    Horrible quality!
    Maged A.

I am very disappointed at this Cane's location. This is my fifth time there and the third time where I get chicken that is not up to par. In my opinion, it does vary because the canes by my office in North Dallas is always on point. This is my second review they went from 3 stars to 1 star they are gradually getting worse in quality. I will no longer come here to this location and if the other Raising Canes quality chicken is the same I'm done with Canes

We were in a rush and tired. Needed a quick lunch to keep going on a busy day. So, we stopped at Raising Cane's for their chicken fingers. Funny that this is the only entre they sell, but it's very good and very popular. The chicken is lightly battered and cooked hot and tender. The dipping sauce is delicious. The fries are crispy on the outside and tender inside. The bread is soft and buttery. The slaw is creamy and crisp. Try the lemonade. It's a good alternative to the standard carbonated beverages. Extra points to the staff. They're always welcoming, friendly and helpful. We'll see y'all again soon.

The food was fast and fresh. The service is impeccable. Ask for tadala to take your order when you come here she is the best server.

The 3 Finger Combo - 3 Chicken Fingers

Where has the Cane's quality gone... Higher prices for worse food?? I ordered a 3 Finger Combo ($9.57 w/ tax), opened the box, and thought "this is a joke". Each piece of chicken used to be the size of the toast, now they're maybe only half that. The flavor is gone as well. The chicken is blander and the fries were stale and hard. The only thing that's stayed the same is the toast and the sauce. I ate here just a few months ago and the quality gap between now and then is huge. If you're looking for fast food chicken, you're better off going somewhere else now.

6-2022 The 3 Finger Combo - 3 naked Chicken Fingers with bonus strip.
    Sarah H.

6-2022 - recently returned to Canes because we learned of the "naked" option. Ordered it twice now and both times were a hit. The naked strips are not breaded, they are still fried in the same oil as the breaded strips. The naked strips are small, less greasy and have less carbs. They taste just as great dipped into the canes sauce and go perfect along side the fries, toast and coleslaw. This is definitely a reason we will go back. I like how you can mix up the sides. Be sure to tell them you want the chicken naked when you order. When in the drive thru, you do have to pull over and wait, they will bring your order out to you. The naked strips are so tiny without all the breading and just as expensive, you've been warned. Give them a try and enjoy.

INFLATION... the prices keep going up

Some relationships just don't make it. I feel you've been cheating on me. Your prices keep getting higher and your tenders keep getting smaller. Your chicken fingers aren't so hot any more!!!

This is my second time trying Raising Canes, and my LAST. Second time the breading is soggy!! Never coming here again, done. My stomach already is hurting and I just ate 10min ago.

And the food is authentic. Hot Hong Kong milk tea and French toast are my favorite breakfast items and that's exactly what I got. If I were in Hong Kong, I would get them in the morning. But I wouldn't mind having them any time of the day! The milk tea was great. I liked the aromatic, bold black tea. It was fairly creamy and smooth. The French toast was delicious also. Fried golden brown, it was toasty on the outside, and nutty, buttery (with peanut butter filling) on the inside. I liked the condensed milk drizzled on top, instead of syrup, which I normally use at home. They also have other Hong Kong style dishes, like the baked cutlet pork chop with rice, fish fillet in creamy white sauce, and iconic street foods like curry fish balls, radish, and pork rinds (yummy!) This place is fully decorated with so many Hong Kong street items, like the big wall pictures of busy, beautiful city views, signs of major streets, shop signs, etc. If you're not from Hong Kong, they may not mean too much to you. But if you are, they're invariably nostalgic. If you want a delightful experience of Hong Kong food and ambience, come give it a try.

The green onion pork chop rice was flavorful and comforting. The pork chop was tender and well seasoned, and the scallion soy sauce soaked beautifully into the rice. Simple and satisfying, exactly what you want from a classic HK café dish. The standout was the stir fried flat noodle with beef. It came out piping hot with steam rising, and the texture was spot on. The noodles were perfectly chewy without being greasy or clumped together, and the beef was tender with that subtle smoky wok hei flavor. You can tell it was cooked fresh, and that heat and texture really made the dish shine. The salted lemon soda was bright and refreshing, while the Yuen Yeung was strong and smooth with that classic Hong Kong milk tea and coffee combo kick. The tofu pudding had an authentic Hong Kong flavor. Served warm with a light ginger sugar syrup, it was silky smooth, delicate, and not overly sweet, bringing back that nostalgic HK dessert shop vibe. If you're craving classic Hong Kong cha chaan teng comfort food, this place absolutely hits the spot. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and it feels like a true neighborhood spot. We will be back.
