    Achari Chicken Wings
    Sid D.

We have been looking at this place for a while and finally gave it a try. We ordered to-go and we tried that Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza and Achari Wings. Both were delicious and full of flavor. This fusion concept of pizza with India season didn't sounds right but after trying it, it was really delicious! Will be trying different stuff on their menu next time. Service was quick, it was ready to be picked based on the email we got.

We ordered delivery. The family size pizzas are pricey ($40) but are huge with 12 slices and can easily feed 4 people. We tried the Chicken Tikka, the Butter Chicken and the Achari Veggie. The 3rd one was the best, spicy and delicious. In the future, I would have the Achari Chicken. The others were a little bland. The crust was perfect. Overall I would recommend.

Delicious! Robust! Great fusion pizza! They don't skimp out on the toppings either! It's counter-serve, but the dining area has a nice pizza parlor ambiance.

This is my first time coming here and as all tests. Always start small and so far the taste doesn't disappoint. Crispy and crunchy as well as the right amount of cheese and marinara sauce. Service is excellent. Ambiance is straight to the point with alot of seating. They do sell a variety of pizzas pastas dishes and salads and drinks. Contribute by coming and trying this place out for your next lunch or dinner!

Another Yelp discovery. And a good find indeed. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly. Ordered a Lg Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza. Masala Fries and a 6pc., (Bone in) Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. Service was friendly competent and professional. There were orders coming in left and right and the aesthetics supported the activity. And I soon found out why. Hot flavorful fully cooked and smelled delicious. If you have had Chicken Tikka Masala before, the Pizza version was really a compliment. As well as the Masala Fries. Thoroughly enjoyed the flavors and preparation of the Fries. My first experience and enjoyed them. Rounding out my order with my 6pc Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. Pairing well with the Fries and the Pizza. Giving me that all around Pizza Parlor experience for take-out. Gratitude and give thanks to Pizza Twist and Staff for a great meal experience and I will definitely see you again soon.

I've been eyeballing this place for some time now, went in and had the vegan pepperoni not my usual choice but I felt like eating vegan cheese. This pie was bomb! Got a medium sized pizza that was enough for two normal people but if you have five stomachs like myself you'd be able to eat the whole thing in one sitting. The service was great walked in and the chef was kind enough to answer all my questions about their pies. The place is kinda small and clean but enough room for a small group/family. I had placed the order on their website and it was literally ready in 10 min. Was soo good I signed up for the reward program they have. Will definitely be coming in and trying more of the stuff they got.

Ordered through DoorDash. I tried this place years ago and felt the flavors leaned more Italian-Indian fusion than true Indian-style pizza. But I was pleasantly surprised this time. The butter chicken naan pizza was flavorful, fragrant, and beautifully topped. The crust had some char, likely from the naan bubbling during baking. The samosas were just okay--bland filling and a spicy sauce I wasn't expecting. Still, I love the variety on their menu, including deep dish, naan pizza, gluten-free, and plant-based options. I'd definitely order again to try more.

Have you ever had South Indian pizza? Neither had I! here was my experience. AMBIANCE: Parking: Plaza parking, room for 10 cars. I didn't have an issue. Seating: Inside seating. Great for groups, maybe room for 30 people. Feels: For those familiar with Artesia/Cerritos, it's quite suburban and there's a major strip with plenty of businesses - most attractingly foods. This one is quite noticeable on a corner, so you can't miss it. The spot itself is pretty casual. They take pride of their food as pictures of it is placed all over. Great for a sit-in, food adventure, or if you're in the need of cetering. FOOD: Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza (Recommend) Deelicious. Your standardness of crust was good and the distribution of cheese was pleasant and plentiful. As for the tikka masala, it was fantastic. Good bits of chicken, with green chillies spread. As for the masala cream, you certainly can taste those spices from cinnamon, peppercorn, cumin, coriander, mace, and cardamon. Deelish! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome! The pizza arrive in a timely manner. TL; DR OVERALL: 4 Stars. Great options, delicious flavors, and at a reasonable price. I've never had South Indian pizza and this was a great delight. I look forward to coming back here and seeing how they do their Chicago pizza. Until next time! TIPS: * Tikka (Chicken chunks) Masala (Cream) * They got other levels of heat!

im a sucker for new flavors of pizza (like korean and thai pizza) and this place exceeded beyond my expectations! during my visit i ordered a small chicken tikka masala pizza with 6 pieces of tandoori wings which came out to about $36 and was enough to satisfy 2 people. the pizza was so delicious and every bite was packed with so much flavor (surprisingly, it was also kind of spicy at some bites). the tandoori wings has a beautiful crunch to the skin with juicy chicken in the middle and you could really taste the spices they use.

