Service was very professional. I accidentally hit mail on my med that needs to be refrigerated. Kaiser sent it out in ice packs and it was delivered to the UPS point at this pharmacy. They saw my package said it needed to be refrigerated and they did that. They also called Kaiser to ask if it was a mistake since they have no agreement with Kaiser for things like this. Kaiser called me immediately and verified my identity. Greg was the pharmacist who helped me out. He called a couple of times to Kaiser. Greg..: thank you for being so consistent. You had my diabetic medicine. The staff who also found my other meds at the access point got me my meds and then quickly went over to the checkout aisle to ring people up. She was amazing as well. I had received a phone call with a message and a text saying my prescription was ready and I get here and they tell me it still not ready for pick up. They had me waiting for 45 mins. horrible management. Why call me if my prescription wasn't ready? Its always the same thing here with photos, every time i have something ordered, i get an email that its ready for pick up and i go and they always say the same thing "its currently in the process of printing come back later" and when i do come back later its still not ready. Today specifically I had another "come back later moment" and when i returned the cashier (an older lady) told me "honestly i don't know how to do it, can you just come back tomorrow morning and they will do it for you" read more

I take issue with the excessive amounts of trash all over the parking lot, the pharmacy drive-thru and what's left of the planters surrounding the lot. I even asked a worker if that's where I picked up photos and he replied yes and never came over to help. Glad I didn't pay online and chose to pay when I picked up. I came in to pick up my prescription and it was very busy. I thought the process would take a really long time but luckily I was being helped by Kyle. A bunch of the other workers kept coming up to him for help, it seemed as if he was the only one who knew what to do in this place. He had very good customer service skills as we were talking and he was making sure I was taken care of. It's basically the same type of CVS from here to Lodi. Nothing special at all. They do sell all the junk food here and Rockstars. At this location, we come inside to grab munchies. Came in for Cortizone cream. I needed to use the restroom. After looking for it and not finding it....I decide to ask David. He tells me that I need to ask the pharmacy to unlock the door for me. Mind you this bathroom is not labeled restroom. I walk to the back and ask pharmacy to unlock the restroom. The pharmacist tells me that David needs to open it. That he has the code and it's his job. She also said it was broken? My god at this point I'm about to urinate all over myself. I confronted David and said what pharmacy had told me. I asked him hey he's sending customers back-and-forth inside the store knowing that he can take care of the situation. He tells me in a rude loud tone. "Go somewhere else then" I'm sorry what? Jolene Doty, the pharmacy manager of CVS pharmacy, denied a prescription for a patient with a grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme brain tumor, who suffers from constant and extreme pain, insomnia and anxiety. The patient is a 79 year old woman and has been prescribed multiple anti-anxiety medications that were ineffective in treating her severe and nearly crippling anxiety. She was then diagnosed a new medication by her primary physician. Jolene Doty insinuated that the doctor was prescribing the medications for someone else to abuse and claimed he and his practices were beginning to become suspicious to her. She claimed that she sees these types of situations all of the time and this is just another case of "recreational" medication falling into the hands of the "bad guys" which she claimed I was (the patients grandson) who picks up her prescriptions and all other things that include leaving the house other than doctors appointments. One thing that struck odd to me is that she would refer to these drugs as recreational as they are prescription medications. She claimed that the patient who is 79 and again, suffering a grade 4 brain tumor, come in and pick up her own medication so she could at least see for herself who they were being prescribed to. The medications prescribed to the patient have never been abused and I even offered to bring in the prior ineffective prescriptions to prove something that should not even have to be proven to someone who is not a medical doctor. I expressed my concern in not being provided the prescribed medication as the patient has been experiencing horrible episodes of anxiety and insomnia in which Jolene Doty responded "well go home and tell her to take an alprazolam since we just filled a prescription for that last month." This pharmacist made this a total spectacle in front of at least a dozen other customers and humiliated me in front of every patron of the drugstore. I cannot believe that someone who claims to be a pharmaceutical professional conducts themselves in this way and I am completely disgusted in not only CVS pharmacy but this specific pharmacist. There needs to be some sort of investigation into not only her skills of communication to patients and customers but her practices as a pharmacist. read more

