She had a pretty serious demeanor and gave the impression that she didn't really want to be there. It's not a huge deal and I understand I'm not at like some Michelin star place, but I do think the customer service could be improved. One thing I also noticed was that the customer who ordered behind us received their items before we did, which was a little annoying. I pointed this out calmly, and the barista offered to remake it as a 16 oz, which I accepted. Unfortunately, while making the replacement, she spoke negatively to another staff member about the situation and then loudly called out, "HERE YOUR 16 OZ," which drew attention from other customers. I remained calm and simply wanted the order advertised on the menu. I like supporting local businesses, but I expect clear pricing and respectful customer service.
