The hype is worth it! I got the salted honey iced latte & it was SO good. Recommend stopping by and the line goes quickly!
Got the matcha. I wanted to check this cafe out for the vibes. It was a pretty long wait to order but was quick to get the drink. Honestly felt like it was alright. Not sure if it was worth the wait but it was good for what it was. Really cute inside though
Planned on going to Ralph's while in Chicago for coffee. We went on a Saturday morning around 9:30am. There was a line that we waited in for about 15 minutes. There were a few seats inside that the rear of my family sat down at while I waited in line to order. The little cafe was so aesthetically pleasing and had so many different things to look at while waiting. As a speciality latte, they had featured a salted honey cold foam latte. I decided to try that iced and it was amazing. My husband got the vanilla latte and didn't like it as much, it was pretty watery and didn't have much flavor neither coffee nor vanilla. The rest of the store did open at 10, so we "shopped" around a little while sipping our coffees. When we went to leave the line was wrapped around the outside of the building. Would definitely recommend getting there early if you go on the weekend.
Had to stop by here on our trip after walking past it a few times. The inside is so nice! The security guard was very friendly and told us about the 4 floors and that we had to check them out while we were there. He was very kind and knowledgeable. They had a special honey latte that I tried. Most expensive coffee I've ever had at around $13 but it was honestly so good. I would definitely get it again but it couldn't be an everyday purchase because of the price. I definitely want to come back.
SO CUTE! I had this on my list for a quick weekend trip and when we walked right past it, it was meant to be! The line was out the door and we knew it was a good sign. Their menu is pretty big and the staff were super sweet. There is limited seating inside the Ralph Lauren store but we were able to find a table as people were leaving. I tried their special honey caramel oat milk latte and my friend got the oat milk latte and both yum! Not super sweet but kind of a lot of milk. We also shared an affogato which was also delicious and aesthetic. All the merch, decor, and treats leading up to the counter are all beautiful and tempting. The store is decorated beautifully, also was tempted to buy a sweater while I was there but just stuck to coffee.
Popped in strolling down Michigan Ave while doing some shopping and for how busy they were the service was pretty quick. The matcha itself was fine alone if I did that with some syrup added -- but I didn't and did the strawberry cold foam instead. Wasn't a fan of the cold foam where could have done without and just ordered a regular matcha latte adjusted to my preferred sweetness probably would have made my rating higher. The spot itself is cute and connected to the Ralph Lauren store for some sips & shopping.
Ralph's Coffee is nestled into the first floor of Ralph Lauren in Chicago. This is a busy spot on the weekends so expect a but of a wait. While the line was a little long, staff moves through orders quickly. Their menu is very straightforward with coffee and tea drinks, pastries, and a couple of other non-caffeinated drink options. I wanted to order a latte which they only offer vanilla or chocolate flavors for outside of the seasonal special. When I visited, they had a Salted Honey Cold Foam Latte. They were able to make this flavor hot for me and just removed the cold foam. I really enjoyed the flavor and all drinks came with milk art. My husband got the Chai Latte which was made from a concentrate and tasted okay. They have a ton of branded merch on display that you can browse or purchase. The inside truly felt like a cute cafe. Highly recommend making a stop in when in the area.
It's so cute and quant inside. It is my first time trying Ralph's Coffee. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing the coffee was really good. I got a vanilla latte and it didn't disappoint. Everyone inside was very nice. They don't have an extensive menu but it's not needed. I would definitely stop by again. I recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.
Ralph's Coffee has a beautiful interior design and a cozy atmosphere. The iced chai latte was pretty standard but still good. One of the unique things about this location is that the coffee shop is connected to the store, which makes it a fun place to stop by while browsing. The decor really adds to the experience and makes it feel more exciting just a quick coffee stop.
I love this place! A darling cafe inside Ralph Lauren. A menu full of delicious coffees, teas, and pastries. I was taking a morning walk from my hotel, and just happened upon this place. I asked what was the best on the menu given it was my birthday, and was recommended by Trinity to try the Oat Milk Draft Latte and add maple. WOW! Simply divine! Outstanding! My coffee was creamy, and slightly sweet. Perfection in a cup. In addition to the delicious coffee, the pastries are also very well made. My plain toasted croissant with a side of honey was flakey and buttery. Also a divine representation. While chatting with the employees, I learned that there are several Ralph's around the nation. Good to know, since I fell in love with my order. I will be seeking those out... I ended up coming here four days in a row. I did not encounter a line with the exception of my last day. That was a wait of about 20 minutes. There are several tables inside, but when there's a line/crowded you would have to take your order to go. There is a 45 minute time limit on the tables, however. Thank you Trinity for your recommendation! When I'm back in Chicago, I'll definitely stop by.
Ralph's is a great spot to shop, or enjoy coffee and ice cream. The decor is fantastic, and it creates a comfortable setting for relaxing and having a good conversation. I especially love their soft-serve ice cream. It's a pleasant surprise and definitely worth trying. After finishing your coffee, you can walk right into the shop and pick up some Polo pieces, which makes the whole experience feel seamless. It's a unique place where you can enjoy a little bit of everything in one visit
Of course I have to visit a coffee shop that is all over social media! The inside of this coffee shop gave everything Ralph Lauren the design. The aesthetics were absolutely perfect. The young lady who took my order had a smile which always goes a long way for me. If you like coffee, you will like their bean . If you are not a coffee fan and you really like super sweet coffee, this may not be the place for you.
Finally made it to Ralph's Coffee, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. We arrived just in time, right before a long line started to form, which made the experience even better. We ordered two iced vanilla lattes topped with brown sugar cold foam. The balance of sweetness from the foam paired perfectly with the smooth espresso, refreshing and not overly sugary. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and professional, which kept everything running seamlessly even as it got busier. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing, classic, and effortlessly chic with the rest of the store filled with RL clothing. Overall, a nice coffee experience that combines quality drinks with a polished atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

