Stopped by late afternoon on a Friday! the line wasn't too bad and once you've ordered it's not long of a wait. We both got the raspberry hazelnut latte (one coffee, one matcha). Staff were so kind and welcoming. The drinks were great and so delicious. Seating is very limited and kind of chaotic since the line can get very long. Honestly would take the drinks to go!
We stopped by the RL store at the Fashion Outlets and was curious why they were selling Ralph's Coffee merch... Then we visited the flagship store on Michigan Ave and realized they have a coffee shop and a restaurant in addition to a gorgeously decorated clothing store front. I have never had a nitro oat cold brew that is a cold brew already infused in oat milk, it was so tasty and a great refreshing treat! The merch are all super cute and the employees were very friendly. The cafe was so adorable with a mix of upscale traditional old money and French farmhouse vibes... such a cutesy Instagram worthy spot. Come check out life sized RL bear too! So dreamy!
Ralph's Coffee on the Magnificent Mile is undeniably cute. I really enjoyed the classic Ralph Lauren look, and the setting was the most memorable part of my visit. I stopped around 9:45 a.m. on a Friday and was able to find seating. The service was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. I ordered a vanilla latte, but the coffee itself was very standard, especially for the price. It tasted like regular coffee with cream and flavoring rather than a carefully made specialty latte. The attractive setting and excellent service helped, but the coffee did not justify the premium pricing for me. If I were in a hurry and needed something convenient to grab and go, Otherwise, I would look for a more notable local coffee shop.
We waited in line for 30-45 minutes before we were able to step inside the cafe to order. While in the moment it was a little annoying, it makes the experience inside much more manageable and less overwhelming. I opted for a cortado and shared a chocolate croissant. The cortado was bold, had the perfect amount of ice, and was delicious. The croissant didn't seem like it was made in house but it was a solid croissant. Since they were managing the line into the cafe, there was enough seating for everyone inside, which was nice. Ralph's coffee offers a bright and preppy cafe aesthetic. It's a nice change of pace. They also sell merch but a lot of it was out of my personal budget.
Coffee break after exploring Chicago , Michigan street. Nice weather and not too crowded street. This cafe is small but very chic to relax. Self serve and seated. Sat on very nice corner cozy with aesthetically decor . Ordered chocolate croissant with crispy buttery texture. Combined with freshly americano coffee. Honey coffee cold brew and mocha coffee with cream. It was pricey but aura was warm. Overall great place to hang out. You can go their beautiful Ralph Lauren store.
Planned on going to Ralph's while in Chicago for coffee. We went on a Saturday morning around 9:30am. There was a line that we waited in for about 15 minutes. There were a few seats inside that the rear of my family sat down at while I waited in line to order. The little cafe was so aesthetically pleasing and had so many different things to look at while waiting. As a speciality latte, they had featured a salted honey cold foam latte. I decided to try that iced and it was amazing. My husband got the vanilla latte and didn't like it as much, it was pretty watery and didn't have much flavor neither coffee nor vanilla. The rest of the store did open at 10, so we "shopped" around a little while sipping our coffees. When we went to leave the line was wrapped around the outside of the building. Would definitely recommend getting there early if you go on the weekend.
Got the matcha. I wanted to check this cafe out for the vibes. It was a pretty long wait to order but was quick to get the drink. Honestly felt like it was alright. Not sure if it was worth the wait but it was good for what it was. Really cute inside though
Had to stop by here on our trip after walking past it a few times. The inside is so nice! The security guard was very friendly and told us about the 4 floors and that we had to check them out while we were there. He was very kind and knowledgeable. They had a special honey latte that I tried. Most expensive coffee I've ever had at around $13 but it was honestly so good. I would definitely get it again but it couldn't be an everyday purchase because of the price. I definitely want to come back.
SO CUTE! I had this on my list for a quick weekend trip and when we walked right past it, it was meant to be! The line was out the door and we knew it was a good sign. Their menu is pretty big and the staff were super sweet. There is limited seating inside the Ralph Lauren store but we were able to find a table as people were leaving. I tried their special honey caramel oat milk latte and my friend got the oat milk latte and both yum! Not super sweet but kind of a lot of milk. We also shared an affogato which was also delicious and aesthetic. All the merch, decor, and treats leading up to the counter are all beautiful and tempting. The store is decorated beautifully, also was tempted to buy a sweater while I was there but just stuck to coffee.

