I'm updating my review because I chose this office because they are advertised to me as sensitive to those with dental fears. This particular dentist did all of the things that trigger me (judgmental language, negativity, not stopping when I wanted to). I think Dr. Nancy is great! I was looking for a new dentist's office and came in after seeing some of the positive reviews here. I had Crystal as my hygienist and she was actually so thoughtful. I told her that I wanted to start taking better care of my teeth. She gave recommendations after asking my own preferences such as whether I preferred regular or electronic toothbrushes. The toothbrush she recommended is actually the softest that I've ever used and she was very patient with all my questions. Would highly recommend. read more

I've been coming to Dr Trinh's office maybe 7 years or so and what I appreciate the most is that she along with her husband Minh are so personable and great with people. They're generally nice people that listen and are great with their customers. The offices and bathroom are very clean, she used to have a bucket with small waters and snacks up front. She does a great job and she listens and all the staff are very nice and professional. They do text reminders and email reminders for you appts which is nice and you get your own personal room. I do like the new handheld x-Ray machines they use which is so convenient. She brought her sister in from Sf and she's also very nice and does a great job along with orthodontic work. I come because they have great customer service, she listens to your concerns, and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Nancy or her sister. read more

I felt very welcomed the first time I stepped into the office. The office door has moved to the end of the building. I never have a problem parking here. The office is bright and cheery. The staff are courteous and professional. Their equipment and exam rooms are fairly new and organized. During COVID-19 they have implemented cleaning protocols wiping down the areas and using a fog sprayer in the room. They also use an air purifier to reduce the amount of particles. Thank goodness for Dr. Nancy Trinh! I went to another dentist about a month before, and they claimed I needed TWELVE cavities filled. I was left shocked and skeptical. Once I contacted this office via email, Minh, the Office Manager, replied unbelievably quick. He was so helpful and responsive that I was confident I was in good hands. I only had to wait a couple weeks, which wasnt bad at all considering it was near the holidays. I brought my x-rays to my appointment and Dr. Trinh explained that there were only 3 cavities that needed to be filled and they weren't even critical at the moment, but I would eventually need them done. I appreciated her honesty and sympathy about my experience with the other dentist. I decided to have the work done, because I personally didn't want to wait until they got worse! My insurance was being unresponsive for whatever reasons, but Minh helped ensure that I would still be able to be seen for my fillings by the scheduled date and sorted out all of the financial details with me. My filling appointment was no more than an hour, and there was no pain! All of the assistants were kind and funny. I usually hate going to the dentist, but everyone at this office made the experience so much easier. Unfortunately I had to relocate, but if I'm ever back, this is definitely where I will go. I'm a new patient and the staff have all been pleasant and helpful, gentle on your teeth. No complaints about the staff or service. The only complaint that I have (and could be an easy fix) is that the toothbrush they give you is so hard and low quality that it hurts my gum badly. Definitely not something that any of the staff would use or even recommend. It actually makes me want to go back to my old dentist bc they recommended soft bristle for my receding gum and actually gave out quality soft toothbrush! Please consider upgrading the toothbrushes to something that you would actually recommend to your patients. That is my only complaint but it's a big deal to me bc I always use dentist issued toothbrushes but I cannot use the ones from here. read more

Who know it would hurt so much to get your teeth impressions? For the record, I have had many teeth impressions taken before but none was this bad. The tech who took my teeth impression was so rough. At first, she used a tray that was too small and it pressed against my gum super hard. I was tearing up and couldn't stand it. I was trying to tell the tech but she didn't want to pull it out. It hurt so much that I had to pull it out myself before the material set. I ended up with bits and pieces of the impression stuff all over my teeth, so the tech had to remove them. She used her nail to pick the impression material and her nail scratched my gum. I now have a big scratch on my gum in the front and it's bleeding TT_TT I have been going to this office for several years. Never had such a bad experience as today. Both Dr. Trinh are pretty good with keeping pain on the low. However, today was a bad experience. read more

