Got the matcha. I wanted to check this cafe out for the vibes. It was a pretty long wait to order but was quick to get the drink. Honestly felt like it was alright. Not sure if it was worth the wait but it was good for what it was. Really cute inside though
Planned on going to Ralph's while in Chicago for coffee. We went on a Saturday morning around 9:30am. There was a line that we waited in for about 15 minutes. There were a few seats inside that the rear of my family sat down at while I waited in line to order. The little cafe was so aesthetically pleasing and had so many different things to look at while waiting. As a speciality latte, they had featured a salted honey cold foam latte. I decided to try that iced and it was amazing. My husband got the vanilla latte and didn't like it as much, it was pretty watery and didn't have much flavor neither coffee nor vanilla. The rest of the store did open at 10, so we "shopped" around a little while sipping our coffees. When we went to leave the line was wrapped around the outside of the building. Would definitely recommend getting there early if you go on the weekend.
Had to stop by here on our trip after walking past it a few times. The inside is so nice! The security guard was very friendly and told us about the 4 floors and that we had to check them out while we were there. He was very kind and knowledgeable. They had a special honey latte that I tried. Most expensive coffee I've ever had at around $13 but it was honestly so good. I would definitely get it again but it couldn't be an everyday purchase because of the price. I definitely want to come back.
SO CUTE! I had this on my list for a quick weekend trip and when we walked right past it, it was meant to be! The line was out the door and we knew it was a good sign. Their menu is pretty big and the staff were super sweet. There is limited seating inside the Ralph Lauren store but we were able to find a table as people were leaving. I tried their special honey caramel oat milk latte and my friend got the oat milk latte and both yum! Not super sweet but kind of a lot of milk. We also shared an affogato which was also delicious and aesthetic. All the merch, decor, and treats leading up to the counter are all beautiful and tempting. The store is decorated beautifully, also was tempted to buy a sweater while I was there but just stuck to coffee.
Popped in strolling down Michigan Ave while doing some shopping and for how busy they were the service was pretty quick. The matcha itself was fine alone if I did that with some syrup added -- but I didn't and did the strawberry cold foam instead. Wasn't a fan of the cold foam where could have done without and just ordered a regular matcha latte adjusted to my preferred sweetness probably would have made my rating higher. The spot itself is cute and connected to the Ralph Lauren store for some sips & shopping.
Ralph's Coffee is nestled into the first floor of Ralph Lauren in Chicago. This is a busy spot on the weekends so expect a but of a wait. While the line was a little long, staff moves through orders quickly. Their menu is very straightforward with coffee and tea drinks, pastries, and a couple of other non-caffeinated drink options. I wanted to order a latte which they only offer vanilla or chocolate flavors for outside of the seasonal special. When I visited, they had a Salted Honey Cold Foam Latte. They were able to make this flavor hot for me and just removed the cold foam. I really enjoyed the flavor and all drinks came with milk art. My husband got the Chai Latte which was made from a concentrate and tasted okay. They have a ton of branded merch on display that you can browse or purchase. The inside truly felt like a cute cafe. Highly recommend making a stop in when in the area.
It's so cute and quant inside. It is my first time trying Ralph's Coffee. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing the coffee was really good. I got a vanilla latte and it didn't disappoint. Everyone inside was very nice. They don't have an extensive menu but it's not needed. I would definitely stop by again. I recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.
Ralph's Coffee has a beautiful interior design and a cozy atmosphere. The iced chai latte was pretty standard but still good. One of the unique things about this location is that the coffee shop is connected to the store, which makes it a fun place to stop by while browsing. The decor really adds to the experience and makes it feel more exciting just a quick coffee stop.
I love this place! A darling cafe inside Ralph Lauren. A menu full of delicious coffees, teas, and pastries. I was taking a morning walk from my hotel, and just happened upon this place. I asked what was the best on the menu given it was my birthday, and was recommended by Trinity to try the Oat Milk Draft Latte and add maple. WOW! Simply divine! Outstanding! My coffee was creamy, and slightly sweet. Perfection in a cup. In addition to the delicious coffee, the pastries are also very well made. My plain toasted croissant with a side of honey was flakey and buttery. Also a divine representation. While chatting with the employees, I learned that there are several Ralph's around the nation. Good to know, since I fell in love with my order. I will be seeking those out... I ended up coming here four days in a row. I did not encounter a line with the exception of my last day. That was a wait of about 20 minutes. There are several tables inside, but when there's a line/crowded you would have to take your order to go. There is a 45 minute time limit on the tables, however. Thank you Trinity for your recommendation! When I'm back in Chicago, I'll definitely stop by.
Ralph's is a great spot to shop, or enjoy coffee and ice cream. The decor is fantastic, and it creates a comfortable setting for relaxing and having a good conversation. I especially love their soft-serve ice cream. It's a pleasant surprise and definitely worth trying. After finishing your coffee, you can walk right into the shop and pick up some Polo pieces, which makes the whole experience feel seamless. It's a unique place where you can enjoy a little bit of everything in one visit
Of course I have to visit a coffee shop that is all over social media! The inside of this coffee shop gave everything Ralph Lauren the design. The aesthetics were absolutely perfect. The young lady who took my order had a smile which always goes a long way for me. If you like coffee, you will like their bean . If you are not a coffee fan and you really like super sweet coffee, this may not be the place for you.
Finally made it to Ralph's Coffee, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. We arrived just in time, right before a long line started to form, which made the experience even better. We ordered two iced vanilla lattes topped with brown sugar cold foam. The balance of sweetness from the foam paired perfectly with the smooth espresso, refreshing and not overly sugary. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and professional, which kept everything running seamlessly even as it got busier. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing, classic, and effortlessly chic with the rest of the store filled with RL clothing. Overall, a nice coffee experience that combines quality drinks with a polished atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.
The storefront and decor is insanely adorable. It makes you feel transported to an old timey type of shop. The staff here was so kind and you can tell that they love working with each other. I tried a latte with their chocolate mocha syrup and it was delicious! I heard good things about their chocolate and even though I am not a big mocha person, I am glad I tried it. The prices are a little expensive since it is right off Micihan avenue but I was happy with my pick-me-up. read more
The seating area is extremely small and difficult to navigate. The coffee shop is in front of the Ralph Lauren store, so the foot traffic is awkward if there is a line. The coffee was excellent and the seating area is adorable with Ralph Lauren stripes and style. I just don't know if it's worth the wait in a long line. read more
This is such a cute spot and the coffee was very good. In my opinion sometimes pop ups have mediocre coffee or food and this spot is luxury beautiful location and delicious drinks! My mocha was just the right sweetness. They have a few food options as well if you need a bit to eat. Staff was very nice. I would absolutely stop here again to try the ice cream! read more