While the line was a little long, staff moves through orders quickly. Their menu is very straightforward with coffee and tea drinks, pastries, and a couple of other non-caffeinated drink options. I wanted to order a latte which they only offer vanilla or chocolate flavors for outside of the seasonal special. When I visited, they had a Salted Honey Cold Foam Latte. They were able to make this flavor hot for me and just removed the cold foam. I really enjoyed the flavor and all drinks came with milk art. My husband got the Chai Latte which was made from a concentrate and tasted okay. They have a ton of branded merch on display that you can browse or purchase. The inside truly felt like a cute cafe. Highly recommend making a stop in when in the area.

The matcha itself was fine alone if I did that with some syrup added -- but I didn't and did the strawberry cold foam instead. Wasn't a fan of the cold foam where could have done without and just ordered a regular matcha latte adjusted to my preferred sweetness probably would have made my rating higher. The spot itself is cute and connected to the Ralph Lauren store for some sips & shopping.
It's so cute and quant inside. It is my first time trying Ralph's Coffee. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing the coffee was really good. I got a vanilla latte and it didn't disappoint. Everyone inside was very nice. They don't have an extensive menu but it's not needed. I would definitely stop by again. I recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.
I love this place! A darling cafe inside Ralph Lauren. A menu full of delicious coffees, teas, and pastries. I was taking a morning walk from my hotel, and just happened upon this place. I asked what was the best on the menu given it was my birthday, and was recommended by Trinity to try the Oat Milk Draft Latte and add maple. WOW! Simply divine! Outstanding! My coffee was creamy, and slightly sweet. Perfection in a cup. In addition to the delicious coffee, the pastries are also very well made. My plain toasted croissant with a side of honey was flakey and buttery. Also a divine representation. While chatting with the employees, I learned that there are several Ralph's around the nation. Good to know, since I fell in love with my order. I will be seeking those out... I ended up coming here four days in a row. I did not encounter a line with the exception of my last day. That was a wait of about 20 minutes. There are several tables inside, but when there's a line/crowded you would have to take your order to go. There is a 45 minute time limit on the tables, however. Thank you Trinity for your recommendation! When I'm back in Chicago, I'll definitely stop by.

I'm a pretty simple coffee drinker. I usually stick to an iced or hot Americano, black, so I don't typically go out of my way to visit hyped-up coffee shops or try specialty drinks. That said, what I really enjoyed about this place was the attention to detail, branding, and overall aesthetics. Of course, you'd expect that from Ralph Lauren. The coffee shop is located inside the largest and nicest Ralph Lauren store in the world, which makes the whole experience even more unique. I enjoyed my Americano, grabbed a chocolate croissant, and spent some time taking in how beautiful both the coffee shop and the store are. Even if you're a simple coffee drinker like me, it's definitely worth stopping by for the experience. read more
Stopped by Ralph's Coffee while in Chicago. The line was pretty long but moved surprisingly fast. It's located inside the Ralph Lauren store, right by the men's department on the first floor, with women's upstairs. Not a whole lot of room to move around, especially when it's busy. I ordered the Salted Honey Cream Top Latte and it was really good! The coffee had great flavor and the cold foam was a nice touch. Love the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, so of course I had to stop in. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area! read more
Ralph's Coffee has potential, but the service experience is what really brought down my overall impression. The interior was bright, clean, and well-lit, and the baristas were quick and efficient when taking my order. I ordered a coffee and pastry and sat down to catch up on emails on my laptop. I had plugged in my laptop charger and had been there for less than 10 minutes when a staff member approached me and informed me that customers were not allowed to use the electrical outlets. For a coffee shop, I found this policy surprising, especially since the café was practically empty and there was plenty of available seating. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I ultimately decided to leave. Even the person sitting next to me commented on how unusual it was for a coffee shop not to allow customers to use the outlets. While the atmosphere and quick service initially made a good impression, the lack of hospitality completely changed my experience. I would be much more inclined to visit a traditional café next time. Ralph's may be better off focusing on its clothing brand rather than trying to create a welcoming coffee shop experience. read more

Ralph's is a great spot to shop, or enjoy coffee and ice cream. The decor is fantastic, and it creates a comfortable setting for relaxing and having a good conversation. I especially love their soft-serve ice cream. It's a pleasant surprise and definitely worth trying. After finishing your coffee, you can walk right into the shop and pick up some Polo pieces, which makes the whole experience feel seamless. It's a unique place where you can enjoy a little bit of everything in one visit read more

