I love places like this. Places that make no sense at all. I came here to get some hair supplies. I figured it would be a hair supply store... I get here and the place has a lot of clothes on one side, some food, shoes and a bunch of hair supply stuff on the other side. I felt like I was in South Florida for a moment when I walked inside and saw all the "stuff". You can probably find medication in here and everything else you find at Walgreens in this store... I would not be surprised! I bypassed the clothes/and stuff and went straight to the hair "side". It is very well organized and is nice and neat. If I ever get my hair twisted again, I will go back here to pick up some of the hair again. My stylist prefers a specific brand of hair in this store. read more

This has always been my go to store to buy a cute, affordable dress. They always got the new styles in. I've bought my hair extensions here too. Good quality and never had any problems. Obviously the managers are of asain decent and are kinda rude but they just mean business. Would 10/10 recommend. I've been coming here since I was like 13 lol I'm 24 now. read more

I went to BBB fashion at that location in 2007 a few times. They were very nice to me first. At one time I even heard the security guard saying "You are number one in the house." How polite and personal they were to their customers. Of course customers are important to business, I thought. Another time I owed them one dollar, they told me not to worry about it., but I joked about two 50 cents making a dollar. Anyway, I gave them back the one dollar I owed to the store. During one of my next few visits, they called the police on me, saying that if I go back to the store, they will cite me for trespassing. I was totally startled, I was treated like number one in the house, then being kicked out of the store for no reason, not for anything that I was aware of, and they did not tell me why either. read more

Thieves! Beware shopping at this store!! Keep your money. They are lining their pockets with consumers' money. I will never spend a penny in this company of stores. I wanted to try on a sports bra to make sure I was getting the correct size since I had planned to purchase three of them. I was told I couldn't try it on and it would be final sale. WTH?? So you're telling me that if I buy them and they don't fit, I've lost my money. FOH with that noise and foolishness. That doesn't make any sense. I can respect a business choice to have final sale but to then tell me I can't try something on to make sure it fits is ridiculous and robbery. I called the main store and spoke to supposedly one of the head managers who couldn't care less about my concerns. He just said thanks for your opinions. Really??? Today I tried to return a skirt, (the only item I have EVER and will ever buy from this store) not realizing they only give store credit for returns. Yes, it is clearly stated on the receipt and in their store, my fault for not seeing and reading. My fault for not trying it on and shopping with my daughter! However, sometimes exceptions can be made, right? So that's what I asked for, an exception to the rule. The managers, a male & female who suddenly spoke their native language, Chinese or Mandarin, (not that that matters, it's just RUDE) and were clearly discussing this with one another while I stood there. (I was the only customer at the counter). What response did I get? RUDE, RUDE, RUDENESS!! I asked them if they have EVER given store credit before. Neither one of them answered me. The almighty dollar has taken over at this CHEAP-WEAR-IT-AND-WASH-IT-ONCE-THEN-IT'S-DONE store. Gone are the days of great customer service, you know, the THANK-YOU, COME AGAIN kind of service. No, it's more like how much money can we make in America where all the people have money to shop? I admire the patient, sweet cashier who had to hear the whole thing. She was so kind to me. I've been to this BBB several times before . I noticed the sales girls everytime seem to have really poor customer service skills (for example slow service, dirty looks to customers, talking about customers ) but I just didn't care . It seems like the only employee there that has any level of professionalism is the security guard everyone else it seems they picked up from the local high school . I wanted to exchange an item that before I even tried it on was literally falling apart I mean I know this isn't quality clothing by any means but the patch was literally falling off , it was dis colored and overall bad quality . Hoping to exchange not even return for something anything at least half decent . The girl was rude from the get go rolled her eyes a lot and refused to exchange . She got the same item still for sale in the store and I point out that even that one was dis colored and falling apart so she came up with some new excuse that I "like super stretched it out " I guess she was mad cause unlike her I actually could fill it out lmao this place is just a joke I left laughing .