I went into pick up prescriptions. When one was not there, I asked and was told my doctor didn't request it. After contacting my doctor I was told to call this CVS. After being treated like a waste of time, they admitted they had "missed" the perception. So another Uber to pick up the prescription. I asked to speak to the pharmacist; this man was so arrogant and didn't even offer an explanation or apology. He said I should have asked... I had and was told I would need to get into a different line to inquire why the prescription "wasn't there". After waiting 15 minutes, I left. His demeanor from being told a customer needed to speak to him was dreadful. I said that was the last overpriced subscription I would fill at CVS. The pharmacist did do "something". He contact my doctor telling him I wouldn't be filling prescriptions at CVS. Too bad he couldn't manage his job of filling desperately needed prescriptions. This is a review on the store and staff. I put in an online order for a 1 hr photo order around 8am and went to pick up my order 12 hours later! No one has been working in the photo area all day. The place was filthy, unorganized, and all the photo trays have been empty all day because no one bothered to do their job. I get there they don't know where photo paper is, they don't know where the envelopes are and expected me to just take my photos without envelopes. There is absolutely NO excuse for this and I don't know who is the manager of this store but you should be ashamed. Just plain laziness because the store wasn't busy. We ended up walking out without the invitations and will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Defiitely nice people, I found today that you can scan your clubcard and get coupons....again and again. Everyone is relaxed here and ready to help. I didn't use thw driveup pharmacy but it is certainly convienant. I think the store is really new because everything is pristine even the bathrooms. By the way Yelp lists another address and google maps does too. Yet it still showed a ben holt and pacific avenue location. The google navigation still wanted me to drive to 6445 Pacific Ave. All I know I was lucky I paid attention to my initial location search and found the place. read more

The staff at this pharmacy Are so horribly trained I think they just hire anyone to be honest. Every time when I was pregnant I go I have had to tell the employees on the computer how to do their job properly whenever they couldn't find my prescription. Then when my son was born they turned more imbecile. They didn't know how to look him up and when I suggested they try my birthdate they found him I had to wait in the next long line because one staff didn't have the patience or right training. This time it was just the Asian ladies. Then when my husband went to pick up a Tylenol prescription they suggested Motrin ! It wasn't even dr prescribed because it raises the bilirubin levels in infants. My husband doesn't know much about stuff like that and when he told me I got furious. I will be contacting my lawyer, the news station, the bureau of businesses, and making a report to the medical board for potential abuse. read more

Best Pharmacy hands down in the Stockton, Lodi Area. All the pharmacist.. Nam, Dianne and Jenny plus their entire staff are super friendly and helpful. I've gone to Walgreens a few times for myself and family members, most of them are all the same.. long lines, horrible customer service. Never will I go to any other pharmacy ever again. They always greet you when you walk in, when waiting in line, they'll always acknowledge you're waiting and let you know they'll be with you. Any time I have an issue with my any of my medications the pharmacist always goes the extra mile to help me out. The staff here understands everyone that comes to see them is there because they're either in pain or is going through something... they don't make your life harder. It isn't in my nature to recommend a large chain store like CVS; however, a change in employer/ insurance this fall forced a change in pharmacy, & I have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of customer service @ this particular location (Pacific & Ben Holt). A human answers the phone when you call, they are quick to contact physicians to request refill prescriptions, & the longest I have stood in line inside the store is 5 minutes. What an improvement over Walgreens & Target! This afternoon, the pharmacist (pharmacy tech?) at the register greeted customers around me by name, acknowledging everyone & explaining she'd be w/ them shortly. Not the best one in town. It was very busy with only 2 lines open. They have things locked up, had to press the button for help twice and then still was told that I needed to wait while they got the keys. Also, there seems to be a lot of mismatched products on the aisles so it was hard to find what I needed. read more

The app to refill prescriptions is not very intuitive but that isn't the individual stores issue. In the end it's a pharmacy experience that doesn't differentiate itself aside from providing better service than the crap Walgreens puts out. read more