Of course I have to visit a coffee shop that is all over social media! The inside of this coffee shop gave everything Ralph Lauren the design. The aesthetics were absolutely perfect. The young lady who took my order had a smile which always goes a long way for me. If you like coffee, you will like their bean . If you are not a coffee fan and you really like super sweet coffee, this may not be the place for you. read more

One of the unique things about this location is that the coffee shop is connected to the store, which makes it a fun place to stop by while browsing. Finally made it to Ralph's Coffee, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. We arrived just in time, right before a long line started to form, which made the experience even better. We ordered two iced vanilla lattes topped with brown sugar cold foam. The balance of sweetness from the foam paired perfectly with the smooth espresso, refreshing and not overly sugary. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and professional, which kept everything running seamlessly even as it got busier. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing, classic, and effortlessly chic with the rest of the store filled with RL clothing. I really enjoyed our visit to Ralph's. I've seen it all over insta, and since we were in town, I took full advantage of a visit. We went mid November and they already decorated for Christmas which was really nice. We went on a Saturday morning and the line (shockingly) wasn't out the door. It moved quickly, and after a 5 minute wait it was our turn to order. I ordered a latte and my boyfriend ordered a seasonal gingerbread latte. The gingerbread latte came witha cinnamon gingerbread man on it which was really cute. Mine was traditional latte art which looked really nice. We sat and sipped for a bit, but the space is so small we wanted to free up space for others and left after a couple of minutes. It's for sure worth checking out, just don't plan on staying there if it's busy! read more

Tourist Trap, but coffee was good. We waited in line for 40min on Saturday morning. The weather was nice and I didn't mind waiting. It was fun experience and we had tried their raspberry latte, americano, and pain au chocolat. I wasn't expecting the coffee to be so aromatic and tasty. Pastry was okay just your average pain au chocolat, it was nice and crispy tho. The cup and saucer that I wanted was retailed for $45. The cafe is very small and because it was crowded it made it seem smaller. The atmosphere is pretty and felt intimate. Staff seemed little unenthusiastic but friendly enough. read more
We're in Chicago for a campus tour at Loyola, taking in that classic 20‑degree, sunny Chicago weather that somehow feels both brutal and beautiful at the same time. After the tour, we wanted a place to warm up and relax before heading to dinner, and that's when we came across Ralph's Coffee, tucked right at the entrance of the four‑story Ralph Lauren flagship store. The moment you step inside, the space reflects exactly what you'd expect from Ralph Lauren: polished, elegant, and full of that signature upscale charm. It's a small café area, and because the store was pretty busy, the line was long at first. We decided to browse the store while waiting, and by the time we came back down, the line had thinned out enough to give it a try. The barista was genuinely kind and attentive. My son ordered a matcha latte, and she immediately let us know that their matcha isn't sweetened, something I really appreciated, so she offered sugar on the side. Drinks are made to order, similar to Starbucks, but the menu itself is fairly limited. Not a huge variety of drinks, and the food selection is minimal as well. Our drinks came out quickly. I ordered a chai latte, and while it was fine, I'd say Starbucks still does it much better in terms of flavor and balance. My son enjoyed his matcha, but overall the offerings felt more about the brand experience than the beverages themselves. In the end, it was a pleasant stop, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service, and a fun little break in the middle of our day. But in terms of coffee alone, we'd probably explore other cafés in Chicago before coming back here. read more
Yes, a tourist attraction - but a good one! There is always a short line. But the coffee comes out fast. Seating is very limited so if you want to sit down have a friend go sit while you order! The interior is cute, very on brand with the signature white and green. Good for photos! I had the vanilla latte with oatmilk - $9. read more

Saw on TikTok and had to go! Downtown area right next to the Ralph Lauren store. Cute coffee shop. There was a wait when we went but it went by pretty quickly. Super cute! We tried the matcha lemonade and then the iced chai latte! 5/5! read more

Ralph's Coffee was pretty busy when we stopped by, which wasn't surprising given how small the café is. We were lucky enough to grab the last available table. I ordered the chai latte and really enjoyed it, while my friend felt her drink was just okay and could have been better. Service was quick and efficient despite the crowd. It's a nice spot to take a break if you're in the area, though seating is definitely limited. read more