Randomly found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try, as I was a bit intrigued with the menu! Upon entering, we were greeted right away and the cashier pointed out the paper menus they had up for grabs in the front. it seemed maybe 1 or 2 people were working in total but it was nice that the cashier was visibly up in the front the whole time.  We ordered a large pizza and a pasta for the table and both dishes already smelt and looked amazing! Everything tasted so good, it wasn't too heavy on the flavors. The pizza was also crispy on the bottom and the portions were a great size - we did have some left over to take home. We ordered both dishes at medium spice level but we think we could have gone up a level because medium wasn't that spicy to us at all!  Highly recommend this place! Amazing service and amazing food! Can't wait to come back! * Chicken tikka masala pizza * Butter chicken pasta

I don't know why I've only visited this place twice. But after my last visit, I told myself I will be back to enjoy more of their divine speciality pizzas. The lady working that day, she's great , very polite and we didn't have to wait long for our order to come out. The place is clean and not crowded (I'm surprised because their food is awesome) I actually like it , enjoyed my lunch quietly with my son . Highly recommend this place if you're looking for inexpensive, high quality , fresh ingredients, delicious specialty pizza.

Ask the Community - Pizza Twist

Are you open on Christmas Day?

Can we get a pizza half and half of two different types in one?

I believe so, did this many months ago. You have to call and order instead of online through the app

    Which meats are halal?

The chicken and pepperoni are halal, but be sure to indicate that you want the halal option when you order.

It says vegan options..do you have vegan pizza?

Yes, we do have vegan options. We have vegan cheese available at the store; please let us know your preference while placing an order.

    Do you cater?

Yes we do cater - please call the store number to provide the order and give us 24 hour notice. Looking forward to being at your event :)

    Is this halal?

You have to mention that if you need halal toppings. Owners are non-muslims but trustworthy.

    Is this place certified halal?

Its a word of mouth, i haven't seen any certificate

    Is the meat halal?

    Yes!

Can I order my pizza with vegan cheese?

If you request the vegan cheese, yes.

Do they sell pizza by the slice?

Don't think so, Louie. Go to Brooklyn Slice, up Pioneer, for that.

    Is the cheese rennet free?

Is there deep dish?? Doesn't seem like it!

There is deep dish. It's yummy. I had it last night. Nom nom

7/21/2026 Second…read moretime here! Ordered take out via phone order. Found their phone number and menu on Google and Google Reviews. Curry Lounge posted their full menu there. AMRITSARI KULCHA First time trying this type of flat bread. It is a North Indian stuffed flat bread. Originated from Amritsar, Punjab. It is a favorite street food. This is usually eaten with Chole, a spicy chickpea curry. The amitsari kulcha had mostly mashed potatoes and some paneer cheese. Various herbs in it, lots of herbs in it. It took me a bit to adjust to the herbacious flavors. This was reheated in the toaster oven until slightly crispy and it was delicious! You must reheat before you eat! This went really well with the Punjabi Butter Chicken I ordered. SAMOSA Flaky dough stuffed with spiced potatoes and peas. Delicious and this was my second time ordering it! I think this will be my go to place for potato samosas! And yes, reheat in toaster oven before consumption! PUNJABI BUTTER CHICKEN A popular Indian dish originating in Punjab. Tender chicken pieces in tomato-based sauce with butter and cream. Chicken marinated in spiced yogurt mix and cooked in a tandoor and grilled. The chicken has different pieces, such as legs, thighs and breast meat. All have bones in them. But there were about 4-5 pieces of chicken. They ask for your preference of spice levels, so I got medium spice. It was spicy! Spice lingers on your tongue and in your stomach too! Made my own basmati rice at home, so did not order it, but you definitely need the basmati rice to soak up all the flavors of the butter chicken! So delicious to eat with the aromatic, sweet basmati rice! This was also delicious with flat bread, but I absolutely loved it with basmati rice. NAAN (PLAIN) Wanted naan, so I ordered it plain. This was not oily and you can taste the ghee. The naan wasn't even in thickness. Parts of the naan that were thinner were crispy and thicker were fluffy and soft. It had very little herbs, so it had a clean, ghee flavor. CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff who took my order over the phone was kind, patient and spoke clearly and slowly. He made sure that my order was correct. All my orders were received and well packaged with saran wrap to ensure the food stays hot and does not spill. They even added utensils too, which I appreciate. My food was not fully prepared at the set time, however, they gave me a courtesy call to let me know. But I let them know it wasn't a big deal because I was also running late. Lol. Location is far from where I live, but if I am in the area, I am definitely returning! Delicious food, good service all around! A very happy customer! Cannot wait to try new dishes in the near future!

