Our washer needed a new drain pump, and I also thought the drain hose was full of gunk enough to go ahead and change out as well (since the machine was getting opened up already). He didn't have a hose on hand, but made a second trip (without charging extra for the additional drive) and got it all taken care of for a reasonable price. A nice guy, quick enough, no problems, washer works good again. Recommended.

Larry at Hurst TV & Appliance is a LIFESAVER!!…read more We had a GE Profile cooktop that need to be replaced, and we were seeking parts and a new since the end of December. Due to the cutout in the counter, this brand was our only option. Come to find out...this particular cooktop would not be available until the end of March. That was *until* calling Larry at Hurst TV & appliance. Larry had taken my name and number and was going to see if he could order one for me. We were getting so desperate we were going to redo the granite in our kitchen and get another brand of cooktop. Larry calls and asks if we were still looking for a cooktop! I told him we were installing granite in the kitchen *just* to get a cooktop. He offers me his floor model. Then he apologized for not thinking of it earlier! We were floored (no pun intended).