Ralph's Coffee has a beautiful interior with great seating and delicious drinks. Ralph's Coffee's selection of coffee is narrow so this is not the place to seek out a bold, original drink special, but they do an excellent job with the classic coffee beverages. I typically have come to the location when there is no line. There are times when there are significant lines, so unless you are only in town for a short amount of time, I would try and avoid high volume times given the long waits for the menu that typically minimally changes throughout the year. It's easy to get shopping done in the local area if you're there so it's wonderful for a quick stop while window shopping. read more

Ralph's coffee is a super cozy cafe right off of Michigan ave. It would be a great break from a busy shopping or sightseeing day. I ordered a classic cappuccino and their espresso chocolate bar. The pricing is reasonable for the location and the size was great for the cost. I was very happy with the quality and timeliness of the order. Despite it being a Sunday morning, there were still seats available inside, but we took our coffees to go. If you enter the Ralph Lauren store on Michigan Ave, you hit the cafe first and do not need to go through the store to find it. read more
We decided to brave the line in the cold and snow to experience Ralph's coffee! It was such a cute coffee shop, exactly how you would expect it to be. The line was pretty long but we had nothing better to do our last morning in Chicago and decided it was worth the wait. The coffee itself wasn't anything extraordinary. However, the experience was. The service was incredible and all of the employees were so friendly. They had a retail space with super cute mugs, Christmas ornaments, hats, and sweatshirts. There was a small indoor seating area but I wouldn't count on finding a place to sit. Definitely worth experiencing just to say you went. I would go back if I happened to pass by when they weren't busy but I probably wouldn't wait in a long line again for it. read more
Seasonal sips hit different Our first time at Ralph's Coffee and the holiday menu absolutely delivered. We grabbed classic coffee plus the seasonal gingerbread latte and WOW warm spices, creamy foam, hints of molasses and cinnamon, and that perfect cozy Christmas flavor in every sip. It was packed shoulder-to-shoulder with no seats in sight because of how popular it is, but honestly that just added to the festive energy. Beautiful presentation, rich bold coffee, and a true 10/10 on taste. The ultimate caffeine + holiday treat before hitting Michigan Avenue for some shopping. This is the CUTEST and most picturesque coffee shop. I would say that it's quite touristy since it's off the Mag Mile, but we didn't have a problem finding a spot to sit. I would also say it's a little overpriced, but again to be expected on the Mag Mile. It's also a pretty limited menu. Mostly drinks and a select few pastries. They also didn't have any zero-sugar sweetener outside of add-yourself Splenda packets which was a little troublesome as a Diabetic but not a huge deal. Staff was very patient and efficient and did offer some insight about the in-house sweeteners, but unfortunately I couldn't have them even if I wanted to lol. Definitely worth one visit and cute photos. Wouldn't necessarily be a regular or hang out too long there. read more
Came here because of the hype this place is getting all over social media. While it is very cute, you do have to wait a little while in line to order. I will say they worked efficiently but with such a small place it is hard to fit so many people. I got the maple latte, Now I was expecting this to be amazing, and those expectations were not met, save your time and money and go to a better local coffee shop. read more

