Came for breakfast this morning the lady who helped me to take my order she was an Asian lady at the first when she placed my order. I asked to put a splash of lemonade in my sweet tea and she looked to me like she don't like when I asked for and then they bring my order to the table and they forgot to add sauce to my order when I go back and ask again for the sauce she looked at me with a horrible face. I had ordered food at this location on 4/9, i am just now posting the review because i was so upset and disgusted about this situation. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and Kale Crunch Side salad. After being majority done with everything i'm looking in my salad and see this tiny metallic blue thing hue in there so i'm picking at it and it's obviously a bug. So thats just great and thought it was going to stop there but no, as i'm putting the trash in the chick fil a bag i see ANOTHER bug crawling in the bag. Are they not checking the bag or food before they just hand it to you?? I actually hoped it had happened in the 4 minute drive back to my office but my car is clean, i didn't drive with my windows open and i'm not around bugs. I probably wouldn't have posted this review if it was just the one bug in the kale salad because that happens when serving or buying leafy greens sometimes. I just wasn't expecting to find a second bug, luckily there is another chick fil a right down the road but 2 bugs in one sitting is a little insane and gross. I'm not sure what happened to Chick fil A but their chicken sandwich is horrible now. The chicken doesn't even taste the same! You used to get a large thick juicy piece of chicken on the bun...now, it looks like a flatten, dry chicken breast on a tiny bun. Was not worth the wait in line nor the price. Threw half of it away. Walked into restaurant at approximately 7:50 AM, stood at the counter for a couple of minutes being ignored, finally asked a lady that had her back to to me if I could place an order, she said I'll be with you in a minute and turn back around. After calling numerous DFW locations, we finally found a CFA carrying the elusive fish sandwich and fillets that are only served during Lent. It may just be frozen fish to some, but it's one of the best fish sandwiches my sister and I have ever had. The interior here is bright and clean, kept to the standards of most Chick-fil-A locations, and the employees are just as friendly as you'd expect. Why is it $30 to buy a chicken wrap, chicken sandwich meals and a kids meal? Geeze! Seems excessive.

This location forgot my sauce and straws for drinks, and when I went in to ask for the sauce, the acted very unprofessional, not a sincere apology and then another coworker just joked around with the man helping me shouting, "You should be sorry!" The workers should be more professional, hard working, and careful, and not act like everything is just a joke. They should take pride in what they do. It's annoying that I go through the drive-through, then have to check my order and go in to ask for more things. Checking the order is the job of the CFA employees. Also, this is the first chicken sandwich I've ordered from a Chicfila that was cold and not delicious at all. The owner of the establishment needs to find out which employees are causing the most problems and discipline/fire them. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A store, hands down! And today just proved it! I love Chick-fil-A, I eat at this location at least 3 times a week! Today I was going to get lunch and noticed that I left my wallet at home once I drove up! Luckily I have the Chick-fil-A app on my phone and had enough points to get a waffle fry! Once I got up to the window, the ladies who ALWAYS say hi to me with a big smile, looked very confused they handed me a waffle fry instead of my normal meal!! They said, what's going on? I said, "I can't believe I left my wallet at home"! Both ladies stopped and said, oh no girl (lol) you are VIP here, today let us take care of you!!! I said no multiple times, but by then they had already gotten my order together and handed it to me! WOW! Not only did they hold the drive-thru line for me to ensure I got a good meal for the day, they both remembered my face and my order! WOW, what awesome employees who care, gifting this to me made me feel extra good! I loved saying God Bless before driving off and I will never forget such a small act of kindness! I always like getting breakfast from Chick Fil A. Though I usually go to one closer to my home, we stopped in here on Saturday morning, because it was near somewhere else we needed to be. My biscuit was a bit on the "crispy" side, but flavorful. Also, they forgot my coffee when they brought our meal out. All in all, they could do a bit better, but it still is CFA. read more

If you or someone you know is pregnant, you need to know about Chick-Fil-A's "First Meal" program!! Not all Chick-Fil-A's do this, but this location does, and it's so special! I called them the morning when I was being discharged from the hospital with our first baby, and they delivered us a meal to our home for that same afternoon after arriving home as a family of three! It was a small tray of nuggets, three large fries, a gallon of lemonade (or tea) and tons of condiments. It was perfect for our first night at home, and there were plenty of left overs for the next day. Justin, day Manager, organized the delivery for us, and Walkwam delivered it to our house that night. Celebrated my birthday yesterday and decided to grab Chick-fil-A for lunch after receiving the free bday dessert notification. Drove 10 minutes to the store to place the order, picked up the meals and headed back home. I didn't think twice to check if the tea cups were leaking. Got home and quickly realized the tea leaked all over the food and my car seat. Contacted the store to complain about the incident. Tiffany (manager) told me to drive back to store to verify the incident was true in case I wanted a refund. I threw the food away and Drove to the car cleaner instead. Kinda crazy how many Chick-Fil-A's are within a 5 mile radius here (~10), but I wanna give this one a special shout out. Came on a busy summer day around 1:30PM. They were still being hit by a crazy lunch rush with workers taking orders in person and delivering food outside in the drive through lane. Inside was just as busy but everyone was polite, friendly, and attentive. The manager came by to check on every table and even took my trash for me. Someone stopped by later and refilled my Arnold Palmer. This level of service at a fast food restaurant (and the fact that everything on the menu is delicious) is what sets Chick-Fil-A apart for me. There always is a personal, local touch. Only kind of strange thing at this location is the wirey string that constitutes the "line" divider. Shout out to this location for keeping quality high even during busy times! And props for the real flowers on every table! read more