A classy, clean and cozy interior as to be expected, respectful baristas who impressively take the time to understand and pronounce your name correctly, rich lattes with a variety of flavor and milk substitutes available, and ample seating for a chat with a friend or a good book. Tables are limited to 45minutes and they reasonably ask that you don't use your laptop in their space. Great pricing and punch cards are available as well, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. read more

Long wait but very cute inside and we had no trouble getting a table. Coffee and pastry were really good too. Just be prepared to be patient because it's a bit packed/chaotic in there. read more
Ralph's coffee has everything -- beautiful interior, good coffee, tasty croissants, and a posh feeling that undeniably attractive. And for being so posh, the servers are some of the FRIENDLIEST EVER!!! So sweet and even remade a drink that was a little too sweet for my mom. I also love their line of dish ware, and had to buy myself a cup and saucer. Ralph's coffee has my heart. read more

This was such a beautiful place to check out! Everything about the aesthetic of the coffee shop -- from the cups, the decor, and even the merch was so fun. We ordered a small hot mocha, a hot chocolate, and a regular black coffee. We went around 3pm so they were out of food items by then, which was a bummer! The drinks themselves were nothing particularly special to write home about, but still tasted good and satisfying. The service was great; the employee recommended adding some sweetener to the hot chocolate because it's pretty bitter on its own. Glad we took her word for it! read more
This is the cafe at the front of the Ralph Lauren store in Chicago!! They allow dogs inside and we were able to bring Mandu. They also have a stamp card so if you get 10 drinks, you can have 1 free. They have super cute merch like mugs and umbrellas and clothes, but they were all very expensive. :(( I ordered the new menu grapefruit tonic! At first it wasn't mixed well so I just got mostly bitter espresso flavours but then as I walked around everything got more mixed and it got super yummy. The coffee part itself was pretty good and then I love the light fizz from the tonic and the grapefruit was a super yummy refreshing addition. It wasn't overly sweet and everything was perfectly balanced (after the mix). read more
This place is a hidden gem inside the Ralph Lauren store on Michigan! Love the idea of a bougie coffee house right at the store entrance. It's very well put together and looks super fancy. My coffee however was quite meh. Not a huge fan. I got the iced latte and it just tasted like milk to me. But I do love the cup holders they have, see in the picture! read more

I enjoyed the first Ralph Cup of Coffee in New York City some years ago, and I've been in love ever since. It could be the blends, the richness, the bold taste, or the smoothness as it trickled down your throat--I don't know--but Ralph's Coffee is like no other. Plus, It's the cutest place, with splashes of green throughout, white tables, delicate plates, cups with the Ralph signature, and, of course, the Teddy Bear standing tall and greeting you at the door, making for a gorgeous setting. I haven't lived near one in a while, so to my surprise, Ralph is no longer serving the brownie. Now, that broke my heart for a second, but the server told me to try the doughnut. Let's say I ordered another one on the way out. read more
First time visiting Chicago and my friend loves this spot so he took me. When we arrived the line was out the door but it moved very fast which I was appreciative of. I ordered the Maple Spice Latte on ice because it was the featured drink at the time and it sounded too interesting to pass up. I am a Starbucks girl that likes the interesting cold coffees to give you an idea of what kind of coffee I like. The Maple Spice Latte was good but the coffee was a little stronger than I typically like. I loved the ambiance of the store but didn't get to look around. I also loved the items they had for sale like a latte cup set with Ralphs Coffee logo but it was pricey. You should expect that though its Ralph Lauren. Overall, I suggest popping in as your in the city! read more
I remember coming to the restaurant as a child with my mom and sister and thinking "this will be the fanciest place I ever eat". The service was amazing back then and the whole experience has stayed with me to this day. When we started planning our first family trip to Chicago, I knew they had a smaller coffee shop attached and was going to bring my mini along. We walked in and stood in line for quite a while, but I was so excited to build memories with her. I ordered a cappuccino and we sat and peopled watched for at least 30 minutes. The coffee was delicious, but the ambiance and experience of it all is really what made it. Such a cute spot to stop for a perfect coffee while you shop for the classic fashion of Ralph Lauren. read more