We stopped by Ralph Lauren's coffee shop with some friends, and while the concept is definitely cool (a designer brand with its own café) it didn't quite live up to the hype. The space itself is tiny, which makes it tough to enjoy your drink on-site. Given that it attracts not only locals but a large number of tourists, the limited seating and crowded vibe make it more stressful than relaxing. It felt more like a chaotic pickup spot than a coffee break destination. As for the drinks, we tried a little bit of everything: an Americano, cold brew, hot chai, and hot chocolate. All of them were just... average. Nothing stood out, especially in a city like Chicago where you can find some truly excellent coffee, chai, and chocolate options. The drink sizes were fine, but the flavors didn't impress. I will say, they do have some cute branded goodies and a charming tea set that make for nice gift ideas or photo ops. Overall, it's worth checking out once if you're a tourist and want the aesthetic, but it's definitely not a must-visit for serious coffee lovers. read more
Ralph's was cute! I came here after having lunch RL with some friends. I've seen so much hype about Ralph's online, that I was excited to actually give it a try. I was surprised to see how small it is inside! It sits right in front of the store, which is brilliant marketing. It's super cute and cozy, which was perfect on a cold winter day. I got one of the special lattes - I think it was caramel sea salt (I can't seem to find it anywhere online) and it was okay, the taste was just a little off. My husband got the mocha and that was better. As far as coffee, it wasn't my favorite, but the ambiance and nice service made up for it. read more

Cute little store adjoining the Ralph Lauren shop. Its nicely decorated & has a lot of merch for sale. The menu was short & mainly coffee items. I ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk. It was pretty plain. No frills, just coffee. The experience was a positive one, but it's mainly a tourist attraction. read more
It is right on Chicago and Michigan, the heart of the magnificent mile. However don't expect a NYC Ralph Lauren, it is a much more humble version of that experience but still worth trying. I got a latte, which was really good. The barista was very polite and worked fast. Of course most of the experience is to take break from your Michigan Ave Shopping trip and enjoy the beautiful cafe with flowers and marble table. The price is reasonable, comparable to Starbucks. But the store has incredible selection of premium apparels and extremely attentive sales staff, which is the true highlight. read more
Wow I walked by Ralph's coffee and I just had to stop! The decor inside and outside was just amazing. Luckily when I went, the line wasn't too long but when I left the line was to the front of the store! I ordered the Pink Pony Latte (100% of the proceeds go to breast cancer awareness!). It had a delicious raspberry flavor. read more

Yum! My girlfriend took me to this place, and the mocha tasted really good, not too sweet yet just sweet enough to wake you up in the morning. I also liked how it was inside a clothing store, so we weren't positive we'd able to browse and look for clothes while waiting for our coffees. Only thing I'd say is that if you're wanting to not wait in too long of a line like we did, try going around the time it opens, or don't go on a holiday weekend morning like we did... read more

