I came here because my regular dentist was unavailable. As this is, you know, a health matter, I'm not going to give any details about why I went, except that it pertains to oral health. Anyway, everyone here is very nice a professional. I needed to discuss matters with a dentist and I was able to see one quickly, who was able to handle all manner of necessary steps to resolve the issue. The process was quick and efficient and I was happy with the services provided. I already have a regular dentist, but if I didn't, this office would be a very acceptable substitute. They take Delta Dental insurance if that matters. The lot is a bit tight and oddly shaped so if you have a big truck or something you may need to look for street parking, which could be tricky as it's in a dense neighborhood. read more

Exceptionally great service: I accidentally wrote down the wrong appointment time on my calendar and arrived 3 hours early, but Dr. Li squeezed me in between other meetings and his lunch break *and* immediately resolved an additional dental problem I had failed to bring up earlier. It's evident that Dr. Li and the staff are just genuinely considerate people with great patience for any obstacles that may come up. In several appointments, I've seen that Dr. Li has a particular strength in clearly explaining the root cause of my dental problems and justifying his proposal to address them. The sophistication of his explanation convinced me of his deep expertise. The offices are clean and comfortable. The billing process was transparent and easy from start to finish. I've been going to this office for 5 plus years now and I would not want to go anywhere else. Dr. Li and his staff are amazing. Dr. Li has very light hands, whenever I have my cleanings with him every 6 months, he is always gentle and checking if i'm ok during the cleaning. Admittedly arrived late to my first appointment and with the wrong insurance card. I could tell the staff was a little annoyed. I would be too. Eventually, we got it sorted with them making a small exception for me. I got my cleaning done and could tell that Dr. Li was very knowledgeable and confident in his practice. Recently went in to get my fillings and Dr Li did an amazing job. The numbing agent made my bite feel weird afterwards, but Dr. Li told me it was likely because of the numbing agent. He was right. I've been seeing Dr. Li since 2017 and it's about time I left a review... My previous dentist did a mediocre job on my fillings which prompted me to search for a better one on Yelp. I could immediately tell the difference after visiting Dr. Li and am glad I switched. Wish I had done so sooner tbh. I converted my sister and boyfriend over as well (you're welcome Dr. Li). Dr. Li is super efficient and meticulous during dental cleanings and always asks how I am doing. My teeth feel great afterwards and very clean. When I get a cavity, he always grinds them well so I don't have a misaligned bite. No complaints and I feel less anxiety about dental visits. The staff is super friendly and it feels like they care about your wellbeing and comfort. Big thumbs up for gentleness and humor. They always send reminders so I don't forget about appointments. They are tech savvy and you can communicate through text which I prefer. You almost get too many reminders, but I guess it's better than too little. With Covid, now you wait to enter the building and they will scan your forehead for a temperature check. There are many germ cleaning air purifiers in the office and hand sanitizers. All the staff wears masks and I feel pretty secure about the safety precautions. The only thing to watch out for is that they have two offices (Sunnyvale and San Jose) so make sure to call and go to the correct one. I always go to the San Jose location, but once my gps routed me to Sunnyvale and I panicked halfway there, oops. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Li for over 4 years. I always had a great experience with staff at this location. Dr. Li is great with both cleaning and dental repair (filling/crown). My son was previously in a pediatric dentistry clinic with good reviews, but they don't compare to Dr. Li. Dr. Li provide takes his time to provide needed dental services, not rushed. There is also cartoon for kids watch as a distraction during dental work. With Covid, they are taking the necessary precautions. He has multiple dental rooms so your dental work is done in an independent room. They mastered the scheduling and timing of patients so well that you're in and out in a timely manner. My family and I have been going to Dr. Li's for almost 13 years now. I get regular cleanings and have also had braces and teeth extractions in the past. I used to have extremely crooked and protruding teeth that pushed my lips out, but after the braces and teeth extractions, my teeth and smile look so great. Dr. Li and all the nurses have always been so so so kind to my family and me and have always made our visits pleasant. I'm happy to have been with them for so long because every time I go, it feels so nostalgic to see them all and it reminds me of the good ol' days when I was younger lol. I wrote a review a few years ago saying how after 2 years of straightening my teeth, I was told I needed teeth extractions to bring my teeth back and needed braces for another 2 years, and was annoyed that I wasn't told from the beginning. It turned out Dr. Li did tell my mom that I needed extractions before getting braces, and she said I didn't need it until she saw that I did need it after 2 years of getting my teeth straight. I feel so bad because I forgot to edit my review for the longest time! Everything Dr. Li has said about my teeth has always been correct. The extractions for one, but also when I got my braces off, he said if I stopped wearing my retainer that my two front teeth would come forward. I thought that was odd because they never stook out like that. I wore my retainer religiously for 2 years and had suuuuper nice teeth, but after that, I started forgetting and eventually stopped wearing it (which I regret). My teeth are still pretty straight and still look nice, but I noticed that my two front teeth did come forward (it's not so bad and I still love my teeth but I wish I kept wearing my retainer). I don't know anything about teeth movement but I trust whatever Dr. Li says and recommends. read more
