CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - Stockton, California

Service was very professional. I accidentally hit mail on my med that needs to be refrigerated. Kaiser sent it out in ice packs and it was delivered to the UPS point at this pharmacy. They saw my package said it needed to be refrigerated and they did that. They also called Kaiser to ask if it was a mistake since they have no agreement with Kaiser for things like this. Kaiser called me immediately and verified my identity. Greg was the pharmacist who helped me out. He called a couple of times to Kaiser. Greg..: thank you for being so consistent. You had my diabetic medicine. The staff who also found my other meds at the access point got me my meds and then quickly went over to the checkout aisle to ring people up. She was amazing as well. This happened today around 6:30 ish. I appreciate you! read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. When I entered I accidently made eye contact with the security a tall African American guy. The security guard started following me around again and again and eyeing me up and down as a girl because I was in a hoodie thinking it was my hood I removed it and put my hair in a bun so he can stop following me around as in I showed my face but he still continued walking around me as if I am some type of thief. I don't need shit from cvs I came to check out the deals and was on my phone looking at the deals. I had enough and confronted him and he started yelling at me as if I am the one in the wrong. Mind you he is a grown ass man yelling towering me. His little feelings were hurt because I confronted him boho bitch grow the fuck up. I yelled back and walked off as I am looking at the deals through the store he is yelling in a loud voice just so I could hear about sum "I am WATCHING EVERYONE" BITCH I DONT GIVE A FUCK bitch shove EVERY. SINGLE. THING. UP your ass for all I care. I was in no shape or home dirty or anything for him to think I am a homeless. Extremely fucking rude. Do not recommend this and it didn't even have anything good might as well switch to the other location of CVS. read more

CVS in general is a joke. I prefer Walgreens where they have better deals and at least 3 people working at all times.

It becomes frustrating to walk in and every time something is moved. I can in looking for cough drops and not only have they been moved but there wasn't much to chose from. I am noticing that selves are empty and items becoming hard to find. read more

I had received a phone call with a message and a text saying my prescription was ready and I get here and they tell me it still not ready for pick up. They had me waiting for 45 mins. horrible management. Why call me if my prescription wasn't ready? The whole set up is horrible everyone's confused what line to go to who does what and a lot of people angry and how slow they move. read more

I went in to get my covid booster. The pharmacist Greg was awesome. I didn't feel the shot at all and I have always felt the needle.

The fucking worst pharmacy. Waited for over an hour and it was ready right when I walked in. So now I'm leaving without my prescription and let's see what happens not having it thanks to a bunch of lazy do nothings. What a joke read more

I don't have an issue with the staff nor with the pharmacy. I take issue with the excessive amounts of trash all over the parking lot, the pharmacy drive-thru and what's left of the planters surrounding the lot. This particular CVS is shabby, to say the least and it's sad that nothing is done about it, year after year. read more

Its always the same thing here with photos, every time i have something ordered, i get an email that its ready for pick up and i go and they always say the same thing "its currently in the process of printing come back later" and when i do come back later its still not ready. Today specifically I had another "come back later moment" and when i returned the cashier (an older lady) told me "honestly i don't know how to do it, can you just come back tomorrow morning and they will do it for you" read more

Literally awful. I waited for 20+ minutes at photo for an order pick up. They rang up at least 10-15 customers and never even came up to help me. I even asked a worker if that's where I picked up photos and he replied yes and never came over to help. Glad I didn't pay online and chose to pay when I picked up. I will never order photos here again, and won't be picking up my order. read more

Sad times for this store. ALL because CVS headquarters doesn't give s shit. Major crime area. I came in this morning around 10:30. Picked up a few things in Pharmacy and then liquor. I headed to cosmetics and beauty. Deodorant- WIPED OUT. Shaving cream-WIPED OUT. Facial lotion and cleansers - WIPED OUT. My last stop, makeup WIPED OUT. I finally asked an employee if the store was closing. His response "no. We have so much theft we can't keep the shelves stocked". I was stunned. He said the CVS "bosses" don't do anything, including providing security! COME ON CVS. STEP UP!!!! read more

Joel, the pharmacist manager is a liar and has no compassion. She thinks she owns all the medicine, she does what she wants and does not care about the patients/customers, terrible customer service, be careful. I had to find another pharmacy because she said she would not serve me. read more

CVS Pharmacy on Pacific Ave in Stockton, California Yelp Challenge. 90 /100 I used to only come here for just the Redbox outside. So I stepped inside to see what's crackin. It's basically the same type of CVS from here to Lodi. Nothing special at all. They do sell all the junk food here and Rockstars. At this location, we come inside to grab munchies. When we leave the library down the street. I don't have much to say about this place. The staff here never talks to me and they always seem like they are in a rush. But I'm in this area a lot and I find myself coming here. Oh well, I needed to get this review out. I'm backed logged. Sincerely VD read more

