It was not that great meal! I went with a lot of expectations, but the taste was not good. I felt the Gujrati thali experience should have been a bit enhanced and better than what they had!

Thali of the day

I have been going here for over 16 years on and off. The quality and select of food items in the Thali has just been consistent. The service is great. They have parking in the building and on the street.

SERVICE - located on the second floor above farm fresh - parking available on street or lot nearby - plenty of seating inside for small or large groups - no wait time even on the weekends - ambiance good for a semi casual meal MENU - all you can eat gujarati thali - all vegetarian with vegan options marked online - well priced ($30 per person) FOOD - all you can eat thali (8/10): the all you can eat experience entails servers walking around continuously with fresh refills of every item on your plate. The menu changes daily but follows a similar pattern. You start with appetizers, which for us was fluffy dhokla and crispy potato bhajji. Then the dal and three vegetable curries fill up your small bowls. The roti/puri comes next so that you have a vehicle with which to eat the vegetables. Just when you think you are done, two types of rice are offered. Your choice of a dessert is served at the very end once your plate is cleaned and taken away. Out of all the dishes, my favorites were the potato bhajji and the lauki subji. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! Make sure you go on an empty stomach and take a nice walk afterwards to digest.

Desserts - gajar halwa & gulab jamun

Got the thali of the day and it was delicious. The service was fantastic and attentive. If our water or drinks went to a low level they'd immediately come by to refill it. They have plenty of seating but it gets BUSY. The best dessert was definitely the gajar halwa.

Great restaurant serving up traditional Indian food served Thali style (multiple different dishes, breads, and sauces served on a large round platter). This place serves a set vegetarian menu daily which provides an opportunity to try multiple soups, curries, breads, and sauces and it's all you can eat. My favorites were the Roti Bread, bhajia, and potato curry. They also allow you to choose from one of many desserts to end your meal. Even if this style of food is new to you the staff is very helpful and welcoming and will walk you through the process. Definitely check this place out. P.S. For those of you who aren't too into the vegetarian stuff, this place is still a definite spot to try they make their dishes really flavorful and with the multiple small options being served to you, you'll likely find something that is to your liking and keep getting it refilled.

Our friends took us here because we love to explore unique areas of the LA area and this little Indian did not disappoint. Rajdhani is an amazing vegetarian restaurant the food is genuine Indian, unique flavors. Our friends ordered but I think it was a standard lunch menu. Food just kept coming so good!

I have been going to Rajdhani every time I visit LA and over the years they maintained the quality and service really well. The staff is very friendly and they keep refilling with the rotis and curries until we stop, and that is very important when we sit for Thali. The curries are little bland and I did not want to refill them after 1st round, which is not I expect in the thali. Hope they improve the taste.

I have been coming to Rajdhani for the last 20 years since I moved to Southern California and I am always satisfied after. Came here recently and brought my boyfriend and their family. It was their first time trying Gujarati food and they loved it! This is the perfect place for traditional Gujarati food. Even the mini thali is a large enough portion to fill you up, with 3 puri and roti, 3 sabji, rice, many little snacks and appetizers, daal, and dessert. The sabji change every day so each time you come, you get to try something different. Service is quick and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try a new cuisine!

Really good food! I love the "all you can eat" option so you don't have to decide what to order, you just try everything.

First, positive was that the customer service was amazing . It was only my husband and I and another table there while we weee dining in . The waitress was very kind, explained what they were out of that evening and was very attentive. Our food came out piece meal , but everything was a great temperature and quick to table. We tried the chips and guacamole. I really enjoyed the chips . I don't know if they are house made, but they had a great flavor. The guacamole was ok not the best but certainly not the worst. I had the tater tots as a side, and you get a lot! They were crunchy and perfect with lots to share and take home,l. My husband ordered a steak burrito I believe which he very much enjoyed . I had the crispy chicken wrap which I have to say I was not a fan of. The homemade vegan ranch tasted a little off to me and had a weird texture . The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing although I was not a fan of the "elevator and holding music " that was playing in the background. . Parking was a bit of a hassle because there are a lot of restaurants in the area , but it wasn't too bad . All in all I am not sure we would be back for the food, but the customer service was excellent.

