They had a well stocked selection of vitamins. They could invest in a few self check-outs here. I was surprised to see they didn't have a single one. There was no staff around to ask a question. The line was insanely long with only 1 cashier. Eventually they brought someone else to help. But they should really consider self check-outs to move the line along. They would not honor my CVS card picture on my phone. I never know if I'll have the physical card fob on my keys b/c I may not be driving that day to have my keys on me but I'll always have a photo of it on my own. They would not honor it here. This store is still understaffed. I like that most of their items are now behind locked cabinets because theft is a huge problem. The issue is that when you ring the "customer assistance" button, the cashier is almost always alone so no one comes to assist. Once, my patience was tested, I waited 20 minutes before the cashier finally told me to get in the checkout line and she would help me when it was my turn in line. I still visit all the time because it's conveniently located near mu place of work and home. Patience is key here. read more

I have always had a great experience at cvs until recently. I'm door management has changed. I had a very nice man that was a good listener so I didn't have to repeat the spelling of my name. It's simple goodness! Not having my medicine ready, sending it to the wrong pharmacy. Listen, if something looks different ask a question. The frustration for me is someone assuming my time is not valuable and I just have time to wait on them. You chose to be in this profession you know that we depend on our medication. When it comes to a CVS location for some reason this one is my main go to one. I've been to a couple of other CVS locations where they tend to give me a little bit of trouble about how many coupons I can and cannot use even if they are their own store coupons. I never have that problem here at this location. Sometimes there is a small line but they usually tend to get through it in a fair enough time. I also utilize this particular location when I need to fill any type of prescriptions. As there is also a drive-through pick up for your prescriptions. CVS is by far higher in pricing compared to other locations but then again this is something that is considered a convenience store. So I only go in here and shop when I have multiple coupons I am also signed up for their extra care program so that also helps in savings. read more

I went to CVS pharmacy on March lane Friday 02.06.26 to pick up my medication at 5:09Pm my total was $23.73 I wanted to take out$40 cash to buy Lottery tickets and my debit did not go through, so he tried it again and it didn't go through, so all the other registers were saying the same thing along with the front staff. Their debit machines were down, so my transaction for $63.73 was declined so i asked the guy if i can pay cash and he re did my medication instead of putting debit he used cash. Well on Tuesday i noticed my bank posted $63.73 I called the Manager on 02.10.26 spoke w Cecilia and she said even though I have proof with my receipt there is nothing she can do about giving me a credit back to my account. What I do not understand is how can you say there is nothing you can do about crediting my account when you tally up your earnings in the pharmacy daily you would have had an over charge of my $63.73 because i paid cash!! She did not even want to help. So, people beware I have been going there for several years and this is the first encounter but at the end of the day it is still my money! read more

I will start by saying that I WAS switching pharmacies. This was a mistake I intend to correct immediately. CVS just happens to be in close proximity to my doctor's office.My doctor sent in 3 prescriptions on Tuesday, by Wednesday there was still nothing. I called, was told they were delayed by their USELESS automated telephone system. Six calls on Thursday (3 to pharmacy and 3 to my doctor) to be told by pharmacy that they have no record when I finally managed to speak to a person. Doctors office said they sent and were verified. Friday CVS finally has my scripts...mostly. They only filled 2 out of 3. Bring on the fight again. One of the nurses at my doctor called me Monday morning to inform me they sent the script in yet again and it verified yet again. Luckily, said nurse called CVS personally to verify and they had no record. Their electronic filing system was screwed up. HURRAY!!!! All my prescriptions are finally filled and ready to be picked up. Go to check out and after taking my insurance information, the cost was almost quadruple what I paid at the previous pharmacy! What a complete rip off! 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Save time, money, and hassle by just going literally any where else. read more

I went to pick up my prescription because I kept getting notifications and I only had a couple days left which was fine but I work a lot so I kinda can go when I can go and the guy that helped me was super rude super unprofessional I've had to go back twice now because my prescription I've gotten there and they told me there's nothing and the second I said oh I'm gonna leave. Because of my insurance i have no choice other than CVS...such a disappointment because of the challenges the Pharmacy has at this location. Staff are not informative...some of the essential basics needed for their positions. Today I called in to check if my new medication was ready i was told an hour and the cost. Story time. I got a text notification at 9am that it was my last day to pick up 2 meds. I ran out the day before and had none left. I work graveyard shift and because it is a 24/7 hr operation I figured I'd pick them up on the way to work. I arrive around 9pm and tell the pharmacist I'm ready for pick-up. The pharmacist asked for number which was unusual, first they ask for a last name and DOB, but not an issue. Then he asked if I knew what meds I was picking up which I told him. He used a different computer than the register, one in the back, which was also unusual. He kept going around and doing other tasks which I was fine with because I imagine they're busy. But then he came back to me and asked what one of them was called again, like he forgot. I repeated, he went to his computer and came back and told me they were taken off the shelf.... I then asked why, because it was still the 12th. I had 3 more hours. He said it was illegal to keep them on the shelf once they'd been there too many days -- not my question, why were they pulled EARLY. He kept giving the same answer. He reassured me he could refill them and be ready in 30min....I didn't have 30 min. I was on my way to work. I am out of my meds which I depend on to keep me healthy. I said I couldn't hang around for half an hour and he told me no just go through the drive through. One, I have to be at work. Two, he just expects people to drive home, sit for 5 minutes, and drive back?? I have the app and the text notifications to make the pickups faster and easier. It sounds to me like they were trying to make their job easier and pulled the meds early so they didn't have to do it at midnight. Unfortunately at a 24/7 place of business this is not possible, cutting corners should not be at the expense of quality patient care. The really bizarre part was when I asked for the person in charge so I could ask about the policy, he wouldn't tell me the person's last name because it can cause racism. What??? I feel offended that he assumes I'm a racist and I have to wonder if it's because I look white. So many people get married or have mixed heritage a last name doesn't even accurately reflect a race anymore. My issue was that I am without meds because they were trying to save time and in turn wasted mine and were flippant about my health. This location is okay, we come for the Redbox outside and my Daughters meds here. the place is pretty big and clean inside. I never spoke to the cashiers that work up front. Only the Pharmacy ones. this place has what you need chips and meds. You can get a soda if you want. There is a drive-thru for you to pick up the meds outside in the back. So I will be back pretty soon to grab a movie. I never had a problem with the Redbox Kiosk outside. This is one of the better CVS in my village.