We've moved 20 miles away, and both my husband and I still make the trek over to this side of town to be treated by Dr. Trinh! What can I say? You find a gem; you keep it! My husband's tooth broke yesterday and so I started to look for a dentist that would be able to see him on Saturday morning. I came across Dr. Nancy Trinh's practice and called in first thing in the morning. They were able to accommodate him within 2 hours. I hated going to the dentist. Absolutely hated it. Avoided it longer than I care to admit here. Then one day I started having tooth pain. I figured it would go away and tried to wait it out. Spoiler alert: it didn't. I then was tasked with finding a dentist in network to get it checked out. I chose Dr. Nancy because of the good reviews, the close proximity to my home, and the hours which seemed convenient for scheduling around work. It was easy to get an appointment scheduled, and when I met Dr. Nancy, it went as well as it could have for being told I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out. She was so kind and empathetic, and not judgmental at all about my dentist phobia. This was super important to me as I can be quite sensitive to bad bedside manner. Because of her positive demeanor, I didn't hesitate to come back for fillings and cleanings. She, her sister Dr. Tracy, and all the dental assistants were always so nice and gentle during my visits. The front desk staff is great as well both over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, I have to cease my visits due to moving out of state, but I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for one! read more

DENTISTS ARE HEROES! This review is for Dr. Nancy Trinh. Dr. Nancy was so nice to squeeze me in at last minutes last Saturday, before catching a flight, to exam my hurt tooth. She has calm bed manners, understood my pain, and performed an excellent exam. She clearly told me what needed to be done and booked to see me on her first day back from her Thanksgiving vacation to do the work. Her office is very clean, with hi-tech equipment, and the exam rooms private with doors. I felt calm, respected, and cared for. Unfortunately, my hurt tooth started to throb a lot, and I was able to book an appointment to do the work with another dentist sooner. Thanks again for helping desperate people like me while having your own pain as a Dentist during Pandemic. Dentists don't have the luxury of telemedicine as medical doctors. I visited back in March literally right before SIP hit. There was a bit of confusion but I ended up getting my old fillings redone. I was nervous because I haven't gotten my tooth drilled in a very long time. My previous dentist wouldn't numb me enough or wouldn't let it sit-- so I would be in pain the entire appointment. BUT, my appt with Dr. Trinh was painless. I also appreciate her humming. It makes me feel that everything is going perfectly well and she's relaxed. After that appointment, I had a scheduled another appt for bonding. I had a gap due to my lack of wearing a retainter. Unfortunately, I had to wait since SIP hit and they weren't opening soon. WELL, they reached out to me late June and I was able to book an appt for the bonding this week. Let me tell you-- when Dr. Trinh was finished and showed me, I wanted to cry. The good type of crying. I've had the gap between my teeth for about 3 years now and I always felt insecure about it. I wanted to cry-- I'm a big believer that teeth are the apple of the eyes. I feel great when I smile and I owe a huge thanks to Dr. Trinh and the entire team. I now truly feel ready to celebrate my birthday in my room. Dr. Nancy Trinh is one of the best dentists I have ever had. She is super gentle, and I completely trust her. What I really appreciate is that she takes her time with dental cleanings. Other offices I have been to do a quick cleaning (more like a quick polish) and that's it! When I saw Dr. Trinh the little details she is attentive to is what I appreciate. I should add that I had an emergency situation (my tooth had cracked), and Dr. Trinh's office was the only one who was accommodating. Minh squeezed me in at the last minute. 5 star for great service! I had a pretty bad infection from a cracked tooth, and saw Dr Trinh about it. I called up to see if I could get a course of antibiotics the early the next day and left a message accordingly but unknown to me, the office was closed (despite what YELP said!). Minh however called me shortly after, and offered to track Dr Trinh down, get the prescription written out and get the form to me. All within a couple of hours on an "off day"- that's customer care and service! I have had several conversations about the treatment plan and I found Dr Trinh to be knowledgeable and the front office staff was very helpful and informative. As someone who absolutely fears going to the dentist, this place is a safe-haven. I originally made an appointment scheduled at noon two weeks prior to going in. I received a call one day before confirming my appointment. The gentleman over the phone was incredibly polite and accommodating as I requested if I could be seen earlier than noon. He scheduled me in for 8:20am, which was perfect because I wanted to avoid the heat (it was going to be 102 that day). Nancy greeted me at the desk and got my paperwork going since they had just opened for the day. Right away I was taken to x-rays (the worst thing ever for me) and they made me feel comfortable to get through it. I needed a fill as well and they were able to accommodate me even though I was only going to have a cleaning. She explained everything and answered every question I had. Before the procedure, Nancy quoted me and was very professional about it. Money-talk can get awkward! During the procedure and cleaning, she and her assistant were attentive and easy-going, making the overall experience pleasant. The space was very clean & bright, making it welcoming. There is plenty of parking in the lot & seemingly more behind the building. I would definitely recommend seeing Nancy! read more

