Amazing food and service by Jacky. Will go back again. Not too crowded and have a lot for seating

Not three minutes after we placed our order, Cane's became absolutely slammed with customers. From our seat, we saw the line quickly snake almost into the parking lot. Talk about lucky timing... We ordered two Caniac Combos ($17.99) with six chicken fingers each, one for us to eat there & one to take home to our fam a couples hours away because Raising Cane's doesn't exist where we're from. Moist & flavorful fried chicken, goes well with their Texas toast & house sauce (which is similar to thousand island dressing.) Crinkle-cut fries are just ok, & we 86 the cole slaw in favor of more toast every single time. Combo comes with a drink, I'm partial to their lemonade. Raising Cane's falls into the category of foods I'm obsessed with simply because they aren't easily accessible to me. I also love the simplicity of their menu; aside from choosing a drink, the only other decision one needs to make is the quantity of the one menu item offered.

First time customer. My first impression was that they must be good because this place was packed. Once I tried the food, I wasn't impressed nor was disappointed. Now let's get to the beverages. They have very good lemonade, but they have even better iced tea. Props for using Ice T as a spokesperson. I have recently startled drinking half cut tea and the only place that makes it to my satisfaction was McDonald's. Now that I made my own half cut tea at Raising Cane's move over McDonald's. This half tea is way better. If you've never been, go, you won't be disappointed.

My food was hot. I give them that however drive-through girl talks too much rather too fast can't understand her got irritated. I had to ask twice I asked for sauce when I got to my drive-through. There's no straws no sauce no napkins slow down. OK. Drive-thru talk more to crew members than customers - had to go back in for sauce Music too loud cant hear others talk at my party

Great Food, as always with Cane's. Interior looks like any other location. Unfortunately the service in Modesto doesn't match our typical Raising Cane's experiences between most of CA, all of HI, and parts of NV. Centrally located in a busy plaza with constant traffic in and out. Parking is obstructed by the snaking of their drive thru lines and there isn't curbside service so park in the adjacent spots towards World Market. They offer mobile orders but don't allow for pickup in the drive through. They instruct you to park and walk in to retrieve from the employees who are too busy chatting to retrieve your order. Cumbersome and time consuming.

This Cane's has one of the best customer service. Every one is super friendly also the food was delicious

Checking out the Modesto location today! :)

My son absolutely loves "Cane's"! In my opinion it is like an "In N Out" for chicken strips. In the same way that the burger place has a limited menu to keep things moving fast, is what Cane's has done with only chicken strips. We have tried a few locations of this chain fast food joint. Modesto (albeit smaller) is our favorite. The main manager is amazing! We like the food, the sauce, and the sides. So, I typically like the chicken strips and a piece of Texas toast buttered on both sides. They have French fries, coleslaw, and the toast I mentioned as their sides. If you don't like coleslaw, like me, ask to sub it for an extra piece of toast. You'll be happy you did! My friend says the coleslaw is always salty at Cane's. Hmmmm... I don't care for the mustard sauce they make in house. However, the Cane's sauce is not too bad. I am a hard critic to please when it comes to sauce, and Cane's special sauce passes muster for me!! Those are the only two sauces they have. So, if you like BBQ, Ranch, or something else... you are outta luck! The homemade lemonade was just ok for me, my friend didn't care for it at all. The best deal when we dine here is to order two Caniac Combos. Each combo comes with 6 chicken fingers, 2 Cane's sauce, French fries, a soda, and 2 sides (comes with coleslaw and toast). Like I said, they will let you sub out sides for what you prefer. This will feed the three of us, and sometimes have a little left over. I usually eat one of the strips and part of a toast and I'm good! My teen and his dad on the other hand, will tear it up!

Drive through

This was my first time at this location. The restaurant is brand new. I usually always do the drive-through the first time the line was very long, however it seem to move pretty quickly. We ordered the four piece chicken fingers meal. The meal itself was good. The workers were nice and I would go back again.

The service was great! The food came out fast. The tables were clean. The food was amazing! It was a little busy on a Sunday but not anything bad! The bathrooms were clean as well! Very satisfied and happy!

Little "tenders" more like bites or popcorn chicken. Ridictulous for the price. $14 . Could just buy a bag of tenders and orida crinkle cuts

Fun new place! For me the sauce was too salty and the music too loud. The chicken was moist and tasty; the fries were crisp.