Great Indian food in Artesia!…read more Ever since moving to San Jose, I've been craving Indian food when I visit home, and Curry Lounge did not disappoint. We ordered two combo plates, which were more than enough for two people. The portions were generous! The butter chicken was lovely, and it definitely leans into the tomato flavors. However, the two showstoppers for me were the chicken tikka masala and vegetable samosas. They were incredibly flavorful! I also ordered the Masala Chai, which was affordable and tasted authentic. Service was quick and polite. This place is definitely appropriate for a casual lunch or dinner if you're stopping by the Artesia area. Only tough part is finding parking, but the downtown parking lot behind it had technical difficulties when we went, so we parked for free.

Diving into the details - the restaurant decor is quite formal and has always been kind of surprising to be given that I often come for casual meals. The staff are well dressed in white button ups and always very polite so it's good vibes all around. If you know me, I'm nothing if not predictable. I always get the butter chicken and unapologetically so. IT IS SO GOOD. I refuse to be shamed into trying other things and if that makes me basic, so be it. In case you haven't guessed, I'm also always getting their garlic naan as well. I've tried other dishes before but nothing beats the chicken. One thing I will say is the spiciness fluctuates every time even though I always ask for medium so do with that what you will.

This was such a great spontaneous discovery. They have a small parking lot in the front where we parked, but then we saw later on that they also have additional parking in the back if you don' see spots in the front. Upon entering the staff was welcoming. The gave us a few tables to choose from that were cleaned and appropriate for 2 people. I just want to say service was impeccable our whole time there. Everyone on their team took turns checking on us, making sure our waters were refilled, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. So nice!! As we explored the menu, we saw the combination dinners that allowed us to get more variety, which we love. We both picked a different combo so we could share and try more things. My boyfriend enjoys tandoori so he went with the Mix Tandoori Grill ($26.95) that comes with an assortment of Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Seekh Kabab, Chicken Tikka, Fish Tikka served in a sizzling platter on a bed of onions with naan, rice, and gulab jamun. So much food! I picked the India Special ($24.95) which comes with chicken tikka, the choice of lamb or chicken curry which I opted for the chicken, veg, korma, raita, rice, naan, and gulab jamun. What a FEAST!! For the naan I asked for the garlic naan and it was INCREDIBLE. Wow! Might be THEE best Indian food I have ever enjoyed. Between the two of our orders I felt like I had the variety I have when I go eat at Indian buffets. My boyfriend loved the tandooris platter. All of the proteins were cooked perfectly. I assume they were prepped separately to get to the right cooking temp. So funny because my boyfriend was eating the rice while I was indulging in the naan. Dipping the naan in the curry and the korma. Nom Nom Nom! So fun and so delicious. My boyfriend was even saying this is one of the best meals he had in a while. I was so full when the gulab jamun dessert came out at the end but it was so delicious I still ate all of it. Without a doubt the best execution of this dessert I have ever had. We will definitely be back when we find ourselves craving Indian food.

The butter chicken is my favorite, I know it's the most basic b Indian food but everything I've tried has been awesome. Sangeetha's cooking has made me ok with trying some vegetarian food when I thought I'd never like any non meat-centric dish. Swing by, try something new or enjoy something old. Relevant - it's not super spicy, but that's ok to me, it's more accessible to people that might be turned off by excessive spice - I have some scorpion pepper powder that I add to bring the heat, and it doesn't hurt the flavor that I've come to love. They're not open Mondays, but hey - she deserves time off! A suggestion if I may - grab an extra bowl of butter chicken alongside whatever else you get, and throw a fried egg or two on top the next morning for breakfast. DOES NOT HAVE BANANAS! As a professional simian that is of note, but not a negative ;) There are random snacks I've never seen before, I've tried a few and have been happy with what I've sampled. The bottles of mango lassi are super tasty and for me, it helps my heartburn.

I don't think three stars is bad. So just to restate. The food is not bad. But I'm not going to take this review down because I don't feel like it's appropriate for the owner to message you privately with an attitude and try to strong-arm you into taking down the review. I have left plenty of reviews about restaurants in Little India, and not once as anybody messaged me with the tone that you have used with me. So I'm leaving it up. Live and learn.
