Today, I purchased a bag of dog treats that was priced at $14.99. Unfortunately, I wasn't wearing my glasses and mistakenly thought I had picked up the bag that was $4.99. By the time I realized the mistake, I had already opened the package and given my dog a treat. When I called the store, I was told they couldn't accept a return because it was an opened pet food item. I completely understand that policy. However, what concerned me even more was that the tag claimed the treats were "Compared at $20.00." After looking online, I found the exact same treats selling for under $6 at multiple retailers. Seeing a comparison price of $20 feels very misleading when that doesn't appear to reflect the actual market price. I'm sharing my experience so other shoppers will take a moment to double-check prices--especially on pet products--and compare them online before purchasing. T.J. Maxx is still one of my favorite stores, but this experience left me feeling disappointed and like I didn't receive the value I expected. I hope T.J. Maxx reviews how comparison prices are displayed so customers can shop with confidence and know they're truly getting a great deal.

Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.

Whether it's clothes or shoes or whatever you will find it. I do have to admit I really browsed around more this time than on my first visit. Paying attention to their clearance sign is suggested. A lot of items are marked down from there original prices. Today I was able to find me some nice shirts and let me tell you can't go wrong looking for shoes here. Today was a good visit. The area is very busy so be careful driving around as there are plenty of other places to shop, so driving around can be tricky. My suggestion is to come here during the week days if possible. I left with no credit, no refund, ZIP ZILCH. How about "no worries lets get you something else" THE RESPONSE elicits how a customer feels, responds, and maybe reviews on platforms that have a big influence on diners, shoppers etc. The owner called me out on my review saying I was threatening yelling, and scaring the employees. I am 70 and injured with a smashed shoulder, four broken ribs and a brain bleed. The last time I yelled at any employee was probably 1980. And I am harmless - never did that. The owner is a FIRE STARTER and would do better with people if she was an Amazon Warehouse worker and not a front facing small business owner. This is a bad ending and the fire will burn because she is a fire starter. BAD ENDING FOR HER and the fire is going to burn.
