DONT USE THIS PHARMACY! If I could give zero stars I definitely would, went to urgent care for my toddler (yesterday) Saturday evening and they sent over the prescription to this pharmacy & told me 45 mins to pick up. Came over here and it was closed. Then I get a message saying they received the prescription this morning at 10:30a. Come over here at 3:30p just for them to say we didn't receive it, not ready and wait another half hour (same thing they told several other people in front of me) Kid would've croaked and been buried by now if this was life or death. Pharmacy is completely incompetent. Scripts are late or delayed 90% of the time. Majorily due to an error or bad judgement by the pharmacist. Blame everybody else. I have to change pharmacy's and drive three times as far just because they can't do their job correctly. read more

I checked in a prescription by 10:30am afterwards I received a text my medication was ready when I arrived it was not ready.. I called by 2pm and it was still not ready and indicated instructions that I wanted liquid medication and I was informed I would get a call and text when it was ready which I did not, I proceeded to show up by 8pm in which I waited an additional 20 minutes in line just to be asked if I wanted liquid medication because they did not follow up on the earlier instructions provided adding another 15 minutes more before I could get my child's medication. Waited in the pharmacy line for a whole hour just to stand at the counter for another 20 some minutes and tell me my insurance card I need 2. Over a hour and she didn't except this and didn't except that. I had no issue today going to the hospital so idk why Walgreens acting like it's the end of the world. Never did she mention oh do you wanna pay cash out of pocket now I gotta go stand in another hour plus line for their inconvenience when we got there in line there was about 15 people when we left after that hour prolly another 20 line wrapped around the store almost. Worst Walgreens I've been to, manager Jesse is very rude to employees and even customers will never be returning here for business! Went in for my prescription which had been faxed over 5 hours prior and went to the cashier and asked she said it would be a 25 minute wait which I didn't mind I understand sometimes things don't get started but when a hour went by and I ran in to Jesse the store manager in a aisle and questioned he began to raise his voice saying it wasn't his responsibility and stormed off, he was then in the front of the store yelling at another customer because she couldn't understand him. For the life of me, I cannot understand why it takes 15 mins for each person to get their medications and go. Everybody in line feels the same way as I do as well. I mean you give them your info then it takes them 5 mins to locate it. Then the technician disappears in the back for another 10 mins. What the heck are the doing manufacturing pills to order or something?!? Really recommend any other pharmacy then Walgreens, because every single location is the same way. Ordered pictures online for same day pick up. My photos said they would be ready at 3:07pm. Arrived at about 4:27pm and my photos were not ready. The girl at the counter was no help to resolve the matter. Told her to cancel the pictures because I could not wait till later. I purposely chose same-day processing because I needed the photos tonight. If I would've known my pictures were not going to be ready An hour and a half after the time stated online, I wouldn't have ordered them. I chose this location because of convenience and come to find out I inconvenience myself. I do not recommend going to this Walgreens for anything that has anything to do with photos. I left And called to complain to the manager who said they can re-print my photos for me but at this time it was already too late, they should've been printed when I got there. They need to understand that they are wasting peoples time by not doing what they hired and paid to do. And also losing customers and their money. read more

I came in here looking to find a diuretic and they had no idea what I even meant. The girl took me to find diarrhea medicine and that was after I had to drag someone to help. It's a pharmacy shouldn't you have someone know something about medicine at the very least ask the pharmacist. When I suggested that she looked at me like the pharmacist wouldn't know!!! Ridiculous. Time after time going into this drug store "accumulating" points, but whenever I go to use them I hear the same empty promises,"must be a system error" "we just switched systems and the don't transfer over" I feel like its all an elaborate hoax to keep consumers buying into this false advertisement. The older lady working today, 11/26 at 12pm with big glasses was rude. I purchased a gift card with a credit card and only asked me if I was using debit or cash. She never said I couldn't use a credit card. Then when I used a credit card, she said Walgreens HQ might cancel my transaction because they have issues with people canceling their transaction with their bank but still using their gift card. She should have made it clear that this would happen. Then when I had already purchased and realized I didn't use a debit card she said "that's why I asked you if you were using a debit card or cash". Rude. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure if my gift card would work. This is a Christmas gift so I won't find out if it works for who knows how long. What a waste if it doesn't even work!!! Oh, and I called Walgreens HQ and they told me they've never heard of Walgreens canceling transactions for gift cards when purchased with credit card???? Walgreens is the only business that the employees ask if you want to use your rewards points for discounts at the register. I usually lose my discounts everywhere else because I don't use the points. Anyway this is a 1.5 year old store that I never knew existed. It's really a nice store, great employees and very clean. Definitely has the inventory of nexcare bandages I've been looking for. read more

With a drugstore like this you can't really give a clear enough definition I mean it's in Stockton if you go when your waiting for at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes, it's like walking into the DMV. I have been using the drug store for over a year... You would think they would hire more techs.. they encourage you to use the app or automated service on the phone.. which is pointless, because no one is really in sync over there.. non the less it could be an afterthought to maybe employ some more cashiers read more

If u are needing to go to pharmacy, do not go here. Seriously. No drop off and pick up line. They just combine it all to one line. So I had to stand in line that went all the way to middle of store just to drop my prescription off which was about 30mins in line, then she told me it would take 30 mins to fill. So went to sit down because I wasn't feeling good. So finally they call my name because medicine is ready, but then I had to stand in that long ass line again for another 25 mins to get my medicine. I will never use this pharmacy again! So if u do, be prepared to hang out a while and long lines with drop offs and pick ups together. read more

I live in Stockton but I work in Los altos. I see all medical care in Los altos or San Jose during lunch breaks or right after work. I went to the dentist in Los altos and had some dental care . When I took my first rx to Walgreens I got rudeness from the pharmacy tech cause the rx was from Los altos. The second time I dropped off another rx , they said they call my doctors to verify the rx . However they never called me nor my doctors stating that they weren't going to fill it cause the pharmacist felt uncomfortable filling it. It wasn't till 4 days later when I went back to my next appt that I mention to my doctor that they needed to speak to her.. Needless to say they have my doctor a hard time and still refused to fill it. I had been going to Walgreens since it first open on wasteland plaza. I go there for many purchases from laundry soap,makeup , toys etc all fills on my rx ..I will never go back to this Walgreens despite of it being my neighborhood Walgreens. If I could give a zero star I would leave zero for customer service.as a matter of fact the pharmacist told my doctor for me to go to rite aid or cvs and that's what I plan to do from now on. read more