The ambiance of the coffee shop is so cute, it's attached to the Ralph Lauren store and features a really cohesive decor throughout of green, pinstriped and the signature bear. The barista taking orders was less than thrilled, and had a relatively bad attitude or maybe was just in a bad mood when I reached her. They didn't have many pastries to try so I only got a oat draft latte which was still pretty good. The line wasn't long when we got there but ended up being super long by the time we left. I wouldn't say it would be worth a long wait, but it was such a cute place that I'd go back. read more
This cafe was on our list to hit while in Chicago, mainly because of all the buzz online. The space is gorgeous and the merchandise for purchase is very cute, though pricey (as expected). As for the drinks, they were also pretty pricey for what you got. Not sure the matcha powder was fresh, the color was a bit off. The sweetness level was nice but $10 for a latte that's not amazing is too steep. Coffee was good, but when there are so many cafes around, it's not one that we would pick again over trying somewhere new. read more
Such a cute cafe, absolutely love the overall ambiance and aesthetic with the delicious drinks + pastries they have to offer! We went on a weekday around the holidays and were met with a line but that's to be expected, that being said it moved pretty fast! The staff were all so beyond kind and were able to give great advice on what to get. I personally got the hot chocolate with a coconut scone and loved both of them - the hot chocolate was nice and rich, and the scone had a nice coconut flavor (thankfully not artificial tasting) and they paired well together! They had the cutest designs on the cups for the holidays, with beautiful holiday decorations on both the inside and outside of the store. The only thing I wasn't the happiest about was the somewhat inconsistencies with the hours listed vs when they were actually open. My biggest tip is to wait till you're inside to start looking for a table, by the time you get to ordering something will be available. There were some awkward encounters where people would leave a personal belonging on a table and then go back outside to wait in line, to which the staff had to take the items off as others who had already ordered/got their drinks were left standing. Once you're inside just make sure you send someone from your party to the table to hold it! read more

A coffee shop at the front of the Ralph Lauren store. Is this the best coffee spot in Chicago? Of course not. But the aesthetics are so there, whether it's the dead of winter or the heat of summer. I love walking down Mag Mile during the summer and stopping by here for my morning coffee. I got the draft oat latte ($6.50) and it wasn't too bad. read more

First time in Chicago and knew I just had to try Ralph's Coffee. It's an adorable shop with a vintage, but classic vibe. The decor for the holidays also added such a nice touch! Their menu is full of classics, I went with a cappuccino and it was perfect. Easily one of the best coffees I had on my whole trip. Smooth, bold, and perfectly complimented by the steamed milk. They have a fair amount of seating and do ask their customers to limit their seat time so everyone has a chance to soak in the full experience. I also love that the coffee shop is attached to the Ralph Lauren store so you can squeeze in some shopping as well. Ralph's is a must stop in Chicago! read more

I stumbled into Ralph's Coffee while walking down the street and had no idea it was connected to the Ralph Lauren store such a brilliant concept! The moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by how beautiful and cozy the space was. The décor, the colors, and the overall aesthetic fit perfectly with the Ralph Lauren brand elegant yet warm and inviting. The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth, and the pastries were absolutely delicious. Everything felt thoughtful and high-quality, and the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such a well-known brand. The barista and people working the store were very polite and professional. It's the kind of place that feels made for a quiet morning, a catch-up with a friend, or even a cozy winter date. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Ralph's Is A Super Cute, Small Coffee Shop That Exudes Charm But Gets Really Busy. Prices Are On The Higher Side, But That's Expected Given The Location. I Tried The Seasonal Gingerbread Cookie Latte With Almond Milk, And It Was Absolutely Delicious! My Partner Went For A Plain Black Iced Coffee, Which He Said Was Just Okay. We Were Lucky To Grab A Table Right Up Front, And People-Watching Made The Experience Even Better. The Shop Never Seemed To Empty Out, With A Constant Line Of Customers--Getting A Table Here Feels Like Pure Luck. It's Definitely Worth Visiting At Least Once For The Experience, But I Wouldn't Make This My Regular Coffee Spot. The Atmosphere And Drinks Are Great, But The Crowds And Higher Prices Are Something To Consider. read more

First experience at Ralph's Coffee today and really enjoyed it. I just ordered an iced mocha latte ($7) and a coffee and dark chocolate bar. The cafe is nice and well decorated. I took mine to go but it looks like a nice place to sit and enjoy your drinks. Service was friendly and quick. They do have some themed merchandise to purchase if you choose. Prices are of course Ralph Lauren caliber. read more
