They have a nice selection of Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese dishes. Every dish we ordered tasted exactly like it should have. The rice had a taste like old grease and the General Tso chicken was overcooked or old, it was very chewy. The egg rolls were the only good item. RAKUU is my go to food for delivery. I have never dined in but have had delivery numerous times. I have had the Vietnamese rolls, spring rolls and egg drop soup. My favorites are the Lomein with shrimp beef and chicken and the lettuce wrapped chicken. Today I had their California roll sushi. I've visited this restaurant many times and often brought friends because I love their sushi rolls, and the sushi chef has always been fun and friendly. Dead sure my previous visit will be my last. I overheard a conversation between an employee and the old waitress who usually serves us, the chinese woman around 65-70 yo while I went to the restroom. She was saying things like how 'Black people are nasty,' how a 'Black woman complained there's a hair in her food to get free food when it's her own hair,' and how 'Black people like to steal.' I was shocked and could not believe what I was hearing. No matter how much I like the food, I cannot support a place where such offensive and racist comments are made. I was pleasantly surprised with my initial visit. While it is amidst Covid, masks were work by all staff and sanitizer was readily available. They also made sure they socially distanced each guest.
