of going to the dentist and I have never been happier than now. From the moment you phone the office for an appointment, you know you are dealing with professionals. I had the most thorough examination and cleaning I've ever had. The doctor and his staff made me feel comfortable at all times. Even the 'not so pleasant' parts of the cleaning were made bearable by the dental hygienist who was gentle enough not to hurt me, but tough enough to get my teeth remarkably clean. I have moved all over the country and seen many different dentists. Now that I am going to be in San Jose for a long time I am thrilled to have found this place! Give it a try, and you will not be disappointed! read more

Dr. Stephen Beveridge has been my dentist for as long as he's been in practice. (Prior to that, his father was my dentist.) His staff is skilled, efficient, and personable. The office has state-of-the-art equipment and I could fall asleep in the new comfortable dental chairs. They are conscientious about my comfort and checking in with me during procedures. They explain things well and tell me each step of the the progress of the procedure. I never fear going to the dentist. Dr. Beveridge is a fantastic dentist and I have so much confidence in his skill and trust in his judgment. No wait time, either. I feel involved in my dental care. I've referred friends to Dr. Beveridge and they've been grateful to be his patient and in such good hands. Great care and wonderful professionals. read more

I have been going to Dr Beveridge since he first established his practice. I've always felt comfortable and at ease with any of the procedures needed. There is no hard line sell with regard to having any additional work done, simply options to think about. He is a true professional focused on giving you the best care possible. Although there has been turnaround with the hygienist staff, there has been stability over the past several years. Why then do I give only one star??? The reason is that every time I walked in the front door I was asked "do you want to settle up on your account balance". It got to the point that I really had no idea what I was paying for. The explanations were so cryptic and vague that I simply paid and assumed that my account was current. BUT IT NEVER WAS. I would then get statements asking for additional payments. This seemed strange given the fact that I was told all payments were due at time of service and billing statements were sent out only from an account summary perspective. These statements were nearly impossible to try and figure out what you were paying for. There never existed any type alignment between what you received as an estimate and what was covered under my dental insurance. I then come to find out that if a call had been placed to my dental insurance company, PRIOR to any work done, by Dr Beveridge's "financial analyst, she would have received authorization as to exactly what was covered and at what price. Instead, it felt like a number was randomly picked out of the air and anything above and beyond the estimate was simply the responsibility of the patient. Not an issue when it's anything under $50.00, major issue when it starts climbing into the hundreds. The one thing I simply detest is having to micro manage administrative tasks for others. My options were either to find another dentist or continue seeing Dr Beveridge, but having to live with trying to figure out what I was paying for. In the end, I left. read more

After having gum disease all of my adult life, my prior dentist eventually pulled every one of my top molars (and some bottom). I am very prone to infection and that dentist was against using antiobiotic. Crying when I lost the last tooth I needed to really chew, I researched other dentists. I went to Dr. Beveridge because his web site listed a number of "antibiotic" treatments for gum disease that I had never even heard about or been told about (antibiotic threads in pockets, etc.). I don't know how long I have been going (several years), but my gums are healed and stable (proof is in the measurement of pockets). I lost no more teeth. Additionally I just completed a procedure for 3 dental implants so I can really chew again. Dental implants are done differently and different products are used depending on one's mouth, bone, placements etc. The surgeon works up the plan. So this review is to compliment two stellar dental experts: surgeon Dr. Follmar (senior) and dentist Dr. Beveridge, both in San Jose. If you are a data driven person who wants obvious competency, Dr. Follmar is your surgeon. Likewise, Dr. Beveridge explains what he is going to do and why. Both are extremely knowledgeable and uptodate on treatments and both know how to use antibiotic treatments for success. The whole process went smoothly, believe it or not with my mouth, and it was tricky getting implants to fit. Had to build up bone first, etc. etc. I can't rave enough about how please I have been. And, truly, had I been going to these two many years ago, I WOULD HAVE NEVER LOST ALL OF THESE TEETH. Thank you Dr. Fullmar Sr. and Dr. Beveridge and staff. I used IV sedation to have the surgery and just shots at the dentist. Both teams work together, and with a lab, to get perfect replacement teeth (implants). I am the kind of patient who went to my surgeon after doing a lot of research and with a long list of questions, and even some preferences. My surgeon addressed everything on my list and stuck to my preferences as well when possible; he explained everything. Likewise Dr. Beveridge is similar. I was going in 4 times a year for cleaning due to the original gum problem and am down to 3 times a year and it's just constant improvement. Most of my mouth (gums) are "normal" now. Dr. Beveridge is slightly more expensive than some other dentists (I have been to many) but he was kind to give me discounts when he could (I lost my dental insurance). Also, when it comes to the mouth, I learned the hard way NEVER to look for a budget surgeon or dentist. My last dentist (I went there for over ten years) was very competent but was the wrong one for me because of his belief that antibiotics shouldn't be used. For my infection-prone mouth, this was a disaster. Also he never used any of the treatments available nowadays. I have taken the time to write this because having been to many dentists and periodontists and a few surgeons, I want people to know of the radical success and improvement I had with these two. I've been going to Dr. Beveridge for about 20 years now. I've never been blessed with what I'd call good teeth, so I've relied heavily on Dr. Beveridge and his staff to help keep my teeth healthy and looking their best. Over the years, I've had a lot of routine work done...fillings, crowns, bleaching, and the like. I've always been very happy with the work. The staff is truly caring and personable and I've always felt like I'm among friends in his office. Amanda usually has me laughing shortly after arrival. She is always there to explain the financials and answer any questions. Recently, I took the plunge and had Dr. B. fit me for six veneers on my front teeth as the enamel was getting thin and pitting and the color was always spotty. Best idea ever! I think they look fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. They look very natural but so much better. The veneers blend in beautifully. I love my smile! I recommend Dr. Beveridge and his office to all my friends. And I expect to keep seeing him when I relocate out of state in a few years. I think he's seriously that good. read more
