He left letting me know that the part was ordered and when it came in he would let me know. Here is when we had the only problem. We set an appointment for him to come out. He didn't make it. If I would have had to take a day off from work, this would have been a major problem. I'm retired so it was easier. We reset for Saturday morning. He came in stating that he wasn't going to charge us for the install because of his error the day before. But wait a minute, I already paid for installation and the part.
