    Karahi gosht (also available w/beef)
    Sandra S.

I ordered karahi gosht (tomato based sauce with goat), garlic naan, and raita (yogurt based savory sauce). The karahi is also available with beef. The dish was really good, and the meat was fall off the bone tender. I loved that. The only thing I wanted more of was salt, but that can be adjusted individually. The raita and mint chutney was so refreshing. I threw it atop my dish and swept it up with my garlic naan. I took my order to go as it's very small to dine inside. I would def go back! Thanks Pak Hala Kitchen!

    Mutton Keema

Went here after a long walk and seriously hungry to the max! I wanted to eat there but they don't have good seating area so we got to go. Husband recommends Mutton Biryani and Mutton Keema (my first time eating this), I had mutton biryani a lot but Keema was my first here! Mutton Biryani, 5star. The portion is a lot and seriously it's good, the chunks are generous, the spices are not too empowering, so it's just perfect! Mutton Keema, 5star My first time and must say they are good! I'm a lil bit unsure in the first time, but then...with white rice, dude it's good! Chicken samosa, 4star It's good too but 4star! 5star for the mint sauce they gave!

We came to this spot after shopping for a friend's wedding. I don't know much about Pakistani cuisine so deferred to my BF to order for us. He was very happy to see Haleem on the menu because it's not usually offered in restaurants. The Haleem dish was amazing and was a standout. We also ordered garlic naan, chicken Tikka, chicken biriyani, and paratha. My BF explained due to proximity there are some shared dishes and taste profiles to Northern Indian cuisine. All the flavors were yummy. MY BF said it's the best food of this cuisine he's tried, and it reminded him of home. The service was friendly and helpful. The ambiance is chill casual, but the place is better for take-out because seating is limited to two long narrow bar tables with 2-3 chairs (1 inside and 1 outdoors). Overall BOMB and will definitely make the trek to eat here again! I'm still thinking about the Haleem.

Chicken Samosa filled with goodness, but weak green sauce.

I had a great experience the last couple of times, that's why I went back for a third time. I especially like the Paratha and Mutton Kabab. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown for us tonight. Here are our orders: Garlic Naan was a bit chewy, not in a good way, and had a very mild hint of garlic (3/5) Paratha (3/5) Too oily this time Beef Nihari (Beef Stew): 2 large chunks of beef and a ton of bland gravy. (3/5) Mutton Karahi (5/5) is slightly spicy, but I like it. Mutton Seekha Kabab (our favorite 5/5) Chicken Samosa (4/5) Their green sauce was weak Chicken Biryani (5/5) I will be back for the Biryani (Mutton) and Mutton Seekha Kabab, but not sometime soon. Their price is reasonable. Order for pickup since they only have a tiny table for 4 people and some outdoor seating. I also like that they have two smaller warmers to store the food so it won't get cold when you arrive for pick up.

Wow this place is very good if you guys in the area check this place out I think it's the best in the city

We finished the night on a high note with the Crème Brûlée and Kunafeh. The presentation for every dish was top-notch, and despite being a late walk-in, the food arrived quickly and piping hot. Recently, my sister in law drove up from Los Angeles and brought us the chicken Beswada, Amravati lamb, and Amravati paneer biryanis. The flavor was exactly how we remembered it from our first visit. My brother had never tried it before, and after having the chicken biryani, he said his only disappointment was that this place is six hours away from us. Even though the biryani was a day old by the time we ate it, it still tasted amazing and held its flavor and quality. That really says a lot about how well their food is prepared. My sister in law did mention that the lady at the counter was a little rude during pickup, but thankfully the food itself was still on point and lived up to our expectations. I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years now. Service has been hit or miss. But…read morenothing I couldn't look past. Today was some of the worst service I had ever seen from the front desk team. The hostesses appeared to be discriminating against a woman because of her service animal. I'm not sure they understand how ILLEGAL what they did today was. We arrived for Mother's Day because my mom loves the all you can eat buffet there and it's one of her favorite restaurants. The hosts up front seemed a bit scattered and were quoting random times to people. We were told it would be about 15-20 minutes. I think we were seated after 30 minutes. They called us up and then told us wait the table isn't ready so asked us to wait another 5 minutes. The reason I took off 3 stars is because a very nice woman had been waiting with her friends and her service dog longer than us. She was extremely patient and kind. She waited outside with her dog and didn't complain once about the wait. I heard the hosts discussing her dog and they were like oh that's a BIG service dog. It was just a normal small sized black lab. And they never began preparing a table for her. The woman finally came in after about 30 minutes to say she had been waiting and was told they were just setting up a table. They kind of brushed her off and said we will get to you. It seems like they had no intention of ever seating her and her friends. They seated multiple large groups before her. We were table of two and we got sat so we thought she would be next and she wasn't. Eventually the poor woman left. They have a sign outside saying service dogs are allowed. This is not true. And you will be discriminated against and not be given a table. I'm not sure if the hosts know how illegal their behavior was. It was clear her dog was a real service animal and the hostesses did not care for her at all. I was a hostess at two restaurants when I was younger and I have never seen anyone treat a customer so poorly before. I truly hope they apologize to this woman. - As for inside the restaurant the servers and waitstaff were extremely friendly. It is a bit scattered and you don't know who your server is so it is hard to flag people down. But they still serve water, naan, and anything else you need promptly. The entire restaurant was packed. Every table was full and the staff always had the food trays full of items. The items also all tasted fresh. All besides the Hakka noodles. That one was a little soggy or over boiled for my taste. I am vegetarian so I got their spinach and mushroom pasta which was surprisingly good. Paneer tikka was also very good. They also had channa/chole. They have street food station where they made fresh pani puri which was great. I believe this station is switched out each buffet day. The last time I was here it was dev puri. And they had someone making paneer tacos. The man making the tacos was really friendly and seemed really happy to be helping everyone. They had samosas and puff pastries as appetizers. They have wide variety of sweets such as carrot halwa, gulab jamun, jalebi, sweets, Kheer, and mango fruit custard. There is a variety of meat dishes such as tandoor chicken, mutton, chili chicken, and chicken curries. I think the only issue with this place is how the hostesses treat customers. Especially new customers. This is their first impression of the restaurant.