Stopped by Ralph's Coffee and ordered a mocha. It was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The café itself has a really nice atmosphere and stylish vibe, though it was very crowded when I visited. Overall, it's a pleasant spot if you're already in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back just for the coffee. read more

Chocolate croissant was a little stale and lacked flavor (other than chocolate pieces here and there) , seasonal latte was sweet and good but not worth the trip out of your way to come here. I would stop by just for the vibes, not the cafe. read more
Fun Ralph Lauren inspired Polo bear coffee shop that takes you back into time. Nice selection of pastries and espresso based drinks. Chill out in their cafe or shop the Polo store. Great for fans of the Ralph Lauren brand plus lots of cute polo bears! read more
Great coffee!! Stopped by here on my trip to Chicago and was pleasantly surprised! Of all the coffee we tried in Chicago...this was my favorite. I got the honey foam iced cold brew and WOW! It was so yummy. The honey brought out the sweetness of the coffee, and who doesn't love a foam with their cold brew?! While getting the actual coffee once we ordered didn't take long, it did take a while to actually order. In total, it took us 30 min (getting in line to receiving our coffees). But we were there on a Sunday so there will be a weekend crowd, and I think the brand will draw a crowd too. The shop itself is really cute and actually connected to the Ralph lauren shop. So after having your coffee you can go and walk around and check out the clothes. The trinkets in the shop were EXPENSIVE. $120 tote bag?! So we did not get any trinkets but it was fun to look around, and it's a really cute shop. Surprisingly the coffee was not insanely expensive. I'm so excited for the boston location to open- loved Ralph's coffee! read more
I'll be honest, I had very low expectations for the coffee, I only wanted to go because I love the clothing brand but this was amazing coffee! The coffee was strong but still tasty and came out quick. I would recommend not staying to drink because it is a small shop attached to the clothing store so it fills up quickly. If I lived closer I'd become a regular here. The prices aren't bad either, the croissant is $6 and it is a huge croissant so you'll get your money's worth. The coffees were also only around $6-7 depending on if you want a milk substitute. read more

Super cute spot. Came by on a Sunday afternoon and there was a bit of a line but it moved quickly. I opted for the lemonade ($6) and found it quite refreshing in the summer heat. A great choice for later in the day. The vibe of the place is great, and it's located at the front of the Ralph Lauren store so you can catch a glimpse of the shopping. There were a handful of tables but we took ours today. A pleasant experience overall. read more

I was recommended to visit Ralph's Coffee. When I arrived there was a line starting to form. I got in line and waited maybe 15 minutes. Coffee shop is located inside the Ralph Lauren's store. Grab yourself some coffee or latte and headed over to the other side for some retail therapy. Ralph's menu consists of a variety of cappuccinos, hot chocolate, lattes, lemonade,tasty pastries and croissants. There is merchandise and chocolate candy bars that are available to purchase. The atmosphere is cozy and the decor is really nice. This coffee shop reminds me of an upscale old school coffee shop. I loved the green and white colors. The service was quick despite the long line that was forming outside the door. I was able to get a table and enjoy the vibes. While sipping on my latte and eating my croissant. Great tourist attraction. Latte and croissant was ok. It was just nice to be able to visit and experience the coffee shop. read more
Been eyeing this cafe for many months and finally on this snowy day my furbaby and I decided to drop in. It was rather cold outside so we wanted to warm up with some hot chocolate (avoiding caffeine in the afternoon to preserve my night slumber). Was the perfect choice for this cold winter day. They also had affogato which was super tempting but because I didn't want to disrupt my sleep, I made the adult decision to pass this time. They also had soft serve espresso and a few pastries which I would like to try the next time. There were decent amount of indoor seating to warm up and enjoy your drink. The decor was a simple and elegant, white and green palette which was perfect. Also a life size Ralph Lauren bear figure which make a cute photo op. read more

I recently visited the Ralph Lauren Coffee Shop and tried their Cortado--it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. The service was excellent as well. The server who helped me was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I was hoping to try some of their pastries, but unfortunately, by around 6 PM everything was sold out. On the bright side, I guess that says a lot about how good they must be! I'll definitely come back earlier next time to give them a try. Overall, a lovely coffee shop with great coffee, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit. read more
This place is all about the ambiance. It is so cute inside. The line was pretty long but luckily on a Sunday morning was able to get seating. The cardamom bun was surprisingly good and the coffee was good but is more about the aesthetic than the drinks. read more