I came in to pick up my prescription and it was very busy. I thought the process would take a really long time but luckily I was being helped by Kyle. A bunch of the other workers kept coming up to him for help, it seemed as if he was the only one who knew what to do in this place. He had very good customer service skills as we were talking and he was making sure I was taken care of. I have never been to this pharmacy before but I will definitely make it back here in hopes that he will be here to assist me. He needs a raise! read more

Came in for Cortizone cream. I needed to use the restroom. After looking for it and not finding it....I decide to ask David. He tells me that I need to ask the pharmacy to unlock the door for me. Mind you this bathroom is not labeled restroom. I walk to the back and ask pharmacy to unlock the restroom. The pharmacist tells me that David needs to open it. That he has the code and it's his job. She also said it was broken? My god at this point I'm about to urinate all over myself. I confronted David and said what pharmacy had told me. I asked him hey he's sending customers back-and-forth inside the store knowing that he can take care of the situation. He tells me in a rude loud tone. "Go somewhere else then" I'm sorry what? I think this is a tactic they use and n homeless people. I didn't buy my cream. I left. I'll just get it online like my entire generation has already figured out. I don't like to b den treated like a criminal and this grown ass man should know better than to speak to customers this way. No stars. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Stockton is gross. This place is Stockton. You d Stockton was a person. - Drugstores Near Me - Stockton, California

I usually come here to coupon and it's either a hit or miss if things are stocked. I'm giving a low rating because the security guard does an awful job at hiding that he's following people around. He always follows me around the store it's kind of weird. Like I get it's your job but make it less obvious? I'm just a young girl trying to coupon not steal LOL. read more

This pharmacy is the worst out there. I asked to speak to the main pharmacist as the lady working there was rude and kept yelling at me over the phone. A man got on the phone and said "I am the boss what is your concern." And I explained I could not understand him because his accent was so strong. He ended up hanging up on me. I reached out to CVS headquarters as I've never been treated so badly at any pharmacy. They train their new staff it is okay to yell at patients. I would like to know who is running this pharmacy. Also notified the BBB. read more

Jolene Doty, the pharmacy manager of CVS pharmacy, denied a prescription for a patient with a grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme brain tumor, who suffers from constant and extreme pain, insomnia and anxiety. The patient is a 79 year old woman and has been prescribed multiple anti-anxiety medications that were ineffective in treating her severe and nearly crippling anxiety. She was then diagnosed a new medication by her primary physician. Jolene Doty insinuated that the doctor was prescribing the medications for someone else to abuse and claimed he and his practices were beginning to become suspicious to her. She claimed that she sees these types of situations all of the time and this is just another case of "recreational" medication falling into the hands of the "bad guys" which she claimed I was (the patients grandson) who picks up her prescriptions and all other things that include leaving the house other than doctors appointments. One thing that struck odd to me is that she would refer to these drugs as recreational as they are prescription medications. She claimed that the patient who is 79 and again, suffering a grade 4 brain tumor, come in and pick up her own medication so she could at least see for herself who they were being prescribed to. The medications prescribed to the patient have never been abused and I even offered to bring in the prior ineffective prescriptions to prove something that should not even have to be proven to someone who is not a medical doctor. I expressed my concern in not being provided the prescribed medication as the patient has been experiencing horrible episodes of anxiety and insomnia in which Jolene Doty responded "well go home and tell her to take an alprazolam since we just filled a prescription for that last month." This pharmacist made this a total spectacle in front of at least a dozen other customers and humiliated me in front of every patron of the drugstore. I cannot believe that someone who claims to be a pharmaceutical professional conducts themselves in this way and I am completely disgusted in not only CVS pharmacy but this specific pharmacist. There needs to be some sort of investigation into not only her skills of communication to patients and customers but her practices as a pharmacist. read more