I happened to have about 30 minutes after a meeting to grab a quick drink and I was so happy to have visited Ralph's Coffee. All of the tables were currently occupied by other customers so we just ordered ours and walked around the gorgeous store. Ralph Lauren does not skimp on the luxury designs and all the tartan prints and bows still gave a very cheery holiday vibe. Now onto the drinks. I ordered the Ralph Roast black coffee with cream and a coffee cake donut. Only after I paid did I realize that there was a seasonal drink that was a strawberry rose matcha latte and knew that I had to try it. My friend ended up taking the coffee off of my hands which worked out in the end. The matcha wasn't too earthy and paired perfectly with the strawberry rose puree which reminded me of strawberry ice cream. Definitely one the best matchas I have had in a long time. Hopefully next time we're able to sit down and relax more with our drinks. read more
A little touristy, but honestly quite a cute spot!! The cafe is very elegant and cute, and a perfect spot to bring guests visiting the city. The quality and service is there, too! The baristas were very kind, and they have a punch card loyalty program! My matcha latte was also great and not overly sweet! read more

Good coffee! The vibe inside is very old money, classic Ralph Lauren as it should be. Coffee is a bit expensive, and the line is a bit congested but worth the trip. read more

We were excited to visit this place during our visit to Chicago. We ordered hot mochas with oat milk and the overnight oats. The mochas were decent 3/5 in our opinion, but we still finished it. The overnight oats wasn't really flavorful. We added some Splenda to sweeten it up a bit and it was much better. Other than that, service was great. We didn't have to wait long despite the amount of people there. The vibes and aesthetic was definitely a 5/5 though and that's definitely what most people go for! As soon as you enter the cafe you can see how amazing it looks. Everyone wants to record and take photos because of how great it was designed. Definitely recommend just to visit and experience it. read more

Other than 20 minute wait before ordering, the drinks were surprising a decent price for a cup of coffee! I ordered a hot vanilla latte, which was pretty good!! I recommend getting that. I also got an iced vanilla matcha and I would say you could pass on that. The inside was super pretty and was Instagram picture worthy. read more
I am no coffee expert but I have drank a lot of coffee. This was by far one of the best vanilla lattes I have ever had. TBH I had no expectations of Ralph's Coffee, but I was determined to stop by because I was influenced by someone I like. I want to know what coffee beans they use because their coffee was so smooth! And not too sweet. I will be back! The cafe is connected to the Polo Ralph Lauren store, super cute interior. There isn't too many tables but it's a great spot to enjoy some coffee while exploring DT Chicago. read more

Came here during a trip to Chicago because it was close to our hotel and I was honestly very impressed. I was expecting the place to be more for the aesthetic over the quality of the food and drinks but I was proven wrong. We didn't have too long of a wait and were greeted by a friendly barista. I ordered a chai latte with oatmilk and it was honestly really good. There was a lot of flavor from the spices and the sweetness level was perfect! My boyfriend got the mocha and it had a bold chocolate flavor and he enjoyed it. Would recommend stopping by. read more

As much as I thought the cafe was cute, I don't think I would justify waiting ~30 minutes again for a coffee. Price wise, the drink was pretty expensive. Granted, I ordered a peppermint mocha with almond milk, but the drink was okay to say the least. It was also extremely busy the day that I went. Besides that, the interior was beautiful. It was right next to the Ralph Lauren store and restaurant. read more

Ralph's Coffee on Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago is hands down the most aesthetically appealing coffee shop I've visited. Located inside the Ralph Lauren store, the experience is a perfect 10/10, from the warm greeting at the door to the impeccably clean and chic aesthetic. Despite a steady flow of customers, I was in and out in no time. The delicious Chai Tea Latte is just the icing on the cake. read more

Visiting Chicago for Christmas. Huge fan of Ralph Lauren so this coffee shop was at the top of my "things to do / see" list and it did not disappoint! Was able to stop by twice. Small, cozy location so I recommend getting there early as it has grown in popularity which causes a line out the door. Both times the line moved fairly quickly so it's not a huge deal but if you're wanting to secure a seat it can be challenging, so again the earlier you get there the better. Day one I had a vanilla latte (phenomenal) day two I tried "Ralph's Roast" (also great). Overall very pleased with my experience and highly recommend if you're fan of RL! read more
Stopped by for a quick cup of coffee to go and was met by super friendly service and a great latte. There was a bit of a line on a Saturday morning but it moved quickly and we got an iced oat latte to-go. It was the perfect balance of creamy and bitter - I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the coffee! There's a good amount of seating and I saw that most people didn't linger for long. A really nice stop if you need coffee or a short break while shopping. read more

Stopped in here for a coffee before lunch. Plenty of seating and the vibes are cool. Cashier was friendly but kept mishearing our milk orders. This is a bit pricier but the drinks are good. Latte was well balanced and creamy. Chai was the best I've had. Not too sweet or spicy. read more

I saw this place on TikTok and decided to stop by. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Even the display window is so cute. The decor is top tier. I ordered a latte and prices were reasonable. The coffee was really good. The have cozy seating with a fireplace. Service was great and fast. The place is very comfortable I could have been in there for hours. The pictures come out amazing. Then you can go shopping on all the floors. I took my 5 year old son and Bradley helped us. He definitely gave my son the VIP treatment. Definitely an experience highly recommend coming here. read more