Also I need to wait for her office manager Minh to call me. Unfortunately I've been waiting his call since Thursday, no heard from him. I was so pissed off and teared the form on the way out. Friendly and efficient! Growing up in the area, I've seen these dental office buildings since I could remember and decided to finally to stop in since I was on the prowl for a new dentist. To my surprise, the inside looked nothing like what I had imagined from the exterior. The exterior looks a little outdated but the inside is as modern as they come w/a home comfort type feel. Even trendsetter hipsters would give their seal of approval of the interior design. They just recently remodeled the interior and are pretty much completed. Just minor things here and there (i.e. entertainment center) that are in the works. But wait...there's more. As much as I was impressed by the interior, the service is above and beyond. When entering, you'll be greeted by a guy named Minh (I'm assuming he's the husband) who checks you in. He's real friendly and quite the chatterbox, so time went by real fast before I got to see Dr. Trinh. Now, like many other people, I'm not a huge fan of the dentist in general. They don't really talk much or tell me what exactly is going on but never short on their judgemental "ohs" and "hmmms" when fiddling around with your teeth. Just never been a fan. However, Dr. Trinh was the complete opposite. She was talkative throughout the entire check up and explained to me exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. The whole process was informative, quick, and most of all...pain free! I cannot stop raving about this hidden gem to all my friends. Definitely have found my new dentist! read more

Dr. Trinh took over from Dr. Tandy Centers who is now retired After returning to the area and hoping to find a dentist as good as Dr. Centers, it was great to find out that the quality friendliness and proficiency of the staff and particularly Dr. Trinh hasn't changed since Dr. Centers left. I went in for a cleaning and they were incredibly efficient. Dr. Trinh (and Dr. Centers) were the only dentists to diagnose my abfraction as a consequence of my teeth grinding - and not brushing hard. They also didn't immediately recommend a battery of treatments intended to drain my dental care benefits or my bank account. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh to anyone looking for a really nice, competent dentist. read more

Dr. Nancy & Dr. Tracy are the most gentle beings in this world. Growing up, I had no choice but to stay with my family dentist until just fairly recently. He would make me bleed and show no mercy on my sensitive gums, which literally made me die a little every time I had an appointment with him. The outside of the building is older, but they're under construction and the interior is updated and homely. I walked in and was greeted by Minh. He is the office manager and was super friendly. Jackie, the dental assistant took X-rays. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the time. Dr. Trinh was very professional, yet personable. She thoroughly explained everything, then went on with my teeth cleaning and a filling. She was so gentle, I did not need to get numbed up. By far the best visit I ever had going to the dentist. Going to the dentist is something I dread and even at times I like to put off my visits. Its always a ton of waiting, with either a tiny t.v on a channel that nobody watches, or outdated magazines that I never heard of. The atmosphere is gloomy, the settings all seem generic, and it feels like nobody really wants to be there. Most of the time you sit there in awkward silence and count the minutes till the dentist sees you. This is exactly what I expect every time I go to the dentist, man was I in for a pleasant surprise. First thing I notice when I walked was how modern the interior looked. It was well organized and the first thing my eyes catch is a big screen t.v with the movie Back to the Future on. I was greeted by the person attending the desk and offered a water before I even had a chance to sit. I was even asked if there was a movie I preferred to watch instead of Back to the Future. Next thing I know I am in the middle of a conversation about movies trading back and forth with the guy attending the desk. There was hardly any waiting and it made me kind of wish I had more time to sit around and talk. I go off to see the dentist Dr.Trinh, just like the guy attending the desk we end up striking up a quick conversation before she examines my teeth which made me feel a bit more comfortable. I had a quick and painless teeth cleaning. Then Dr.Trinh took a quick examination at my teeth. She notice something was a little off with one of my fillings I had from a previous dentist (which by the way nobody else noticed) and asked if I had any prior issues with it. Weirdly enough I did have some small issues and she gave me some tips on how to take care of it. She didn't try to sell or book me another appointment like other dentist would of. It really felt like she was looking out for me and my personal well being. She told me about some of the possible risk of me neglecting the filling but said it wasn't too much of a cause for concern if I took good care of it.