This is a review on the store and staff. I put in an online order for a 1 hr photo order around 8am and went to pick up my order 12 hours later! No one has been working in the photo area all day. The place was filthy, unorganized, and all the photo trays have been empty all day because no one bothered to do their job. I get there they don't know where photo paper is, they don't know where the envelopes are and expected me to just take my photos without envelopes. There is absolutely NO excuse for this and I don't know who is the manager of this store but you should be ashamed. Just plain laziness because the store wasn't busy. We ended up walking out without the invitations and will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I went into pick up prescriptions. When one was not there, I asked and was told my doctor didn't request it. After contacting my doctor I was told to call this CVS. After being treated like a waste of time, they admitted they had "missed" the perception. So another Uber to pick up the prescription. I asked to speak to the pharmacist; this man was so arrogant and didn't even offer an explanation or apology. He said I should have asked... I had and was told I would need to get into a different line to inquire why the prescription "wasn't there". After waiting 15 minutes, I left. His demeanor from being told a customer needed to speak to him was dreadful. I said that was the last overpriced subscription I would fill at CVS. The pharmacist did do "something". He contact my doctor telling him I wouldn't be filling prescriptions at CVS. Too bad he couldn't manage his job of filling desperately needed prescriptions. We have loads of pharmacies in town, choose anyone but here. read more

Defiitely nice people, I found today that you can scan your clubcard and get coupons....again and again. Everyone is relaxed here and ready to help. I didn't use thw driveup pharmacy but it is certainly convienant. I think the store is really new because everything is pristine even the bathrooms. By the way Yelp lists another address and google maps does too. Yet it still showed a ben holt and pacific avenue location. The google navigation still wanted me to drive to 6445 Pacific Ave. All I know I was lucky I paid attention to my initial location search and found the place. read more

pharmacist Roy and the tech who answered my call "can not remember her name" were very friendly and a pleasure to speak with!

The blonde girl at the drive thru is a A FUCKING BITCH. I understand we wasted a bag because we didn't think to ask questions but my God do you really need to treat customers like that??? She said she explained FOUR times but she didn't explain anything clearly. Act like that infront of us when we're inside and expect the same energy. She does not need to have that job if she hates it that bad. I'd give NO stars if I could. She needs to have better training and empathy. She asked us if it was our first time and we CLEARLY said yes it was our first time and she still didn't think to help. Instead she was being non cooperative and wanted to give the MOST attitude for whatever reason. If you're having a bad day call out. That was UNCALLED for. I've worked in customer service for YEARS and never treated my customers like that no matter how slow they are. She YELLED through the phone and hung up and did it again when. TRASH service. read more

THEY SHOULD NOT BE TELLING PATIENTS TO BUY ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE FOR INFANTS THAT WAS NOT DOCTOR ORDERED! JUST BECAUSE YOURE AN EMPLOYEE THERE DOESNT MEAN YOU KNOW EVERYTHING! The staff at this pharmacy Are so horribly trained I think they just hire anyone to be honest. Every time when I was pregnant I go I have had to tell the employees on the computer how to do their job properly whenever they couldn't find my prescription. Then when my son was born they turned more imbecile. They didn't know how to look him up and when I suggested they try my birthdate they found him I had to wait in the next long line because one staff didn't have the patience or right training. This time it was just the Asian ladies. Then when my husband went to pick up a Tylenol prescription they suggested Motrin ! It wasn't even dr prescribed because it raises the bilirubin levels in infants. My husband doesn't know much about stuff like that and when he told me I got furious. I will be contacting my lawyer, the news station, the bureau of businesses, and making a report to the medical board for potential abuse. read more

Worst customer service ever! Not the most friendly staffs. They looked very annoyed. Might be a bad day for them but Not recommended!

This used to be a nice store. It has become very dirty and unkept, inside and out. The people are always really nice but this store is a mess....inside and out. read more

Best Pharmacy hands down in the Stockton, Lodi Area. All the pharmacist.. Nam, Dianne and Jenny plus their entire staff are super friendly and helpful. I've gone to Walgreens a few times for myself and family members, most of them are all the same.. long lines, horrible customer service. Never will I go to any other pharmacy ever again. They always greet you when you walk in, when waiting in line, they'll always acknowledge you're waiting and let you know they'll be with you. Any time I have an issue with my any of my medications the pharmacist always goes the extra mile to help me out. The staff here understands everyone that comes to see them is there because they're either in pain or is going through something... they don't make your life harder. And that's why i love CVS Pharmacy. read more

They were terrible! It took forever for me to be helped and by the time they got to me, they had attitudes.

It isn't in my nature to recommend a large chain store like CVS; however, a change in employer/ insurance this fall forced a change in pharmacy, & I have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of customer service @ this particular location (Pacific & Ben Holt). A human answers the phone when you call, they are quick to contact physicians to request refill prescriptions, & the longest I have stood in line inside the store is 5 minutes. What an improvement over Walgreens & Target! This afternoon, the pharmacist (pharmacy tech?) at the register greeted customers around me by name, acknowledging everyone & explaining she'd be w/ them shortly. I like & trust these people! read more

Not the best one in town. It was very busy with only 2 lines open.