VERY slow service for such a limited menu, overpriced and overhyped. Ambiance reflects Modesto so that's good. Nothing special at all.

The first time we came, it was just after this reel went semi-viral so there were a bunch of people lined up. Upon entering, the staff immediately let us know they were having issues with the kitchen and that they had no idea when it would be back up. We decided to leave and return another time. The second time, I made an online pre-order. I decided to get the meal deal for 4 (and a separate order of the blueberry biscuit fried chicken sandwich) for the most variety. This deal includes: - Chicken Option: 8 pc tenders, 16 pc wings, or 16 pc nuggets. I went with the 16 pc wings. They were heavily battered, and the wings were cooked through and still juicy. I wasn't too wowed by them though. - 2 Sides: I went with the honey mustard pasta salad and chipotle potato salad. The pasta salad was soggier than expected, but flavors of both were pretty good. Chipotle potato had a nice kick. - Loaded Wedges: This was literally a potato quartered into 4 wedges. Tastewise, I really liked the seasoning they used on the potato though. I didn't care for the loaded part (cheese, bacon bits, green onion). - Choice of 5 sauces: Personally, the best part of the meal. Their sauces are on point. I went with the strawberry heat, pineapple pepper, XXX, fuego, honey mustard (accident; I wished I had gotten the hot honey blueberry bbq instead). - 4 Can Drinks: Cool I guess, but wished the deal was focused on the food options. The separate blueberry biscuit with chicken was also only just OK. The biscuit wasn't fluffy or buttery and the blueberries were there visually only (barely any blueberry taste). The chicken was fine and not dry at least! The wait the second time around also wasn't bad. I scheduled a 12:15PM order, and I think I got my food about 15-20 min later. Overall, it was a good one-time try!

They were just good people who enjoyed what they did and that was awesome. The only annoying thing was it took three tries to get someone to bring a container so we could take one of the sandwich wraps home. The restaurant was clean, spacious, well lit, and cheerful. I appreciated the theme of the movie posters on the wall. That was clever. The food on the other hand was just ok. The fries lacked flavor on their own and could use salt or something. If it wasn't for the garlic on the one fries and whatever it was my wife had on hers those fries would have had no flavor at all. The wrap could have used more dressing, otherwise it was really bland. I had the burger with the egg on it. I forget the name. It had the same problem. Just a lack of flavor. The egg was overcooked. It would have been better if it was sunny side up so the yolk could run. I think it had bacon on it and cheese but I didn't taste either of those. The entire burger was just unremarkable sadly. Would I eat here again? Probably not. If I want a good place to go hang out with friends who work then sure. The staff was great. I just wish the food measures up to how cool they were.

Customer Service: 5 out of 5. Staff: 5 out of 5…read moreTaco Bell App: 1 out of 5 I frequently use the Taco Bell app when I order in my hometown or if I'm in a new place. However, I started to notice that Taco Bell would be inaccurate in the nearest Location outside of my hometown location. But it would quickly update and show the nearest one so it wouldn't be a hassle. This time I was passing by Modesto and I had never ordered off the app on this location and decided to do so today. When I started ordering I first went to change location, at first it showed the nearest location was 0.2 miles away and it was understandable because I could see it in-front of me, (I was a passenger in the car). I waited for it to update and when it did, it showed the same thing. So I instinctively ordered. However, when I decided to check the location, this "0.2 miles away" was actually more than 15 miles the opposite direction. I tried to cancel the order but apparently they had already made it only 1 minute after the order was placed. I went to the nearby location and as my friends ordered from the kiosk, I showed staff my problem and they were super helpful in helping me. Almost team was on it and tried the best they could. They recommended me to call customer service. The Manager at the Taco Bell confirmed my problem and they refunded me my money. Also if you are wondering if I was close why didn't I check location of this before ordering or why I didn't just order inside. It is because a. I have always just gone inside this location after going to the mall as it is straight down the road and never knew the exact address, but knew the route, so I assumed it was correct, and b. We were all tired and couldn't wait for our order so we decided to try and get it as quickly as possible. Lastly, I thank the employees for their help and TACO BELL, FIX YOUR APP. also the food was made quick and good with no problem at this location.