First of all I want to know WHY it took me SO long to find this GEM....after ONE burrito ONE I…read morefinally feel like I found a vegan spot that's more up my alley in quality and quantity & looking forward to going BACK to try what else they have to offer!!! I ordered the jackfruit burrito no beans no rice add mushrooms and I was BEYOND satisfied as the burrito was HEFTY AF not to mention JUICY AF filled with the BEST flavor- and the cilantro and spicy aioli sauces to be honest with you though they were GOOD I didn't need it like I thought I would (being that there is no queso in the burrito) the way the jackfruit was cooked shiiiiiit PACKED FLAVOR! Customer service was also ON POINT, there was A LOT of traffic upon walking in therefore I KNEW there was a strong possibility I was about to get my monies worth and taste buds were gonna be happy right along with my tummy! People were seated and coming in and some coming out I LOVE THAT! also the woman who took my order TOOK MY ORDER and the woman who brought my food out to me... Delivered EXACTLY what I had ordered because SHE personally came to me as I awaitied my order to double check she made my burrito the way I wanted- I have ZERO complaints.. I'll be back FOR SURE especially if they keep making my jackfruit burritos they way they made it yesterday. The inside was beautifully decorated and was very welcoming... Seemed comfy especially the booth areas so thinking next time I'll have a seat to eat I recommend str8 up tacos HIGHLY, especially if you enjoy flavor to your food, where you can tell it was made with passion to satisfy the customers.... THIS IS THE SPOT

I need to make this update: Me and my husband ate here again today (8/30/26) This is his 4th visit…read morein the last 3 weeks; two of which I went with him. He said that it has declined with each visit... Nobody was at the counter to take our order when we walked in. We waited for a few minutes then said "hello" to see if anyone came out. They did not. We ended up ordering on the kiosk (which we don't like doing, we'd rather order with a human). The guy finally came out, took someone else's order after us and his food came out within a couple of minutes. No joke. Meanwhile, it took our food 12 minutes; which isn't terribly long but we were already turned off at this point... I asked for more water (they have a self serve water jug), the guy didn't fill it. I asked for water again when our food came out (different guy). Then several minutes later the original guy said he filled the water. Ate our food. My bean and cheese burrito was meh. Kind of bland with not much cheese, and the cheese it did have was all clumped in one spot, not spread out evenly. My husband got his usual three tacos. He was very unhappy with them today. He upgraded to the homemade tortillas. They feel apart. He said it reminded him of tamale masa, they just crumbled apart. CONSISTENCY matters. We left unsatisfied and likely will not return. It quickly went from "wow this place is amazing, we found a new awesome taco spot" to "well, that was short lived". I'd also like to mention his 3rd visit with our daughter. They ordered. Waited 25 minutes. Still no food. He asked about it and they never put the ticket in to be made. UGH.

From the moment you walk in, you feel the warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The owner, Guzman, is super friendly and speaks both English and Spanish, and his daughter Alison was running the register like a total pro--she's all business in the best way! Now, let's talk about the food: The Secret Salsa: Absolutely hit the spot! Savory with just the right amount of kick. Chilaquiles: My dad ordered these and was blown away. He got them with two sauces, and he particularly loved the red sauce, which was al estilo Oaxaca mole. They cooked his eggs exactly to order and accommodated his request for extra raw onions alongside all the delicious classic toppings (sour cream and queso fresco). Drinks: They have a great variety of soft drinks, including Diet Coke and Coke Zero. (If you're looking for coffee, definitely stop by right when they open, as they might be replenishing inventory later in the day!) A quick heads-up for first-timers: The dining area can run a bit warm and there are no public restrooms at this location, so plan accordingly. However, that wouldn't deter us for a second--the chips, salsa, and overall quality are way too good to pass up. It was great seeing local regulars picking up to-go orders while we were there. Working just down the road on Studebaker, I know I am going to be a frequent regular from now on. Classy place, amazing flavor, and wonderful people--we will definitely be back as often as we can!

I usually order the Popeye Omelet with home fries and toast. Everything is seasoned well and the ingredients taste fresh. Other things I've tried include the Chilaquiles, French Dip, Kids Scrambled Egg Breakfast with French Toast, and Posole. Everything is classic and reliably good. You'll think, wow, I'll probably need a box to-go, but somehow you'll eat it all in one sitting! Sometimes you have to write your name down at the check-in stand out front in order to get a table. But I've never had to wait too long. The servers really pay attention to anything you might need without rushing you or asking lots of questions. So I think that's how they keep the wait time short. The vibes here are just 10/10 for a family breakfast. Our toddler likes watching the model train that circles the upper windows of the restaurant. It's busy so there's lots of pleasant background noise. You can watch the traffic go by on Lakewood Blvd. Prices aren't too steep. I've ordered takeout and delivery from here as well and never had any complaints. Parking can be hard to find in the lot right next to the restaurant but can usually be found right away in the back lot. Overall, just a nice neighborhood spot to eat.
