Worst pharmacy. We will be switching after doing business here for a couple years. Gets worse and worse.They do not fill rx until we get there even though the rx was called in hours ago. And this is every time! We checked the CVS app and rx still showed pending 3 hrs after dr sent to fill. Went down to CVS to ck in and it show still pending. WHY!?? NO ONE CAN ANSWER THAT SIMPLE Q.The female pharmacist with a hijab was unprofessional and condescending. She was caught off guard when we asked that and she couldn't answer nor the tech. Just a deer caught in headlight stare. No excuse it takes over 30+mins for rx fill hours later when the request was sent. The pharmacy wasnt busy either.She advised to call first which we do and never an answer. She basically said she will fill it when she will fill it. People want to get in and get out not sit around for you to do your JOB. I expressed my son was in severe pain due to a surgery and to please put a rush if possible when we got there. They showed no compassion. Took 40 mins for them to fill 2 rx in a empty pharmacy. They threw the bag at us without a consultation. The other reviews are telling the truth. Horrible. the employees are sincere and conscientious and doing their best to help customers despite being saddled with incredably bad systems imposed on them by the incompetant morons at the corporate level. I have used this store for 7 years, with the same phone number and birthdate the entire 7 years, and used them at other stores over the previous 5 years. Today I tried to refill 2 prescriptions by phone and their GD 'digital assisstant" , meaning AI robot, couldn't find me in their system and would not put me thru to a live person in the pharmacy. Their website was equally crappy and kept asking for my DOB over and over again. I finally went to the store. Their sign-in system at the window couldn't find me either, despite me going to this same pharmacy scores of times in the last 7 years for dozens of prescriptions and covid and other vaccines. Somehow the pharmacist did find my info on some other system and filled my new prescription. Apparently the corporate morons dont give a damn or they wouldn't have so many bad reviews.I am switching everything to Amazon . read more

I went here yesterday to look at their make up selection and was assisted right away by a friendly young lady who not only approached me with a great attitude but helped me make my selections. I then watched how nice the cashiers are while I waited in line as one of the cashiers even helped an elderly man with his purchases and walked him out to his car. This pharmacies service has gone downhill. First of all, the drive-through line is always insanely long. It takes forever just to pick up your prescription. Second all the delivery service is very poor quality. I placed an order today and paid for a prescription to be delivered at home. According to the app the delivery was free. 2 1/2 hours later my husband got a phone call questioning about the price whether we still wanted it or not. told them that I would come to the store and pick it up. I got to the store and they wanted to charge me for The medication which I already paid for. My husband tried calling, and they kept changing the story about how they tried to deliver it, and no one was home to which neither one of us got a phone call. I had to make two separate trips to the store just to pick up the medicine only to be charged the second time Because they said that delivery was attempted, but no one answered. They claim I'll get a refund, but we'll see. read more

They had a well stocked selection of vitamins. They could invest in a few self check-outs here. I was surprised to see they didn't have a single one. There was no staff around to ask a question. The line was insanely long with only 1 cashier. Eventually they brought someone else to help. But they should really consider self check-outs to move the line along. They would not honor my CVS card picture on my phone. I never know if I'll have the physical card fob on my keys b/c I may not be driving that day to have my keys on me but I'll always have a photo of it on my own. They would not honor it here. This store is still understaffed. I like that most of their items are now behind locked cabinets because theft is a huge problem. The issue is that when you ring the "customer assistance" button, the cashier is almost always alone so no one comes to assist. Once, my patience was tested, I waited 20 minutes before the cashier finally told me to get in the checkout line and she would help me when it was my turn in line. I still visit all the time because it's conveniently located near mu place of work and home. Patience is key here. read more

When it comes to a CVS location for some reason this one is my main go to one. I've been to a couple of other CVS locations where they tend to give me a little bit of trouble about how many coupons I can and cannot use even if they are their own store coupons. I never have that problem here at this location. Sometimes there is a small line but they usually tend to get through it in a fair enough time. I also utilize this particular location when I need to fill any type of prescriptions. As there is also a drive-through pick up for your prescriptions. CVS is by far higher in pricing compared to other locations but then again this is something that is considered a convenience store. So I only go in here and shop when I have multiple coupons I am also signed up for their extra care program so that also helps in savings. read more

I have always had a great experience at cvs until recently. I'm door management has changed. I had a very nice man that was a good listener so I didn't have to repeat the spelling of my name. It's simple goodness! Not having my medicine ready, sending it to the wrong pharmacy. Listen, if something looks different ask a question. The frustration for me is someone assuming my time is not valuable and I just have time to wait on them. You chose to be in this profession you know that we depend on our medication. I went to CVS pharmacy on March lane Friday 02.06.26 to pick up my medication at 5:09Pm my total was $23.73 I wanted to take out$40 cash to buy Lottery tickets and my debit did not go through, so he tried it again and it didn't go through, so all the other registers were saying the same thing along with the front staff. Their debit machines were down, so my transaction for $63.73 was declined so i asked the guy if i can pay cash and he re did my medication instead of putting debit he used cash. Well on Tuesday i noticed my bank posted $63.73 I called the Manager on 02.10.26 spoke w Cecilia and she said even though I have proof with my receipt there is nothing she can do about giving me a credit back to my account. What I do not understand is how can you say there is nothing you can do about crediting my account when you tally up your earnings in the pharmacy daily you would have had an over charge of my $63.73 because i paid cash!! I will start by saying that I WAS switching pharmacies. This was a mistake I intend to correct immediately. CVS just happens to be in close proximity to my doctor's office.My doctor sent in 3 prescriptions on Tuesday, by Wednesday there was still nothing. I called, was told they were delayed by their USELESS automated telephone system. Six calls on Thursday (3 to pharmacy and 3 to my doctor) to be told by pharmacy that they have no record when I finally managed to speak to a person. Doctors office said they sent and were verified. Friday CVS finally has my scripts...mostly. They only filled 2 out of 3. Bring on the fight again. One of the nurses at my doctor called me Monday morning to inform me they sent the script in yet again and it verified yet again. Luckily, said nurse called CVS personally to verify and they had no record. Their electronic filing system was screwed up. HURRAY!!!! All my prescriptions are finally filled and ready to be picked up. Go to check out and after taking my insurance information, the cost was almost quadruple what I paid at the previous pharmacy!
