Beautiful flowers, thank you!

Shout out for Korinn today in the Floral Department!! She's awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful when helping me find some flowers for a Celebration of Life I am attending in a few days. Much appreciated :)

When it comes to grocery stores, Raley's is one of the main places I feel confident about shopping at. Since this whole pandemic situation has arisen, I have the job to shop for my elderly parents who must shelter in place. My mother has very specific tastes, brand preferences, and some food allergies. So it's not always easy to find everything I need in one store. This store is very nice inside, clean and well stocked. I was relieved that they enforce the Covid-19 protocols, including disinfecting shopping carts before customers use them. They have a nice variety of products and it's easy to locate items down each aisle. My favorite area is the produce department where everything is fresh and beautifully arranged. Fruits and veggies are an important part of our list. I couldn't find the Honey Maid Stacks crackers because they were out. They had a limited selection of Amy's frozen dinners or the Pom super teas in only a couple of flavors. And no Flax 4 Life muffins. Other than that, I was somewhat satisfied to get my shopping mostly complete! You can see how difficult shopping can get when it comes to my parents. I can't imagine how accurate the curbside pick up might be!

Very friendly staff over the counter where the fried chicken, kale salad and wedges. 8 pieces for 8.99 but if you prefer the different breading on fried chicken over at the Asian station, that's 10 pieces for 7.99. Both are equally delicious. The kale salad In the smallest container came around $1.89. I wanted some to try with my danish blue cheese. Came out yummy. The staff greeted and wished me happy new year. Go here for your dinner needs Gumbo! Found the crabs! My boyfriend wanted to go all the way with his gumbo this time. He bought two sizable Dungeness crabs. About $27++ not bad price at all. Bigger Raleys, maybe that's why they have more things... go here. Raleys always well organized and the staffs are friendly and customer service is simply excellent. Go here to find some good pricing on lobster tails and c

Their selection is smaller than most grocery stores, but they still seem to have everything I need. I've actually started to prefer having fewer choices, especially when I know the products have been carefully selected. I can't think of anything I've bought here that has disappointed me. The employees are professional and take their jobs seriously. It feels like the kind of grocery store that still believes it has to earn your business by providing quality products and good service. It's definitely more expensive than a typical grocery store, but I don't mind paying a little more for the experience. For me, it's worth it, and I'm glad Sacramento still has a place like this.

All kinds of groceries, meat, produce, lots and lots of imported items. My sister up in Redding loves this Italian flower, and I always get her a bag when she needs one. They have lots of different olive oil, and other Italian imports. Before my mom passed away, I would buy her cans of imported anchovies here. Their deli is top notch. Loads and loads of cheeses, cold cuts, domestic and imported. You need it, you can probably find it here. Their sandwiches are amazing. My favorite sandwich is the Corti special. It's huge, and it's fun. You pick the bread, you pick the veggies, you pick the condiments, they pick the meat. I can never finish a whole sandwich, I can only get through half at a time .. My favorite deli in San Francisco before they closed, was "Panelli Brothers, and they sold what was called, a "Panelli whatever.". Same concept. The special takes me right back to that. I will continue to shop here. Thank you.

My to-go order is the Hornet on a Dutch crunch roll with everything on it except mustard. Make it a combo with chips and a drink, and you'll have an incredible lunch. The ambiance is different from other sandwich spots in midtown. The chairs and tables are older and worn, and it's small inside, but it's also inside an old house that was converted into a restaurant. That alone makes this place unique. People hang out inside or outside with friends and enjoy the vibes. There's a real sense of community that the Sandwich Spot brings along with uniquely crafted sandwiches. All of the sandwiches are named after people or landmarks in Sacramento. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and will help you with recommendations if you're not sure which sandwich to get. It honestly feels like you're in the company of good friends. The staff joke around and seem to enjoy their job and working together. You won't be disappointed by trying the Sandwich Spot during your next lunch break or on the weekend, hanging out with a friend.

The restaurant is in a really cool old Victorian house, and the staff were super friendly. The interior was clean and looked like a nice place to dine in, but I ended up taking my order to go. I ordered the #19 with turkey, prosciutto, avocado, and swiss on a dutch crunch roll. The bread had just gone into the oven, so we had to wait about 10 minutes, but I can't complain because it was baked fresh to order. Overall, I thought the sandwich was very good, but honestly not quite as amazing as people online had made it out to be. It was definitely good, but I don't know if I'd be dying to go back when I think Ike's, Mr. Pickle's, Corti Bros, and maybe even Nugget or Sprouts make more interesting sandwiches. To me, those places use slightly higher quality ingredients as well, though maybe I just didn't order the best sandwich here. Overall, it was a good sandwich and a good experience. My expectations were probably just a little too high. I wouldn't be dying to come back but also wouldn't say no if someone wanted to go there for lunch.

Go get a great sandwich and Italian sides right now! So good!…read more First time and I loved it. The place is old school but super delicious! Simple place. We all loved what we ordered. Fresh and fast. I want to try all those deserts. Sandwiches made with great crusty sub bread! I had the best dill potato salad. They had lots of food you could take to go and many customers pre ordered food. Lots of food for you to cook yourself at home. I just wish they had pasta dishes there to eat. Pasta dishes were fresh pasta and fresh marinara but they did not cook it there. Was in a deli case for you to cook at home. Wide variety of desserts and sides. I'll try the canolli next time. Good flavor, good aioli.

Sandwich was big on a fresh made roll with a ton of thinly sliced pastrami. Also had fresh veggies and an aioli. I think my only complaint was that basically all the sandwiches had 2 to 3 sauces so its a bit much and messy. I omitted the italian dressing on my sando because im allergic to olive oil but im sure it was good. I also think the wait was a little long for the sandwich, not terrible but for a place that only makes sandwiches it was a little slow. It was busy so I will definitely give them that. I would like to go back and try another sandwich or two. Worth the stop in, just not a lot of places to sit so get it to go!

For those living in the neighborhood this is such a convenient spot. This is a smaller grocery store so you won't be able to find everything, but what they do have is plenty. There's fresh produce, wine, beer, shelf stable items essential to everyday recipes, and where they really shine is their deli and butcher area. They also have some prepared items like desserts, salads, dressings, pickles, dips, and more. On my latest visit I ended up ordering their Italian Hero ($11.99) from the deli counter, and picked up some of their pickles and house made caesar dressing. Everything was high quality and I loved that they have these options available. The Caesar dressing is delicious and I'll definitely be stopping in again for more. I've been using it on salads since picking it up. It had a good amount of parmesan cheese so The pickles have a very unique flavor, they're definitely tasty but not my favorite version of Dill Pickles- they are more tangy and zingy that traditional dill pickles, not bad just not what I expected. (I was thinking more kosher dill, like Claussen pickles or like the pickles you'd get at a Jewish deli). The sandwich was the star of the show, for $11.99 it was HUGE, the Italian Hero comes with prosciutto, mortadella, salami, roasted red bell pepper, and provolone- all sandwiches also come with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and pepperoncini. The combination of ingredients on Dutch Crunch bread was amazing and I think having roasted red peppers as an option is underrated, it elevates a sandwich so much. While I wouldn't do my normal shopping here, I would absolutely come for specialty items or pick up needed items for convenience. I'll be back again soon!
