Love this place. Great food, customer service and family restaurant. While eating you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. I highly recommend.

We zero in on epicenter bar and grills in small towns, and these folks were right in our wheelhouse. Decades old feel, clean, lots of families, and a solid bar menu with all the standards. Just what we were looking for. I'll refrain from a lengthy dissertation on the delicious food, but will mention that when they offer Steak Bites on the menu, they mean it. Some places give you breaded shoe leather--this joint gives you beeeeef. Well seasoned and tender, as well. Whole place was run by two busy/friendly gals, and the fact that both were cougar smoke-shows made the evening even better. Yes... My Wifey is slappin' me right now, but I had a nice night in Potlatch, Idaho...

I pissed off the bartender with an 8 % tip Jae/Jeanine, due to her being rude, and she called the sheriff on me and my wife for drunk driving after we had 2 beers. Insane! I used to love eating here every 6 months. I no longer feel welcome. If you are from out of town, not born or raised in Potlatch, you will be shunned and treated as an outcast. Its your money and you should spend it as you please but I wouldn't recommend spending it here. Go to the Palouse Caboose or Palouse Brewery where the staff is professional and courteous.

But I loved this place for the engagement we had with the locals. I just crossed over to my 6th decade, and I was a pup with the folks in there. These folks are gonna talk to ya....so if you should visit, I hope one and all would be respectful and have fun with the moment. At the end of our lunch I wished I had a hat to pass around for tips, because I had them all rolling in the aisles. No politics, current events, or offended dissents from anyone. Just happy people banter between us total strangers and very nice townsfolk. I wanted to go buy & tap a keg of cheap, cold beer, and hang out for the afternoon...

We were greeted by Janna (Manager) as we walked in and were made to feel right at home. We ordered burgers for lunch, (cheese burger and a BYO with grilled onions and mushrooms with bacon) which were awesome! Chrissy was in charge of the grill and the burgers were perfect. The Red Brick is a great place to eat. The menu has a variety of items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as fresh baked pastries and ice cream. I recommend you take a break from the road, stop in and have something to eat. You'll be pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and the friendly se

There seem to be a lot of regulars who come here and the staff knows them by name. - Average prices, but good food! Nothing we would go out of our way for but it was very pleasant! - Bathrooms were well kept and clean - Tables were well stocked with condiments and coffee creamers. - We accidentally broke a dish and they were very gracious about it. - Great location right off the 90 if you're on a road trip!

We were quickly greeted and told to sit wherever we liked, so we grabbed a booth by the window. As soon as we settled in, our waitress came over for drink orders, already cracking jokes with a wicked sense of humor that kept us laughing the entire meal. She suggested mozzarella sticks as an appetizer -- and I'm so glad she did. They were cooked to absolute perfection (chef's kiss). We ordered the ribeye steak with potatoes, veggies, garlic bread, and cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was incredible -- rich, flavorful, and packed with real broccoli, so you knew it was fresh. Then the steaks came out... and honestly, they were better than steaks we've had at high-end steakhouses. Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Throughout the whole experience, our waitress kept our sodas full and somehow always appeared right when we needed something -- we never once had to ask. That level of attentiveness is rare. We decided to grab pie to go since we were heading to a hotel for the night. Before we could even mention it, she brought us plastic forks and a bag with our dessert. That kind of thoughtfulness completely sums up the service here. This will absolutely be a regular stop for us anytime we travel through Ritzville. I was beyond impressed -- amazing food, amazing service, and an experience that felt genuine from start to finish.
