They saw my package said it needed to be refrigerated and they did that. They also called Kaiser to ask if it was a mistake since they have no agreement with Kaiser for things like this. Kaiser called me immediately and verified my identity. Greg was the pharmacist who helped me out. He called a couple of times to Kaiser. Greg..: thank you for being so consistent. You had my diabetic medicine. The staff who also found my other meds at the access point got me my meds and then quickly went over to the checkout aisle to ring people up. She was amazing as well. And you can pick up your prescription at this particular store 24/7/365...using their drive-thru service. All very convenient! BUT...do not try to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Their hold/wait times can be unacceptable. I called a couple months ago and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Yesterday I needed to speak with the pharmacy and was on hold for 23 minutes. During that 23 minutes I drove across town and was sitting in their drive-thru line by the time they answered!! That is totally unacceptable. I finally moved all of my prescriptions to CVS at March Ln and Quail Lakes Dr (see my review for them) and couldn't be happier. CVS has every medication ready on time, even the "special orders" Walgreens struggled with, and they usually arrive the next day. Plus, their app actually works and makes managing prescriptions so much easier. Walgreens lost a loyal customer for life.
