Today I called him to have him come look at our dryer, which was no longer drying. He had me check the outside vent, which ended up being the problem and resolving my issue, so I cannot say enough good things about Al. He is clearly helpful, customer focused, and honest. He charged me over $1k on two aftermarket parts for an ice maker which he never got working and then ghosted us when we tried to get him to fix it. He never really knew what was wrong with it. Just kept replacing parts. We got a "real" repairman and was told about the aftermarket parts. When I asked for a refund, he said he would and then never did. Not only can he not fix anything - you can't trust him. He talks a big game about being a man of his word, but he's far from it.
