One of the reasons I love this location is because the food is always hot and to me that's always a good thing when it comes to fast food restaurants. The customer service is always great there's long lines at times but they move quick. I have no complaints. This location is very fire at night reminds me of on old diner all lighted up. I'm not sure why there's a lot of bad reviews this has been a stop for me when I got to Brawley and buy meat at Ramey's. read more

Visited 1/19/2020 Overall 2 1/2 to 3 Stars for this place at best. An old stand by Burger landmark. Large menu plenty to choose from. Burgers were good except the buns were a bit stale. 2 3/4 Stars. I'm not a fan of their seasoned French fries. Not the real deal. The Chili cheese dog was just ok. Unfortunately they use that fake nacho pour on cheese. Can only give 1 Star for that Hot dog. The Chocolate Shake was quite Tasty. 3 1/2 Stars. Service was friendly and good. 3 Stars. It's a maybe if I will return in the future. read more

Raw & undercooked burgers. I highly suggest the franchise owner purchases a temperature sensor for the meat and grill. There is no reason that a burger should be cooked haphazardly. (High: I was refunded) (low: had to drive back and I spent the rest of my evening on the toilet). Customer service is good except for from one of the employee's. Who is very rude and confrontational. *** Pitstop Review (Brawley) *** I'm working out of town and landed in Brawley. This is about 15 miles from the border to Mexico. The entire day outside temperatures ranged from 115 to 121 in the local regions. So finding any place with a cool sweet drink was a welcomed treat. I've eaten at other Rally's before but there are some items that were hit or miss. The first time I came by in the morning I picked up a crispy mushroom steak burger and this was TOTALLY awesome! (And only about $2) I haven't had a burger in a long time that was really that good The mushrooms were plentiful and dropping out of the burger. The steak was so plentiful it was just falling out everywhere. There was some kind of light creme sauce that added a great flavor and added to the juicy-ness of the burger. Then there was a nice little crunch in every bite. I think that was from the crunchy onion rings (I think) With a selection of smoothies to choose from I didn't know what to get. So I asked them, what's their "popular" item sold. The girl at the front counter pointed me towards the mango. I thought it was a good drink. I like that the smoothly is still frozen enough I can bite the little ice crystals in every sip of the drink! The icy crunch is a cool added bonus on a super hot day :-) Soooo, my awesome burger earlier in the morning prompted me to swing by on my return trip home to get another awesome new burger and try the combo bacon Philly cheese steak burger AND the mushroom steak burger. The Philly cheese steak bacon burger was NOT so good. The burger was really TOO dry and salty for me. After being really disappointed I reached for the other burger thinking it would be the mushroom burger and it looked identical to the Philly cheese steak bacon burger. I was going to let it go and just eat it, but i though I bought it so why shouldn't I go back to get what I purchased? I verified that that my receipt was correct and took it back to the counter. The girl at the register went straight to the cook asked him about the burger and he denied that he did anything wrong. Then they said the only difference was a few little mushrooms. I can taste the difference and there were no mushrooms and the burger has a difference sauce. To top it off they tried to convince me that it was basically the same burger without even opening up my bag to look at my burger! In the end I was tired and I didn't want to argue over a burger. I tried to eat it but it just wasn't the same. As usual, I will make my money talk and NEVER come back to this location!!! Ok, I'll add one more star because the first burger was really good :-) Here's what liked... * The crispy mushroom steak burger was awesome! * Loved the strawberry smoothy. * Easy plentiful parking. * It's one of the first stores when coming into town. making a stop is convenient. Here's what I didn't like... * I wished my truck could fit through the drive-thru so I could stay in the AC of my vehicle. It was so hot standing outside (not Rally's problem, but it would be nice to have a canopy or something). * The first time I was present the girl at the front taking the order and the folks in the back seem to be very preoccupied with their conversation and seemed VERY distracted. * The messed up on my 2nd visit of the day (the 1st visit my order was great). When you mess up on the order don't try to convince me I'm wrong without looking at the food. It's even worse when I eat the burger and I know it's NOT the same. I definitely remember this experience because I left very unsatisfied. ********************************* Food = crispy mushroom steak burger and strawberry smoothy was great! The bacon steak burger was not so good because it was very dry. The loaded fries used to taste goodn but now it's way too salty. Seating area = outside seating was ok, but way too hot at 115 to be hanging outside. I opted to eat inside my vehicle. Service = Definitely below average. Horrible!!!!! The location in Rialto off of Riverside is not the place to go. My husband went there and they didn't have any cup holders so he had to find a place in my car for 5 cups. Then the girls spilled one drink on him and didn't even apologize. Since his hands were full and he was alone he asked if all 5 meals were in the bag she said yes. He gets home and we had 3 burgers and 2 fries. He had to go back and by the time we ate our food was cold. Horrible!!!! Needs better staff. At least staff that will apologize when they spill a drink on a customer. We will not be returning and I promise I will tell everyone I know how horrible the service is there. read more

I hit the drive thru here several times a year in my travel to the Imperial Valley. It is not wonderful food, but I return over and over. They have been accurate with my orders, and the food is presented pretty fast. Price seems very cheap, and I am back on the road. This type of food does not make too much of a mess. And it is easy to eat in the vehicle. read more

We ended up in Brawley, CA needing some quick nourishment. We came upon Rally's. A fast food joint that is strictly walk up or drive thru. We ordered our food and lightening fast we got it. The med sofas were ginormous and the burgers smallish but filling. Yummy fries and some delicious warm apple pies. It did the job and although I had some indigestion, it is fast food and not what I usually eat, it was good. read more

It's all about the French fries, they're delicious! Burgers/chicken sandwich was just okay & my husband's strawberry shake tasted like pure artificially flavored syrup. I haven't eaten here in a long time but decided to stop by since I saw a sign on the way that they were having buy 2 waffle cones for 2 dollars and I couldn't say no since ice cream is my weakness. I end up buying more than ice cream cones. Their 2 for $5 Buford are really good! The girl who took our order named Reyna was supper nice and gave us enough ketchup for my fries which is rare since most fast food places seem to only give you like 3 packets for your 10 order of fries and napkins WOW!! In the end if I ever want burgers Ill stop here first before jack in the box or McDonald's because Im lovin rallys customer service and great food especially the fries! It never fails, Everytime I come here they're always messing up my order/forgetting something. Don't get me wrong food at rally's is ok, but at this rate I'd rather just drive to the El Centro location. On top of that their employees look hella ratchet.
