First time going to this Dutch bros location and I ordered their blue razz rebel drink, 4/5 !! It tastes pretty much like how it is named lol. Also wanted to mention that the service was great; one of the baristas that had assisted me (she had some sick red tattoos I think her name was Elektra) honestly made my day just from one shared interaction. She was super sweet and helpful in guiding me through their menu as I wasn't sure what to order at that time. Overall, her good energy was infectious and would 100% ask for her again next visit. I ordered the Bob Marley(not so secret menu) and was really impressed by it. It has coconut and banana liqueur combined with chocolate milk and a shot of espresso. Loved it! So Dutch Bros is all the hype in SoCal since it's hard to find one and the lines are ridiculously long, and now moving to sacramento, there's a lot of them around. So I have finally gotten around to try it. We got a Nutty Irishman and a Wallaby Dutch freeze. Pros: - the sizes are huge. A medium is like a venti Starbucks size! Next time, I'm getting a small - the nutty Irishman tasted the best. Hazelnut and Irish cream! Can't go wrong - ordering was easy. Someone was outside to take orders and even though the line looked long it went really fast. Con - everything was overly sweet! Maybe that's why people like it but I want my coffee tasting like coffee So I guess at the end of the day, I had to give it a three star because it's just not my cup of tea... or coffee. Don't ever order to pick up from pick up window. The times I did drive thru, no problem. The one time I do pick up window by accident, the staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes before even talking to me. Told them I ordered through App and was told they would be working on my order. Waited 15 minutes, no drinks coming my way and the drive thru line is getting shorter and shorter. My husband gets out at this point because it's taking so long and gets one of the staff's attention. Not sure if she was a manager, but she said they can start working on my drinks right now. Like, why when the App literally said it was supposed to be done minutes ago and another staff already said my drinks will be made. I don't understand why I had to wait outside for almost 30 minutes with no drinks made yet. Told them I didn't want the drinks anymore and just wanted a refund. Was told they can't cancel mobile orders and that I would have to submit a request on the App. Dutch Bros needs a better system to be able to cancel orders. Walked away without drinks due to long wait time. This was the worst experience ever and will not be returning to this location. Horrible service overall from the staff that worked today 8/3/2025. If the staff cannot handle drive thru and pick up window, they should not have pick up window open or available. read more

Since 2022, it seems like the attitudes of the broistas has been declining and the drinks are being made like they're in such a "rush" they forget to add ingredients. Ordered a mixed flavored large hot coffee the total amount being around $8 and what I received was a large plain coffee, which is about $4.50. The line was not super long for some things to be missed like that. Since they give no receipts and don't bother to ask if I want one, it's difficult to troubleshoot this because I have no proof other than my bank statement. At least have a purchase/receipt history on the app. Also, have your broista's wear name tags visible to the customers so they can get some accountability on their service because some of them just have the worst attitude towards customers and some deserve kudos. read more

This is stricly a drive-up location. Even though they have a walk-up window, it was closed. I was told that it had never been open. They did let me order from the dirve-up person, but it means you are standing in the middle of the drive-up looking at the menu (if you are not familiar with it). After you order you need to walk around to the service entrance and just wait (and hope) until someone opens the door. I like this location, everyone has been really nice. For as busy as they are they move cars quickly. My go to is the Vampire Slayer Rebel with watermelon added "on the rocks". SOOO GOOD. I am a fan of their Rebel drinks, just not a fan of them when blended. Its the perfect pick me up for a burst of energy or just a nice treat to cool off. My daughter and I did a mobile order. We had to pick up our drinks through the drive thru windows. Sometimes the lines can get long here. We waited for a bit. By the time it was our turn to the window, the drinks was not done even though I had ordered ahead through the mobile app. I got the annilator, mind me I got this drink plenty of times. The last couple of times the drinks does not taste like coffee, tasted like it was a cup full of milk instead. Even my daughter's golden eagle taste was like nothing but full of milk. Was disappointed that I went for coffee and it tasted like milk than coffee. This was not the only time that the coffee had tasted just like milk. Even if you add an extra shot I still feel like there's no extra shot in the coffee other than full cup of milk. read more

Don't understand some of the negative reviews about this location. When I heard there was DB close to my house, I was stoked. I go here about maybe once a week or so, and the service and drinks are always fantastic. They are even willing to make special orders if you request them. One thing I notice is that the employees are consistently nice and super positive, and it usually lifts my mood as well. Sure, the lines can be sort of long sometimes, but that's DB for you. They really need to give us a Zero star option because 1 star is too generous. I don't think I've had a worse experience at a Dutch till today. I ordered 3 medium iced skinny hazelnut truffle mochas and the barista asked me if I wanted fat free milk, that was just the start. She then rings up the order and we paid. A second barista came and asked her what drinks did we order and the first barista said they ordered medium and the second barista said she used the wrong size cup cause she inputted 12oz and not medium . The second barista said to refund the order to which the first barista said she can't and would have to refund us at the window. We pull up to the window where the second barista is and I asked, can you please repeat my order to which the second barista said with an attitude "I'm just gonna retake your order anyways" and she never repeated back my original order. The second barista then went to ask us what would we like to order? I explained three hazelnut truffle mocha, iced and skinny. She then turned around and asked so you're wanting sugar-free syrup. I looked at her and explained correct since that is skinny. she rung up the order, refunded the first order and then charge for the second order. now on my account I show two transactions one for $21 for the incorrect order and one for $24 for the correct order. Now I understand that the correct order is more expensive but from a customer service point of view, since it was their error, we should not have been charged the additional amount. I was just in shock with how there was a lack of customer service and friendliness as it normally is with the other Dutch Bros that I have gone to that are my regular spots, and I will not becoming back to this location and my drinks were still incorrectly made but was unable to go back because I was heading to a wedding. I was charged for both transactions and have yet to see the first transaction refunded. This was the first trip for my friend to Dutch Bros™ and she was not impressed. This location needs to step up their game and provide better customer service because this is unacceptable. read more

This new location needs to step up their customer service skills. The person who took our order in the drive thru did not ask if I wanted to tip or sign for my purchase in front of me on the tablet. He was distracted by another customer in the other lane that he knew and walked away to talk to his friend. I had to get his attention and ask if he signed the tablet for my purchase and his response was yea you're all good and then proceeded to talk to his friend. This location may be near my job but I think I'll stick to the one by my house. Edit: When I got to the window for my drink I discovered that my order was wrong. So disappointed with this location. If you read my receipt can someone explain to me how an iced coffee can be extra hot. I didn't order iced. read more

Just like all the other Dutch bros coffee, this one does not disappoint. I loved all of the employees energy, loud music and great customer service. Thank you Dutch bros coffee for opening up another Sacramento location. I am happy because this will be the closest Dutch bros to me. I really like how this location has one entrance with two lanes to help the process go faster. This location is awesome because there's plenty of parking and it's near shops such as Ross. I did notice that there is even a walk up window so you can place your order. I am not sure if this is active yet because of Covid. I certainly hope that if you love coffee and are fan of Dutch Bros that you go and check out this location. read more

The drinks are good. In a fast pace world with people going to work in the early morning @9:30 am, the barista's should diligently & bring out drinks, instead of having a conversation with the person at the window who is waiting for their drinks. When one drink is sitting there ready for the car that is next. I am upset & it will be awhile till I go back. 6 cars in line & they need to try to push out these drinks that just sitting. read more
