There seem to be a lot of regulars who come here and the staff knows them by name. - Average prices, but good food! Nothing we would go out of our way for but it was very pleasant! - Bathrooms were well kept and clean - Tables were well stocked with condiments and coffee creamers. - We accidentally broke a dish and they were very gracious about it. - Great location right off the 90 if you're on a road trip!

We were quickly greeted and told to sit wherever we liked, so we grabbed a booth by the window. As soon as we settled in, our waitress came over for drink orders, already cracking jokes with a wicked sense of humor that kept us laughing the entire meal. She suggested mozzarella sticks as an appetizer -- and I'm so glad she did. They were cooked to absolute perfection (chef's kiss). We ordered the ribeye steak with potatoes, veggies, garlic bread, and cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was incredible -- rich, flavorful, and packed with real broccoli, so you knew it was fresh. Then the steaks came out... and honestly, they were better than steaks we've had at high-end steakhouses. Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Throughout the whole experience, our waitress kept our sodas full and somehow always appeared right when we needed something -- we never once had to ask. That level of attentiveness is rare. We decided to grab pie to go since we were heading to a hotel for the night. Before we could even mention it, she brought us plastic forks and a bag with our dessert. That kind of thoughtfulness completely sums up the service here. This will absolutely be a regular stop for us anytime we travel through Ritzville. I was beyond impressed -- amazing food, amazing service, and an experience that felt genuine from start to finish.

The malts were excellent, especially the Butterscotch and the burgers are very tasty gooey w/ Swiss cheese and moist. Onions rings were crisp and delicious! One of the best mushroom burgers with crispy onion rings I've ever had. They call it the Alien Burger with Invasion Rings (clever!) due to a series of past crop circle phenomenon in Wilbur. The GIGANTIC swirl ice cream cone was devoured by the 8yo in our party. We had burgers, wraps, a chicken strip basket, and even options for our non-meat eater; all compliments. Our only complaint came from what other reviews have also mentioned: soggy fries. Not sure why they're sticking to that cooking method when so many people mention it negatively. Service was friendly & relatively fast for such a large order. We sat in the outdoor area that is tucked behind the place away from the road. Fun banner of pop culture events from 1955, the year Billy Burgers was founded. We will return on our next lake trip!
