Al gathered the…read moreinformation about our 20 year old oven, told me that replacements are no longer made, but gave me an option for another service that would repair my board which they did, saving me the cost of buying a new oven. He had me check the outside vent, which ended up being the problem and resolving my issue, so I cannot say enough good things about Al. He is clearly helpful, customer focused, and honest. I will definitely contact Al in the future for any appliance repair needs that I may have.

This is not due to the service man who who terrific, I do not know if the parts dept ordered the wrong number . My biggest complaint is with the scheduling dept. Each of the 5 times the repair man had to come out they could not tell me if it would be in the morning or afternoon, until about 9AM. Therefore I had to take off and disrupt my ENTIRE day. It would be nice if the day before they would tell you if it was AM or PM service call. I was told I could request but there was no guarantee so I was still stuck waiting around. The service man Oleg was wonderful and very knowledgeable . I have no problem with the caliber of work that was finally done but I do think the company needs to look at their scheduling dept who obviously does not care about the customer.

When the technician named Jordan came ( for a $135 fee) he diagnosed my dishwasher and washer repair and after a conversation with his "boss" quoted $875 to fix them. When I told him I wouldn't pay that he said "how about $400". I showed him the door. Then I went in Angi's list and a repairman name Kaje called me back diagnosed my problem from a video sent to his phone and said it wasn't a problem at all I just had the dishwasher set incorrectly. He told me how to fix it over the phone and it working perfectly. (My bad). The door to the dishwasher still needs a new spring so it won't fall to the ground when opened and he is coming to do that for $75. And sure enough, he was spot on. After the repair, it went from sounding like a jet engine taking off to a quiet hum -- like a proper Speed Queen should. And the best part? The repair was a great value. For the price we paid, we now have a solid, reliable machine that runs like new -- easily one of the smartest investments we've made for our home. Tim also took the time to show me a scary amount of lint buildup around the heater coil. Hello, potential fire hazard! He explained that was causing the odd smell when we first turned it on. He gave great advice about routine cleaning to keep things running safely and smoothly. Super knowledgeable, honest, and just a great person to have in your corner when appliances go rogue.
